The purpose of the study is to develop the guidelines on the relevance of subject-matters in the 2009 revised national curriculum. This study focused on three research contents. First, the guidelines on the relevance of subject-matters in light of the General Guidelines of the national curriculum were considered through the studying of references. Second, the guidelines on the relevance of subject-matters in light of the each subject-matter were aligned based on the elementary and secondary teachers' opinions. Third, the common guidelines on the relevance of subject-matters were developed through putting the former two results together and researching the delphi whose participants were the curriculum and subject-matter experts. As a result of the three research contents, this study suggested 6 areas and 28 provisions as the guidelines to make subject-matters have relevance in national curriculum. 본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 교과군, 학년군, 집중이수 등의 새로운 편제를 포함하여 교육과정 구조의 전반적인 측면에서 교육과정 적정화의 방향을 모색하고, 각 교과 교육과정과 관련된 적정화의 요구를 수용하여, 교과 교육과정 적정화에 기준이 되는 지침을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 교육과정 총론의 측면에서 제시하는 교과 교육과정의 적정화 방향을 선행연구를 포함하여 이론적인 측면에서 탐색하였고, 둘째, 각 교과 교육과정과 관련된 적정화의 요구를 수용하고자 초등학교와 중학교의 현장 교사의 의견을 수렴하였으며, 셋째, 앞의 두 절차를 통하여 도출된 방안을 종합하여 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 교과 교육과정 적정화의 지침으로서 총론과 교과와의 연계성 강화, 교과 교육과정 연구 개발의 질 관리 개선, 교과 교육내용의 선정 및 조직 개선, 수업 운영 및 방법 개선, 평가 방법 개선, 교과서 개선 등의 6영역에 걸쳐, 전문가 집단의 타당성(CVR 값) 검증을 거쳐 그 상세한 적정화 지침을 28개로 확정․개발하였다.

이혼사건의 국제재판관할권에 관한 소고 : 「EU의 Brüssel IIa 규칙」을 중심으로

어느 국가의 법원이 재판할 권한을 가지는가에 관한 문제인 국제재판관할권 은 지리적 거리와 소송에 사용되는 언어를 크게 좌우할 뿐 아니라, 적용되는 절 차규범과 실질규범이 달라질 수 있어 매우 중요하다. 더욱이 이혼사건에 있어 서의 국제재판관할권은 국제거래관계에서처럼 미리 분쟁에 대비해 정해놓은 계 약내용이나 조약, 국제적으로 통용되는 관습법으로 해결하지 못하고, 오히려 당사자가 이혼청구에 당면해서야 고려하게 된다. 그러므로 관련규정은 당사자 가 절차를 쉽게 예견할 수 있도록 명확하고 구체적이어야 한다. 우리나라는 「국제사법」 제2조에 국제재판관할에 관한 일반규정을 두고 있으 나, 동조의 입법 당시 여러 사정으로 인해 과도기적인 조치로서 종래 대법원판 례가 취해 온 입장을 반영하는데 그쳤으므로, 십여 년이 지난 현재에 이르러서 는 구체적인 논의가 진행되어야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 혼인관련사건의 국제재판관할권을 규정한 EU의 이사회 규칙 제2201/2003호, 소위 「Brüssel IIa 규칙」을 살펴보는 일은 가치가 있으리라 생각한다. 본문에서 이혼사건의 국제재판관할권에 관한 논의를 진행함에 있어서는 우 리나라의 국제사법 제2조와 판례가 가진 문제점을 조명하고, EU의 「Brüssl IIa 규칙」의 주요내용을 살펴봄으로써 우리 국제사법상 국제재판관할 결정에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

2009 개정 통합 교육과정의 연계성 분석 : 즐거운 생활을 중심으로

본 연구는 즐거운 생활을 중심으로 2009 개정 통합 교육과정과 관련하여 첫째, 통합 방식의 특징을 검토하고, 둘째, 누리과정 및 3∼4학년 관련 교과와의 연계성을 계속성, 계열성, 통합성의 측면에서 분석하여 통합 교육과정의 개선 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 2009 개정 통합 교육과정은 공통 주제 설정을 통하여 통합 교과 간 통합을 시도하였으나, 공통 주제와 관련된 교육목표 및 교육평가가 마련되지 않았다. 또한 각 통합 교과에서 교육 내용이 소홀히 다루어지고 그 수준이 낮아짐에 따라 통합 교과 간의 정체성이 불분명해지고, 유치원 및 초등학교 3∼6학년과의 계속성과 계열성의 문제가 심화되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 통합 교과 교육과정의 가능한 개선 방향을 탈학문적 접근으로 계속 접근해 가느냐 아니면 분과된 교과로 회귀하느냐 또는 현재와 같은 통합 방식을 유지하되 문제점을 해결해나가는 일부 수정의 방안으로 나가느냐의 3가지로 제시하였으며, 개선 방향을 선택하기 위해서는 통합의 필요성과 타당성 및 통합 방식의 다양화 등을 고려해야 한다는 점을 제안하였다.

Objective: The aim of this study is to examine the current status of parent-child play and the relationship between children’s perceptions of play with parents and children’s happiness. Methods: One hundred twenty 5-year-old children and their parents participated in the study. Each parent reported the current status of play with their child and the researchers interviewed the children about their perceptions of play with parents and their happiness. Results: The results showed that parents played with their child for about 52 minutes on weekdays and 2-3 hours on weekends. Mothers played longer with their child than fathers on all days. Parents perceived that they played with their child at average frequency and showed above average participation. Children perceived that their parents were actively laying with them and children enjoyed and were satisfied with their play with parents. Children were happier when parents spent more time playing with them in an engaging fashion, and when they enjoyed the nature of the play. Conclusion/Implications: This study implies the influence and importance of the quality of parent-child play on children’s happiness.

신개발지 일반주거지역의 용도쇠퇴 현황 및 특성에 관한 연구 - 대전 둔산 신시가지를 중심으로 -

In general, the decay of the residential district has been considered a phenomenon of old towns. But now it has become a problem of new development areas too, which have been a cause of the decay of old town. This study aims to investigate the decay of the residential district in the new development area. The survey site was Dunsan, a town-intown of Daejeon metropolitan city. The findings were as follows (:) 1) even in the new development area, a high level of vacancy ratio was evident. ; 2) among the buildings above ground, 1st floor showed the highest vacancy ratio, which means the 1st floor was allotted to too many commercial facilities relative to the buying power size in this district. ; 3) there were many conversions in response to the decay of the district, from residential to commercial, and commercial to residential. ; and 4) the allocation of each type of conversion showed a spatial pattern.

2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 ‘시‧도 교육과정 편성‧운영 지침’의 개선 방향 탐색

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition and improvement needs of development and application of the guidelines for the organization and operation of the city and province curriculum and to explore the development direction of the guidelines for the city and province. For this purpose, this study analyzed 17 city and provincial guidelines and conducted a survey on teachers and supervisors, and held councils and workshops. In this study, the results of the study were summarized as follows: the identification of the city and province guidelines, the realization of the essential presentation contents of the city and province guidelines, the significance of the development of the city and province guidelines, the support of the state and city and province level for the development of the city and province guidelines, etc., were proposed as a plan to smoothly develop and utilize the city and province guidelines in the current curriculum system. 본 연구에서는 시‧도 교육과정 편성‧운영 지침의 개선 방향을 탐색하고자, 17개 시‧도 지침 문서를 분석하고 교사 및 장학사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 협의회 및 워크숍을 개최하였다. 그리고 연구 결과를 종합하여 본 연구에서는 현재의 교육과정 체제에서 교육 현장에서 시‧도 지침이 원활히 개발‧활용되기 위한 방안으로 시‧도 지침의 정체성 명료화, 시‧도 지침의 필수 제시 내용 구체화, 시‧도 지침의 개발 시 유의점, 시‧도 지침 개발을 위한 국가 및 시‧도 수준의 지원 등을 제안하고, 교육과정 지역화를 구현하기 위한 시‧도 지침의 개선 방향을 제안하였다.
