A Study on the Characteristics of Fast Distributed Power Control Schemes in Cellular Network under Dynamic Channel

To address the convergence issue of power control algorithms, a number of algorithms have been developed hat shape the dynamics of up-link power control for cellular network. Power algorithms based on fixed point iterations can be accelerated by the use of various methods, one of the simplest being the use of Newton iterations, however, this method has the disadvantage which not only needs derivatives of the cost function but also may be weak to noisy environment. we showed performance of the power control schemes to solve the fixed point problem under static or stationary channel. They proved goof performance to solve the fixed point problem due to their predictor based optimal control and quadratic convergence rate. Here, we apply the proposed power control schemes to the problem of the dynamic channel or to dynamic time varying link gains. The rigorous simulation results demonstrated the validity of our approach.

Performance Enhancement of CDMA Cellular System Using Genetic Algorithm

본 연구에서는 차세대 CDMA 셀룰러 네트워크의 성능향상을 위한 멀티 데이터 전송 레이트 조절과 전력제어 문제를 결합한 문제를 제시하고 유전 알고리즘 접근에 기반한 새로운 해법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 알고리즘으로 많은 사용자를 보다 빨리 서비스 할 수 있고 SIR 제한값을 고려하면서 최적의 해를 얻을 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 CDMA 셀룰러 네트워크의 데이터 전송 레이트를 최대화하는 적합도 문제와 가능한 모바일의 수를 최대화하는 적합도 문제 두 개를 고려하였으나 이 들을 결합한 문제나 다른 것 들에 대한 적합도 함수도 충분히 장착이 가능하다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 접근 방식의 유효성과 타당성을 보여준다. In this work, we present a novel genetic approach to solve the problem of combining power control and data rate transmission adjustment for the performance enhancement of the next generation CDMA system. We obtained the optimal solution of multi rate and power control problem by compromising slightly on SIR limit values. The proposed algorithm was able to handle many more users with comparable or faster convergent service. While this paper considered two kinds of fitness function such as maximizing the total transmission data rate and maximizing the acceptable mobiles of CDMA cellular network, the evaluation function combining these two cases or others can be also easily implemented. The simulation results showed the effectiveness and validity of our approach.

Currently Car and Tire noise is important because of environment problem. Car and Tire Company effort to reduce the noise. Generally Tire noise is divided in Road Noise and Pattern Noise. Pattern Noises is having a Pattern Block Vibration, Air-Pumping Noise and Pipe Resonance Noise. This paper is focusing on noise simulation about Pipe Resonance noise. Finite Element Method and Boundary Element Method have been used to simulation of noise radiation. Each method have advantage and disadvantage. In the past years Every methods was improved. This paper is introducing each method. This paper is study about prediction method of pipe resonance noise simulation using Automatically Matched Layer method of FEM.

Unfair trade practice between tv broadcasters and contents providers have beenan issue for awhile. In order to determine whether a media contents salescontract is unfair, we need to establish the normal price of the contents. Ingeneral, there are three ways of calculating the price of a certain item: costapproach, market approach, and profit approach. This paper argues that theprice approach to take should depend on whether copyright remains with theproducer or is transferred to the broadcasters. If intellectual rights aretransferred, then the producers should receive no less than all the costinvolved plus reasonable profit expected in the market. However, if the rightsremain with the producers, then the profit approach should be taken and thereshould be a reasonable division of profit between broadcasters and producers. Notably, this paper would like to argue that advertisements should beconsidered as the market price of the right to broadcast a certain mediacontents.

This thesis is to analyze how the concept of “Economic Democratization” is realized in the Constitutional Articles on economic order by comparing the revised articles of the Constitution on economic order and those of the previous Constitution. The revised articles, especially the parts with modification in each article, will be evaluated from the point of economic policies which needs to be implemented to fulfill the mandates to the State. Except the Article 121, on ``farmers ownership of farmland``, and the Article 123 §5, on the promotion of self-help organizations for farmers and fishermen, and for SMEs, all other articles indicate that the State is obligated to achieve macro-economic goals to fulfill the mandates of the articles. Especially, the stabilization policies are called to be achieved first in the short run, and the economic growth will follow the suit in the long run. Therefore, ``Economic Democratization through the harmonization of the economic subjects`` needs to prioritize the macro stabilization and economic growth before efficiency and equity or fair trade issues such as the break up conglomerates. Rather the achievement of the macro-economic goals of stabilization and growth would promote to realize the policy goals of efficiency and equity.

촉매변환기의 캐닝공정 시 각 단품의 공정능력에 기초한 캐닝후의 공정능력 향상을 위한 GBD 예측 프로그램 개발

자동차 배기계의 앞쪽에 배치된 촉매변환기는 배기가스 중 유해한 성분을 무해한 것으로 변환하는 제품이다. 이 제품은 세라믹으로 된 담채와 담채를 싸는 매트, 캔으로 구성 되어있다. 담채를 매트에 두르고 캔에 넣는 캐닝공정을 통하여 제작된다. 이때 매트의 압력이 높으면 담채가 파손될 우려가 있고 압력이 너무 작으면 담채를 고정하지 못하고 빠지게 된다. 따라서 적절한 매트의 압력이 요구된다. 매트의 압력은 매트의 질량과 담채와 캔의 간극으로 계산되는 GBD값으로 판단할 수 있다. 담채, 매트, 캔은 제작 과정 중 발생하는 치수오차로 인하여 매트, 캔의 크기와 매트의 무게가 달려져 GBD이 변화하게 된다. 4시그마 수준에 만족하는 생산 공정을 위하여 GBD의 상한?하한한계 값을 예측하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 담채, 매트, 캔에 대하여 1000개의 임의의 데이터를 생성하여 캐닝고정시의 GBD를 계산한다. 캐닝공정이 4시그마 수준을 만족할 수 있도록 상한?하한한계 값을 예측하고 공정능력을 만족할 적절한 매트를 선정할 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 Microsoft EXCEL로 작성되어 입출력이 모두 간편하다. The catalytic converters in the automobile exhaust system are manufactured by inserting a mat-wrapped substrate into a stainless steel can. Too high residual pressure would initiate a fracture in the substrate. On the contrary, too low residual pressure would fail to hold the substrate in acceleration or deceleration phase. The pressure depends on the GBD(Gap Bulk Density) of the mat. The variation of GBD is unavoidable due to the variation of the dimensions of the parts. A program for predicting the upper and lower limits of the GBD is developed.

From 1995, the WTO(World Trade Organization) system will be activated in the world market. Therefore more liberalization in agricultural are expected. Korean farmers should be trained to overcome the difficulty due to trade liberalization. The non-formal education for Earners is curled out by various forms but does not fit need of farmers mostly. The moor part of non formal training was focused on agricultural skills so there must be more emphasis on non-agricultural skills. There are some lacks in linkage between training and government support for trainees. So more support for farmers trainees such as aspects(for example cure finanical support) and non economic support(for example the raising of farmers morale) are needed.

Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and intranet services for variable multimedia applications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technilogies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual experience of the site visitors interested in the CDMA. Secondly, the recent CDMA coverage prediction and engineering technology is introduced using the RF plan tool CE4 combined for the CDMA engineers.
