한국 청소년에서의 Piezogenic papules에 대한 임상적 고찰

N/A A Clinical Study of Piezogenic Papules in Korean Youth Seung Han Lee, M.D., Mu Hyoung Lee, M.D., Woo Young Sim, M.D., Nack In Kim, M.D., Choong Rim Haw, M.D. Department of Dermatology, College of Medicine, Kyung Hee University Seoul, Korea We investigated the prevalence, distribution, the number and size of the piezogenic papules in a student population, aged 15 to 25 years old. The results were as follows ; 1. The prevalence was 7.4%(86 cases/1167 students in total). 2. The prevalence in male was 4.6% (43/944), and that in female was 19.3%(43/223)(P<0.001). 3. The number of patients who had piezogenic papules on one foot was 48(55.8%), and those who had lesions bilaterally was 38(45.2%), Lesions of the left foot were more common than right. The medial aspect of the heel was 6 to 10 times a more common location compared to the lateral or posterior aspect(P<0.05). 4. The average number of lesions was 4.5 and there was no significant difference between male and female, and right and left foot. The number of papules on the medial aspect of the heel was 3 times more than that of the lateral, or posterior aspect(P<0.05). 5. The average size of lesions is 4㎜ in diameter(2㎜-10㎜), and of the patients were asymptomatic. 6. The average body weight of patients, 64.5±8.5kg in the male and 55.5±8.8kg in the female, was greater than those of the control group, 62.9±8.5kg and 52.5±5.0kg, respectively, but there was no statistically significant differenceir=0.150).

웹 사용자 로그 분석 기반 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 서비스 사용현황 연구: 2014.5.20.~2014.6.2. 수집자료 대상

Recently, through the development of IT and mobile technology, spatial information plays a role of infrastructure of the people life and the national economy. Many kinds of applications including SNS and social commerce is to leverage the spatial information for their services. In the case of domestic, spatial open platform that can provide national spatial data infrastructure services in a stable manner has been released. And many people have been interested to the open platform services. However, the open platform currently has many difficulties to analyze its service status and load in real time, because it does not hold a real-time monitoring system. Therefore, we propose a method that can analyze the real-time service status of the open platform using the analysis of the web server log information. In particular, we propose the results of the analysis as follows: amount of data transferred, network bandwidth, number of visitors, hit count, contents usage, and connection path. We think the results presented in this study is insufficient to understand the perfect service status of the open platform. However, it is expected to be utilized as the basic data for understanding of the service status and for system expansion of the open platform, every year. 최근 IT, 모바일 기술의 발전으로 공간정보는 국민생활과 국가경제의 인프라 역할을 수행하고 있으며, SNS 소셜커머스를 비롯한 많은 어플리케이션에서 공간정보를 활용하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 국가 공간정보 서비스를 안정적으로 제공할 수 있는 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 서비스(VWorld)의 등장에 사람들의 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 시스템은 실시간 모니터링 시스템이 도입되지 않은 상태로 오픈플랫폼의 실시간 부하 및 사용 현황을 파악하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오픈플랫폼 시스템의 웹 사용자로그정보를 이용하여 데이터 전송량, 네트워크 점유율, 서비스 방문자 수, Hit 건수, 접속 경로, 주요 이용 콘텐츠와 관련된 사용현황을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 결과가 오픈플랫폼 서비스의 모든 사용 현황을 파악하기에는 부족한 면이 있지만, 해마다 변화하는 오픈플랫폼의 사용현황을 파악하기 위한 기본 자료로, 또한 오픈플랫폼 시스템 확장에 있어서의 기초자료로서 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

다양한 부상 중에서 화상은 아직까지 주요 사망의 원인이 되고 있다. 때문에 화상환자 발생시 이에 대한 현장 응급처치부터 화상센터로의 이송 후 온전한 화상치료와 각종 후유장애를 최소화할 수 있는 총체적인 화상치료와 각종 후유장애를 최소화할 수 있는 총체적인 화상치료 체계의 구축이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 국내 응급의료 체계와의 공조, 선진국형 화상전문병원의 설립, 화상치료를 위한 각종연구 등이 뒤따라야 하겠다. 우선 일반인의 관점에서 화상에 대한 기본이해, 현장 응급처치부터 병원에서의 전문화상치료 이해, 국내외 화상치료 체계와 자료, 향후 국내에서도 개설될 화상전문병원(예, 소방병원 화상센터)의 바람직한 방향까지 해당 분야 전문가를 통해 알아보자.

Two Cases of Chondroid Syringoma Seung Han Lee, M.D., Woo Young Sim, M.D., Nack In Kim, M.D., Choong Rim Haw, M.D. Department of Dermatology, College of Medicine, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, Korea We report two cases of chondroid syringoma in 30-year-old and 46-year-old women. Clinically, it was well demarcated, skin colored, firm consistent nodule, in both cases. Histopathologically, it showed intradermal tumor consists of tubulo-alveolar structuues within chondroid matrix. We observed two types of chondroid syringoma, first case with tubular and cystic lumina and second case with small tubular lumina.

창원시 의창지역 보난자형 금광상 성인 : 반응경로 모델링에 의한 지구화학적 해석

Gold mineralization of Samjeong and Yongjang gold mines in Uichang area shows characteristics of Bonanza-type gold deposits. Ores are mainly developed along the contact parts between quartz vein and arkosic sandstone beds(Fe-rich bed) in sedimentary rock. Electrum, silver sulfide and sulfate minerals are mainly in the ores. On the other hand, gold mineralization is less developed in cherty rock and andesitic rock than arkosic sandstone. The study highlights characteristics of gold precipitation in the deposit on the basis of numerical modelling of the reactions between the assumed hydrothermal ore fluids with multicomponent heterogeneous equilibrium calculations. Aqueous species, gases and minerals, containing electrum are included in the calculations. The reaction result between hydrothermal ore fluids and arkosic sandstone show that pH increasing in the ore-forming fluid would trigger precipitation of quartz, chlorite, sericite, chalcopyrite, galena, pyrite, electrum, actinolite and feldspar. The numerical modelling also illustrates the drastic increase of pH and desulfidation lead to precipitation of electrum. Ag/Au ratios in the ore vary with pH conditions and subsequently precipitation of silver-bearing sulfides such as acanthite and polybasite. The modelling of the reaction between andesitic rock and ore-forming fluid shows that mineral assemblages of the case are analogous to ones of the reaction between arkosic sandstone and fluid except the latter has little portion of electrum. The abovementioned modelling results suggest that gold-silver mineralization is bounded by host rocks at the study area. 의창지역의 삼정광산과 용장광산의 금광화작용은 보난자(Bonanza)형 금광상의 특성을 나타낸다. 광상은 퇴적암 내의 장석질 사암과 석영맥의 접촉부에서 주로 산출되며, 금과 은을 함유하는 광물은 에렉트럼과 더불어 은황화광물 및 황산염광물로 산출된다. 반면, 광상의 모암이 쳐트질 암석과 안산암인 경우에는 금광화작용이 장석질 사암의 경우보다 미약하게 발달된다. 이 연구에서는 금의 침전 특성을 파악하기 위하여 열수용액과 장석질 사암 및 안산암간의 수치모델링에 의한 다성분 다상계 평형계산을 실시하였다. 모델링에서는 함금은 광물인 에렉트럼 및 수용액상 또는 기상 원소들이 사용되었다. 반응경로 모델링 결과, pH가 증가함에 따라 석영, 녹니석, 견운모, 황동석, 방연석, 황철석, 에렉트럼, 양기석과 장석이 침전되었다. 또한, 에렉트럼은 모암과 광화용액 간의 반응에 의한 급격한 pH 증가와 탈황화작용에 의해 침전되었음을 확인하였다. 금 은비는 용액의 pH 조건이나 아칸다이트와 폴리바사이트와 같은 은황화 광물 침전에 의해 변화되었다. 한편, 안산암과 열수용액과의 반응에서 침전된 광물은 열수용액과 장석질 사암과의 반응에서 침전된 광물과 유사하지만 상대적으로 적은 양의 에렉트럼이 침전되었다. 이러한 연구결과로 미루어 볼 때 의창지역 보난자형 금광화작용의 부광대는 모암 규제에 의해 형성되었다고 판단된다.
