        N-doped $TiO_2$/PAN 복합 나노섬유의 제조와 광촉매 특성

        The $TiO_2$/PAN based composite nanofibers having photocatalytic activity were prepared by sol-gel process, electrospinning and post-treatments. Electrospinning solution was prepared by mixture of $Ti(OBu)_4$, PAN, acetic acid and DMF with different ratio. As-spun nanofibers were treated with different way to prepare the anatase $TiO_2$/PAN nanofibers and the N-doped $TiO_2$/PAN nanofibers. In this study, the morphology and diameter of the electrospun and heat treated composite nanofiber were analyzed, and crystal structure of nanofiber after heat treatment and N-doping was analyzed. Furthermore, photocatalytic decomposition of the nanofiber, crystallized in various condition, against the malachite green aqueous solution, was evaluated.

        가오리형 수중글라이더의 형상설계 및 운동성능 해석

        Underwater glider with a single buoyancy engine could generally obtain propulsive forces by moving the center of buoyancy and gravity. Futhermore, The hull and internal structure of underwater glider are designed according to the purpose of long-time operation, high speed and a wide variety of payloads (sensors, communications and etc.). In this paper, Ray-type underwater glider featuring flatfish is considered in view of hydrodynamics. The hull design is especially performed by the analysis of fluid resistance and dynamic performance. The resistance performance is analyzed using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). In addition, a simulation program is implemented in order to verify the validity of dynamics modeling and dynamic performances.

        Psychogenic Non Epileptic Seizure (PNES) refers to a case in which symptoms are similar to epileptic seizures (ES), but ES do not appear in EEG and temporary abnormalities caused by physical diseases are also excluded. Psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy are most commonly used, but standard treatment for PNES has not been established and there is no alternative treatment available in the case of patients those treatments are not applied. We herein report a case of 46 year old male diagnosed with PNES who suffered from generalized tonic-clonic seizures. The patient underwent korean medical treatment by acupuncture and herbal medicine. The clinical symptom was evaluated by assessing occurrence frequency, number of seizures per 28 days. Compared to the period without korean medical treatment, the number of seizures decreased during the treatment period. The present case report suggested that korean medical treatment could be an effective option for those PNES patients complaining generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

        유도무기용 탐색기 발전방안 연구

        국방과학기술의 발전으로 무기체계들이 고속화 및 고기동화 되고 스텔스 기능 등을 갖추게 되며, 이에 따른 불확실성이 가득한 미래 전장의 환경에서 유도무기체계 탐색기의 정밀한 탐지 및 추적 능력의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 유도무기체계 탐색기 개발은 고도의 기술력을 필요로 하고 연구개발 간 많은 시간과 비용이 발생하기 때문에 국방기술선진국에서 관련 기술을 선도하고 있는 상황이다. 우리나라에서도 대지, 대공, 대함미사일 등 각종 유도무기체계를 자체개발하여 관련 기술이 성숙되고 있는 상황이나, 기술 선도국의 개발현황을 분석하여 적 위협에 대한 우리 탐색기기술 공백의 유무 파악이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 유도무기체계 탐색기에 주로 적용되는 레이더, 적외선 영상, 반능동 레이저 및 다중모드 센서 등이 적용된 국외 탐색기 개발현황과 국내 탐색기 개발현황을 분석하고, 미래에 유도무기체계 탐색기에 적용이 필요한 기술에 대한 발전방안을 제시한다. As defense science and technology advance, weapon systems are becoming faster, more agile, and equipped with stealth capabilities. Consequently, the importance of precise detection and tracking capabilities in the seeker systems of guided missiles for future battlefields is increasing. Because the development of the seeker systems of guided missiles requires a high level of technology and involves significant time and cost in research and development, countries advanced in defense technology are leading in related technologies. In the Republic of Korea, various guided missiles, such as anti-air and anti-ship missiles, have been independently developed and the related technologies are maturing. However, the development status of leading countries should be analyzed to identify any technological gaps in the capabilities of our seeker system against potential threats. In this paper, we analyze the development status of foreign seeker systems that primarily use RF, IIR, SAL, and multi-mode sensors, as well as the domestic development status of seeker systems. Furthermore, we propose developmental directions for the necessary technologies for future seeker systems of guided missiles.

        지역난방의 일반제어 및 열량제어 에너지 시뮬레이션

        Korea district heating systems have mainly used setting temperature control and outdoor reset control. Different from such conventional normal methods, a thermal-load control proposed in Sweden can decrease the return temperature and reduce pump power consumptions because the control is able to provide the appropriate amount of required heat. In this study, further improved predictive optimal control in addition to the conventional controls were simulated in order to verify its effect in district heating system using TRNSYS 17. 200 m2 apartment housing which accounts for 25% in Korea and is used as a calculation model;. the number of households in the simulation was 9. As a result, a higher temperature difference and decreasing flow rate at primary loop were shown when using thermal-load control.

        예멘 난민 수용 반대 여론과 정치적 결정에 대한 단상

        이 글은 제주도 에멘 난민 수용에 대한 여론의 추이와 그에 따른 정치적 상황에 주목하면서 시작되었다. 제주도 난민 수용 반대 여론은 난민법의 수정 또는 폐지까지 요구한다. 에멘 난민 수용을 거부하는 입장은 치안과 안전, 문화 마찰, 경제적 이익이라는 측면에서 어느 정도 설득력을 가지지만 전향적인 사회가 견지해야 할 보편적인 가치, 진리적인 가치에는 반한다. 정치적 결정권자가 여론은 살피는 일은 자연스럽고 또한 중요한 일이다. 그러나 아무리 많은 다수의 의견이라 할지라도 정의롭지 않은 여론은 정치적 결정의 토대가 되어서는 안 된다. 본 논문은 그러한 이유와 근거로 여론의 형성과정과 관련 개념들의 그림자를 살펴볼 것이고, 반대로 공동체적 결정이 참고할 수 있는 가치로서 아우구스티누스의 ‘사랑’ 개념과 원리를 검토하고자 한다. 갈등은 불안전과 균열을 초래한다. 공통감이 없으면 균열은 봉합되지 않는다. 본 논문은 이러한 갈등상태가 해소되어야 함을 과제로 삼고 아우구스티누스에게서 혜안을 얻고자 한다. This study begins with focus on the public opinion and political views on embracing Yemeni refugees in Jeju. The public opinion is demanding amendment or even abolition of the Refugee Act. The argument opposing Yemeni refugees is persuasive enough in terms of public order and safety, cultural conflicts and economic interests, but it is going against the universal and authentic values that must be pursued by a forward-looking society. It is natural that the power exerting political discretion keeps an eye on public opinion. However, no matter how many people express it, unjustified public opinion must not be a foundation for political decision. This study will examine the shadows of public opinion and related concepts for those reasons, and review Augustine’s concept of ‘love’ as a value to refer to in making a communal decision. Conflicts lead to insecurity and rift. Without sensus communis (common sense), the rift will not be healed. This study raises the need to resolve such conflicting state and seeks insight from Augustine.

        성서 텍스트로 읽는 영화 〈반지의 제왕〉

        In recent years, research of the Bible has tried to read it as literature through the analysis of its similarities to literature as well as study it from the historical and theological perspectives. As Northrop FRYE said in his On Teaching Literature, "Without some knowledge of the Bible one simply does not know what is going on in English literature," the knowledge of Bible has expanded the understanding of literature. And it might be possible to find the archetype of Bible in the movie as it uses allegory like literature. Allegory is a mode of representing an abstract concept and its figuration into a specific image gives it a meaning. Goethe said, "Allegory is transforming a phenomenon into a concept, then transforming it into an image," and it can be understood in this context. The concept of allegory can be understood based on the perspectives of Elizabeth Franzel, Walter Benjamin, and John MacQueen. This study tries to harmonize the differences between the subjects of this study, the Bible and a movie, in the framework of the allegory of Bible, and understand how the characteristics of the archetypical allegory of the Bible are transformed and used in the movie, 〈The Lord of the Ring〉, by dividing the internal relationship between the Bible and the movie into 5 stages of linear allegory; the matter of sin, conflict and struggle, suffering, resurrection and holy marriage. To avoid prejudice in the research, efforts were made not to interpret the allegory from theoretical thinking, and limit the scope of this research to the classification, comparison and understanding of the aspects of allegory in the Bible and the movie by reviewing the theories closely related to the subject in general. 〈The Lord of the Ring〉 has been favorably accepted by theoretical, critical, and media experts as well as general readers. If the interpretation of the movie as an allegory of the bible is established, it will be possible to develop the interpretation of the movie into critical discourses.

        이미지와 실재에 대한 문제 고찰 -성상논쟁을 중심으로-

        The aim of this study is to re-examine discussions of image and the real in the process of restructuring the history of icon controversy, which can be called a root that stimulated changes in Western culture and arts history. The history of Western ideas from the birth of Greek philosophy until today, in short, is a history of battle between what is tangible (image) and intangible (the real). Examination of the two different views that are for the impossibility of the image of God, and the possibility of the image of God, cannot remain in a religious dimension embryology, but inevitably produces ideological discussions on the mage and the real. The discussion includes the subjective value judgments of the group that establishes the public opinion, and homogeneous meanings that are reached in the repetition of public opinion. Through the process of examining problems of the idea of image and the real derived from icon controversy, from iconoclasm under Leo III who brought about a great change to the East Roman Empire and Europe as a whole, to the religious reform of the sixteenth century which was the peak of icon controversy, and examining overlapping discussions, the results of this study discovered basics of new metaphysics from the perspective of Luther. His statements of `freedom` and `transcendence` which appear to be his cohesive direction present a discussion of tolerance and combination that newly interprets reality, and a discussion of reconciliation.

      • 시각장애인을 위한 자동 지폐 분류 지갑

        시각장애인들이 사회 활동에서 지페를 이용하여 계산을 하거나 돈을 환전할 때 화폐를 혼동하여 손해를 보는 일이 발생한다. 이러한 상황에서 시각장애인들이 다른 사람들과 같이 피해를 보지 않고 경제 활동을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 디바이스가 필요하다고 생각했다. 그래서 구상한 것이 시각장애인이 지페를 사용하는 그 현장에 자신이 어떠한 지페를 꺼내고 가지고 있는지 알려주는 지폐 판별 및 분류 지갑이다. 이 지갑은 화폐를 지갑 내의 카마라로 인식하고 지갑에 분류된다. 또한 어떠한 지폐를 판별하였는지 점자로 나타낸다.
