This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, symptom and treatment of Ju-Su (酒嗽) by referring to 10 literatures. The results were as follows; 1. 글로벌기업에서 본사와 지사간 내부기술이전단계에 관한 연구

그 동안 개별 기업 간 기술이전에 관한 연구들은 많았으나, 기업 내부에서 일어나는 기술이전에 관해서는 상대적으로 적은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 기업 내부 기술이전은 오늘날과 같은 글로벌 환경에서 글로벌 기업들이 관심을 갖는 우선 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 특히, 글로벌 기업에서 본사(headquarter)와 지사(division)간의 내부 기술이전상의 주요 이슈와 해결책에 관한 연구는 매우 부족하다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 글로벌 기업에서 본사와 지사 간에 내부 기술이전에 초점을 맞추고, 이들 간의 기술이전 과정이 종단적으로 어떠한 단계를 거쳐서 발전해 나가고 있으며, 각 단계별로 주요 이슈와 해결책이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2개의 글로벌 기업(생산재 기업과 소비재 기업)의 사례를 조사하였다. 각각의 사례 조사는 본사가 외국에 있고, 지사가 우리나라에 위치해 있는 상황에서 본사로부터 지사에게 기술이 이전되는 과정에서 주요 이슈와 해결책이 무엇인지를 종단적으로 분석하는 것이었다. 사례 분석 결과, 공통적으로 본사와 지사 간 내부 기술 이전 단계가 다음의 3 단계 - 기술이전 시스템 구축 단계 (1 단계), 기술이전 전략 수립 단계 (2 단계), 공정한 절차에 의한 기술이전 전략 수립과 실행 단계 (3 단계) -로 발전되어 가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 각 단계별로 주요 이슈와 해결책이 상이하다는 사실도 발견할 수 있었다.
이완 발진기의 면적 효율성과 주파수 안정성 향상을 위한 기생성분 효과 제거 기법연구

In order to generate a clock source with low cost and high performance in system on chip(SoC), a relaxation oscillator with stable output characteristics according to PVT(process, voltage and temperature) fluctuation require a low area and a low power. In this paper, we propose a solution to reduce the current loss caused by parasitic components in the conventional relaxation oscillator. Since the slew rate of the bias current and the capacitor are adjusted to be the same through the proposed solution, a relaxation oscillator with low area characteristics is designed for the same clock source frequency implementation. The proposed circuit is designed using the TSMC CMOS 0.18㎛ process. The Simulation results show that the relaxation oscillator using the proposed solution can prevent the current loss of about 279㎂ and reduce the total chip area by 20.8% compared with the conventional oscillator in the clock source frequency of 96㎒.
대전광역시 옥상녹화 지역의 식생현황 및 토양환경 특성에 관한 연구

This study was to analyze the soil environmental characteristics and vegetation status of green roof in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The investigated floras of vascular plants are 17 families, 26 genera, 28 species in Seo-Gu Daejeon District Office Building (SG), 25 families, 49 genera, 56 species in Galma Public Library (GP), and 34 families, 57 genera, 60 species in Daejeon City Hall (DC) respectively. Although the larger area shows the more numbers of species in introduced plants and naturalized plant, the naturalized plant ratios were similar with each other. They were 10.71%, 10.71%, and 11.67% at SG, GP, and DC respectively. As a result of analysis on soil physical property, soil depths including vegetation soil and drainage soil of 3 green roofs were 30cm. The depths of vegetation soil at SG, GP, and DC were 0∼8cm, 0∼10cm, 0∼10cm respectively. As a results of soil chemical properties of our study, soil pH of vegetation soil and drainage soil were a range of 6.42 and 7.43, and a range of 6.55 and 7.43 on the average respectively. Available-P contents of vegetation soil and drainage soil were a range of 153.33 and 366.33mg/kg, and a range of 136.67 and 242.67 mg/kg which is very high, respectively. Carbon contents in soil at vegetation soil and drainage soil were a range of 3.16 and 6.38%, and a range of 1.63 and 2.47% respectively. Carbon storage per square meter within 30 cm were 2.76 kg, 2.99 kg, and 3.66 kg at SG, GP, and DC respectively.

LEDs have small size, long lifespan, high reliability, low power consumption and high color efficiency. Using such a characteristics, LED Back Light Unit has been studying actively. This paper proposes LED driver to minimize power consumption due to LED forward voltage(VF) difference and temperature rising. Compared to conventional LED driver, the proposed driver have excellent stability, brief structure and linear output voltage of DC-DC boost converter. Proposed LED Driver circuit was designed using 0.35um CMOS technology. And its operation was verified through simulation.

As demands for green industry increase, this paper proposes a power control technique that can substitute pre -existing CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) and optimize power consumption of LED BLU. This techique is designing LED driver circuit that make a DC-DC output voltage(VLED) to have a linear control function for a supply voltage of LED string. The proposed LED driver have an advantage that can increase or decrease a DC-DC output voltage compared with conventional LED driver. The designed LED driver circuit was designed using 0.35um CMOS technology. And its operation was verified through simulation.
