The main objective of this work is to prepare Rehmannia glutinosa extract (RE) incorporated functional chitosan (CH) based biomaterials and evaluate their physical properties, RE release properties, inhibitory effect of melanogenesis, and antioxidant and elastase inhibitory activities. RE incorporated CH based biomaterials were synthesized by a casting method and UV curing process. The surface and cross sections of prepared biomaterials were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The physical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break were also investigated. To apply the transdermal drug delivery system, RE release properties were examined with pH 4.5, 5.5, and 6.5 buffer solutions and artificial skin test at 36.5 ℃. Results indicated that RE release of RE incorporated biomaterials with/without the addition of plasticizers [glycerol (GL) and citric acid (CA)] at pH 6.5 was about 1.10 times higher than that of at pH 4.5. In addition, results of the artificial skin test verified that RE was released constantly for 6 h. To verify the applicability of the prepared biomaterials, tyrosinase, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and elastase assays were investigated. Results indicated that RE incorporated biomaterials added CA exhibited tyrosinase activation, DPPH radical scavenging activity rate, and elastase activation of 45.12, 89.40, and 59.94%, respectively.

아동학대 인터넷상담 사례에 대한 내용분석 연구

본 연구는 아동학대 인터넷상담 사례의 내용을 분석하여 아동학대의 이해를 위한 보완적 정보를 제공하고, 아동학대의 예방과 치료 체계에서의 인터넷 활용방안 모색을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 인터넷 아동학대상담센터(www.childabuse.or.kr)의 공개상담실에 게시된 상담 사례를 내용분석 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 아동학대 인터넷상담 사례에서 특정 경향성을 발견하였고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 3가지 주제로 정리하였다. 첫째, 상담의뢰자 유형과 상담의뢰자가 학대 상황을 발견하게 된 경로, 상담의뢰 동기.목적을 중심으로 상담의뢰자 특성을 분석하였다. 둘째, 학대유형 및 특성으로 피학대자의 학대상황과 학대유형에 대한 분석이 이루어졌다.<br/> 셋째, 피학대자 특성으로 성별, 연령, 가정형태 및 문제, 피학대자의 정서적 특성, 아동학대의 영향 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 아동학대 예방 및 치료적 개입을 위한 실천적 방법들이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of child abuse counselling cases on the internet in oder to get useful knowledges to understand child abuse and to search an effective system on the internet for child abuse prevention and treatment. The methodology of this study is based on the quantitative contents analysis, which is useful in transforming qualitative raw data into analyzable<br/> quantitative data. Fifty five cases were systematically selected from the internet site of child abuse counselling (www.childabuse.or.kr) and were analyzed by the method of contents analysis. <br/> As a result of this study, it was found that there were specific tendencies in the child abuse counselling cases on the internet. Three major issues were reported here. <br/> As the first result, the category of clients, the path to find the abusive situation, and the motive and purpose to ask the counselling were presented. Secondly, abusive situations and abusive patterns were analyzed. For the last, the characteristics of sex, age, family pattern and family problem, the emotional characteristics, and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the abused children and the adult survivors of child abuse were reported.<br/> Several suggestions were proposed for the improvement of practice and further research of child abuse prevention and treatment.

스위프트의 배설적 상상에 나타난 여성, 몸, 소비

Jonathan Swift`s excremental vision, the hallmark of his critique of the metropolitan chain of consumption and its excrements, is materialized through and onto the body of the low Other: women, in particular London prostitutes, and the urban poor. Swift at once repeats and repeals contemporary misogynist and anti-capitalist discourse on consumer economy, which typically posits the female body as the agent of consumption of goods, food, and sexuality and thereby places it in a metonymic relation to its wastes. He pushes this metonymy to the extreme in A Beautiful Young Nymph Going to Bed and The Progress of Beauty, where the body of a diseased London prostitute is seen literally being transmuted into excrement. However, this is less to inveigh against (over-)consuming females, than to lay bare the greater chain of consumption in which the diseased and poor are being consumed, rather than consuming. The London prostitute`s body is the historicized body of the low Other, situated in parallel with those of the Irish poor in Swift`s Irish pamphlets and A Modest Proposal. By literalizing the metropolitan chain of consumption, Swift accuses the English body politic of preying on female, diseased and poor bodies and reducing them to its excrements.

대학 무용교수자의 지도행동유형이 학생들의 성취목표성향에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of college dance professors’ teaching behavioral types over their students’ achievement goal tendencies and thereby, provide some useful information to the college dancer majors. For this purpose, the researcher sampled those who had majored in dance at 4 universities in Seoul and thereby, conducted a questionnaire survey. A total of 328 responses were used for the final analysis. The data collected thus were processed using the SPSS version 18.0 for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and multiple regression analysis. This study can be concluded as follows; First, it was found that such sub-types of the teaching behavioral type as democratic behavior, training and instruction and social support had positively significant effects on the sub-factor of students’ achievement goal tendency such as assignment tendency; While the sub-type of students’ achievement goal tendencies or their ego-tendency was affected significantly by professor’s democratic behavior, training and instruction and social support, it was affected negatively by the type of the positive reward. Based on the above results, this study discussed diverse suggestions about professor’s teaching types improving students’ achievement goal tendency.

초기근대 런던의 도시공간과 여성의 혼령주체 -이저벨라 휘트니의「유언장」을 중심으로

Despite rigorous policing, women``s presence on the streets of early modern London was far stronger than in comparable European cities. A legion of plebeian urban females-hucksters, maidservants, prostitutes, and cutpurses- literally walked the streets and sought a viable self as well as livelihood out of their distinctively female relationship to urban space, amidst London``s changing topography. The Great Fire of London in 1666 and the subsequent urban rebuilding and expansion fundamentally altered Londoners`` perception and representation of the cityscape, with the Renaissance perspective of a walled city giving way to the post-Fire grid-like depiction of sprawling streets. The famous street scenes in Moll Flanders(1721)aptly trace the protagonist scuttling around the labyrinthine post-Fire streets, where she quickly learns to turn her “houseless” status into a fluid and flourishing existence across the extra-domestic street space. A similary “houseless” status confronts the “serviceless” woman in Isabella Whitney``s autobiographical “Wyll and Testament”(1573). But to different consequences. In Tudor London, being “serviceless” portends that on leaving the former master``s house, a transitional domestic space for single women between the father``s and the husband``s house, she may be instantly branded as a “loose” woman according to the Poor Law. In the mock-testament upon her forced departure/death, the “serviceless” woman offers a lingering “survey” of London streets she frequented as servant, which in contrast to Moll``s fleeting images, renders the sense of a vibrant but ordered urban life, in a imilar manner to John Stow``s 1598 Survey of London or Braun and Hogenberg``s 1572 London map. The ordered “survey” hides a paradox, though, for it is enabled only by the mock-testator``s willfully disembodied subject, whose last wish/will not to have a grave seals her renunciation of the l(e)ast spatial right, in the city denying her living body.
