This paper show communication network scheme problem for the railway is solved which were electrical noise and line break in wayside using rerouting communication line, Considering the availability and the maintainability based on the reliability in design of communication networks. At first, Self-Healing Ring algorithm is suggested in that solution which is satisfied with above requirements. And also, in the advanced type, Dual Master scheme is suggested that the problem which is occurred in line break of both main and sub line at the same time can be solved using DMSHR(Dual Master Self Healing Ring). Therefore total reliability in railway system is going to be advanced using DMSHR scheme.

In present study, the flow field near the fin surface of plate fin - oval tube heat exchanger with delta wing vortex generator was numerically analyzed. As results, the well developed vortex behind delta wing was observed. These vortex can improve heat transfer fin surface behind delta wing vortex generators.
위험도분석을 통한 RCM 유지보수 결정로직의 개발에 관한 연구

In these days, private investment for railway business has been expended and the importance of asset management arose. Especially new concept and effective management for the maintenance of railway have been developed. RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance) is suggested to optimize the maintenance task and the proper maintenance decision logic for each system has been needed. But there are a lot of difficulties to apply the maintenance decision logic which has been developed in Aviation fields to railway. In this paper, the study on the development of the maintenance decision logic will be introduced through the risk analysis which has been applied to analyze the safety of railway.
