The Collapsing cases of greenhouse in rural area have been increased due to the unexpected heavy snow load, reproduction. However, the damages of collapses of greenhouse repeat annually. In this paper, in order to examine the effect of side wall incline, side wall height and roof curvature of the greenhouse during the heavy snow falling period, the limit analysis using CPM (Compact Procedure Method) which uses in actual collapse case carried out.

In This paper, it is analyzed how to strengthen the green house effectively to against heavy snow. In order to repair of green house, several strengthen method was proposed and also analyzed a repair strengthen effect by using CPM.

Background/Aims: The blended current is usually used for endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) to minimize bleeding. The pure cutting current may induce less edema of the ampulla and therefore result in less injury to the pancreas theoretically. The aim of this study was to evaluate effects of electric currents used on the development of serum pancreatic enzyme evaluation, clinical pancreatitis or bleeding after EST. Methods: One hundred and eighteen consecutive patients who underwent EST with standard papillotome alone for the treatment of choledocholithiasis were reviewed. All EST had been performed by two endoscopists whose experience on EST was similar: one uses blended current(BC group, n=74), while the other uses pure cutting current (PC group, n=44). Results: Baseline clinical, laboratory, and procedural parameters were similar in both groups. The incidences of hyperamylasemia and hyperlipasemia were similar between two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of clinical pancreatitis between two groups (BC 6.8% vs PC 0.0%, p=0.1557). All episodes of pancreatitis were mild. No episodes of significant bleeding occurred after EST. The incidences of sepsis, cholangitis and perforation were also not different between two groups. Conclusions: Development of complications after standard EST such as hyperamylasemia, clinical pancreatitis, and bleeding may not depend on the electric current used. The purpose of this research is to provide of building direction for future-oriented based on analysis of science and technology policy and budget coordination system in major countries. This study was done through interviews with experts of government department and National Science and Technology Commission(NTSC). This report has four major parts; those are 1) science and technology policy and budget coordination system in major countries, 2) status of planning and coordination system for science and technology policy, 3) government R&D budget allocation and coordination system, 4) improvement direction for main issue. The science and technology policy and budget coordination system analysis of major countries includes United States, Japan, Finland with their R&D budget coordination system status and comparison of science and technology policy among them. Particularly, U.S.A., shows available system building for performance maximization of efficient integration on program performance evaluation and R&D budget coordination through the Program Assessment Rating Tool (PART). The issue of Planning and coordination system of science and technology policy are the follows; those are 1) lack of collectively policy planning and coordination system, 2) non-contradiction of science and technology law, 3) policy efficiency degradation due to excessive competition of Interagency. There are controversies between National Science and Technology Commission(NTSC) and Ministry of Strategy and Finance(MOST) in terms of effectiveness of government R&D budget allocation and coordination about setting the scope for the target program. Also, in order to clear is required to checksand structuring for complicated government policies in science and technology. This paper drew five suggestions to improve its budget allocation and coordination in governmental R&D programs. First, consultation channel should be set up for enhanced National Science and Technology Commission(NTSC) position. Second, in order to Science and Technology Law should be improved. Third, in order to use its self-evaluation results of national R&D programs, the government needs to set up for feedback system of R&D programs and policy evaluation results. Fourth, the plan for stable R&D budget is required for efficiency to improve in medium-term financial planning systems of R&D sector. Last, preliminary feasibility study of Science and Technology R&D program needs to be improved.

피에조 인젝터 커먼레일 시스템을 이용한 함산소연료의 분무특성에 관한 연구

To understand oxygenated fuel characteristics including spray penetration length and spray angle at a real engine ambient pressure condition, DME was injected into a high pressure chamber by a piezo injector common rail system. The piezo injector common rail system was able to apply steady injection pressure, rapid response, and accurate injection quantity. Injection and ambient pressure were varied to confirm a relation with spray form. Using a direct photographing technique, development process of DME spray was captured. DME injection quantity was enlarged linearly as increasing of the injection pressure. In the high pressure chamber, when the injection pressure was enlarged the penetration length and velocity were increased due to a big momentum of fuel particle at the same ambient pressure. When ambient pressure was increased, the DME spray penetration length and velocity were decreased since the high ambient density of nitrogen was acted as a resistance. Although the ambient pressure and injection pressure were varied, each case of spray angle was almost same since the spray angle had a connection of the injector nozzle geometry.
