노인의 자원봉사활동 만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 -자아효능감의 조절효과-

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 자원봉사활동 만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향과 자아효능감의 조절효과를 규명하여 연구문제 해결과 이론적·실천적 측면에서 정책결정에 기여 할 수 있는 대안을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.첫째, 자원봉사활동 만족도는 성공적 노화에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 둘째,자원봉사활동 만족도가 성공적 노화에 영향을 미칠 때 자아효능감의 조절효과가 있을 것이가 이다. SPSS 21 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 설명적 접근방법으로는 자원봉사 활동이 노인의 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향에 관하여 인과관계를 분석하였으며, 결과와 결론은 다음과 같다.첫째, 자원봉사활동 만족도가 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향면에서 사회적 책임을 제외하고 개인적 성취와 사회적 활동이 소득관리, 사회참여, 평생교육,건강관리에 정(+)적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 자원봉사활동 만족도와 노인의 성공적 노화의 4개의 하위요인 중 소득관리와 사회참여 2개의 요인 간에서는 자아효능감이 조절효과를 나타내었다.노인의 성공적 노화가 충실하게 이루어지게 하기 위해서는 자원봉사활동의 체계적인 지원과 자아효능감을 증가할 수 있는 프로그램 등의 개발이 필요한것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact on successful aging and the moderating effect of self-efficacy through volunteer satisfaction of the elderly for solving research questions and to offer alternatives in terms of theoretical and practical contribution to policy decisions. The research questions to solve the problem are as follows.First of all, what impact does volunteer satisfaction have on successful aging? Second, is there a moderating effect of self-efficacy when volunteer satisfaction influences successful aging? Frequency analysis was carried out using SPSS 21 statistic program, and descriptive approach method was to analyze cause-and-effect about the influence of volunteer activities on successful aging; results and conclusions are as follows.First, in terms of the impact on successful aging through the volunteer activities, except social responsibility, personal achievement and social activities had positive influences on income management, community involvement, continuing education and health care. Second, volunteer satisfaction and successful aging of the elderly indicated moderating effects of self-efficacy on income management and social participations, between two of four sub factors of aging.In order to faithfully fulfill successful aging of the elderly,development of systematic support and such programs that can increase self-efficacy seem to be necessary.
