        스월유동장에 있어서 연소속도에 미치는 난류특성의 영향에 관한 연구

        Flow velocity was measured by, use of hot wire anemometer. Turbulence intensity was in proportion to mean flow velocity regardless of swirl velocity. And integral length scale has proportional relation with swirl velocity regardless of measurement position. Turbulent burning speed during flame propagation which was determined by flame photograph and gas pressure of combustion chamber was increased with the lapse of time from spark and was decreased a little at later combustion period. Because of combustion promotion effect, turbulent burning speed was increased according to increase of turbulence intensity. Burning speed ratio i.e. ratio of turbulent burning speed ($S_BT$) to laminar burning speed ($S_BL$) was found out by use of turbulence intensity u' and integral length scale $l_x$ , $\delta_L$ is width of preheat zone in laminar flame.

        희박연소기관용 용량방전식 다회수스파크 점화장치의 개발에 관한 기초 연구

        Enhancement of the ignitability was necessary to realize the lean burn engine. The characteristics of multiple-spark capacitor discharge igniter(MSCDI) usefulness of which for lean burn was examined in constant volume combustion chamber and evaluated in spark ignition engine. Noise of MSCDI for engine was restricted by adoption of low voltage control system. It was found that the adaptability for high engine speed was remarkable. Lean limit in engine with MSCDI was extended 10% than conventional coil ignition system. Also maximum brake thermal efficiency was almost enhanced 1%.

        금융기관 서비스품질의 고객충성도 결정요인 -수협은행을 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 금융기관 서비스품질의 만족도를 높이고 충성도 있는 고객을 확보하여 지속성장 가능한 수협은행 관련 연구가 현실적으로 부족하였다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 본 연구결과에서 수협은행의 서비스품질을 위한 제고방안은 결정요인 결과를 토대로 유용성 흥미성 신뢰성 안전성의 고객만족과 고객관계관리 관계성을 정립하여 고객의 니즈에 맞는 새로운 욕구를 고려하는 제고방안이 수립되어야 하며 유의수준이 높은 내적품질 요인을 높일 수 있는 서비스 품질의 제고방안을 맞춤형 서비스로 확대 시킬 필요가 있다. 급변하는 금융환경의 변화에 맞게 전문경영인 체제와 능력위주의 인사정책 도입으로 수협은행에 사회적, 경제적, 가족적, 문화적 변화 특성을 정확히 이해하고, 그러한 변화에 대응할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 운영이 필요하다. The purpose of this research is to explore ways to raise the quality of the financial services of Suhyup Bank, to secure its customers' loyalty, and to help it achieve sustainable growth. The results of this research showed that the ways to improve the service quality of Suhyup Bank are as follows: establish a relationship between its customers' satisfaction with the usefulness, creativity, reliability, and safety of its services and its customer management based on its customers' decision-making factors; establish service improvement schemes that consider new customer needs and desires; and improve its service quality and raise its internal quality factors, which are the keys to its expansion to customized services.

        희박연소용 점화장치에 대한 기초연구

        In order to establish the ignition system for lean burn, the influence of the number of spark plug, spark times and spark intervals on discharge pattern of spark energy on ignitability and combustion characteristics were evaluated. It showed that, ignitability remarkably increased with the case of multiple spark ignition system than with the case of single spark and the lean limit extended fuel/air equivalence ratio by 0.1, the increase of magnitude and lasting time of capacity component and inductance component was multi spark discharge in a row.

        정천화담강기탕(定喘化痰降氣湯)이 ovalbumin으로 유발(誘發)된 천식(喘息)의 조직학적(組織學的) 변화(變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives : In order to study the effect of oral administration of Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang against the asthma. Method : Asthma was induced to Balb/c mouse with ovalbumin by using method of Hatfield et al. It was observed the changes numbers and morphology of the mast cells in the trachea, numbers of mucous secretory cell in the bronchus, morphology of the bronchus, ultramicroscopical appearance of surface of trachea and number of cilia and mucous secretory cells by scanning electron microscope. Result : 1. Degranulation and decreasing of the numbers of mast cells were significantly decreased in the Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang extract group as compared with control group. 2. Hypertrophy of mucous membrane of bronchus In the lung, infiltration of inflammatory cells, increasing of mucous secretory cells in the bronchus were significantly decreased in the Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang extract group as compared with control group. 3. Shedding, decreasing of cilia cells and increasing of mucous secretory cells in the surface of the trachea were significantly decreased in the Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang extract group as compared with control group. Conclusion : It is considered that Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang has somewhat favorable effects on the asthma because the asthma specific series of abnormalities in respiratory system were decreased after oral administration of Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang in this study. In future, it is needed that the toxicological and dosage specific study of Jungcheonwhadamgangki-tang to use against bronchial asthma with safe.

        배경잡음 자료를 이용한 국내 가속도 관측망의 방위각 보정값 측정

        기상청에서 운용하는 268개의 가속도 관측망에 대한 방위각 보정값을 측정하기 위해 배경잡음 교차상관 방법을 사용하였다. 이 방법은 배경잡음 자료를 사용하기 때문에 원거리 지진자료를 사용하는 방법과 달리 특정 조건에 맞는 지진을 선정할 필요가 없고, 한반도와 같은 조밀한 관측망에 적용하여 단기간의 연속 파형 자료만을 사용해 신뢰할 수 있는 방위각 보정값을 측정할 수 있다. 계산에는 2020년 1월부터 2020년 2월까지 총 268개의 기상청 가속도 관측망에 기록된 3성분 연속 파형 자료를 사용했다. 계산된 결과를 보면 기존에 원거리 지진자료를 사용한 결과와 매우 유사하며, 기존 결과에서 누락된 가속도 관측소들을 포함한 대부분 관측소의 방위각 보정 계산 결과가 표준편차 5° 이하로 안정적으로 계산되는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를에서 사용한 방법을 활용해 기상청 가속도 관측소에 대한 방위각 보정값을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 측정된 결과를 활용하면, 가속도 자료의 수평 성분을 활용한 다양한 연구들에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Orientation corrections for the total of 268 accelerograph stations of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) were estimated using ambient noise cross-correlation. As this method uses ambient noise data instead of teleseismic waveforms from earthquakes under certain conditions, reliable orientation corrections can be obtained using only two-month long continuous seismic data from dense seismic networks in the Korean peninsula.Three-component continuous data recorded at the 268 accelerograph stations from January to February 2020 were used to estimate orientation corrections. The results are comparable to the previous results obtained from teleseismic waveforms; the overall standard deviations of the orientation corrections are less than 5°. Therefore, orientation corrections for the accelerograph station network can be tracked periodically by the ambient-noise method and the result can be used in various studies using the horizontal-component of acceleration data.

        기억성 경도인지장애 및 알츠하이머 치매 환자에서 해마, 편도체, 뇌들보, 내후각 피질과 혈중 지질, 호모시스테인, 엽산 농도와의 연관성

        Objectives In this study, the authors evaluated the correlation between levels of serum lipid, homocysteine, and folate with volumes of hippocampus, amygdala, corpus callosum, and in patients with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI) or Alzheimer's disease (AD) type. Methods The study recruited patients who visited the dementia clinic of Haeundae Paik Hospital in Korea between March 2010 and June 2014. Among those, patients who had taken the neurocognitive test, brain magnetic resonance imaing, tests for serum lipid, homocysteine, folate, and apolipoprotein E (APOE) genotyping and diagnosed with aMCI or AD were included for analysis. Bilateral hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, amygdala and corpus callosum were selected for region of interest (ROI). The cross-sectional relationships between serum lipid, homocysteine, folate and ROI were assessed by partial correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results In patients with aMCI, old age (> 80) and APOE ${\varepsilon}4$ carrier were associated with AD [odds ration (OR) : 12.80 ; 95% confidence interval (CI) : 2.25-72.98 and OR : 4.48 ; 95% CI : 1.58-12.67, respectively]. In patients with aMCI or AD, volumes and thickness of ROI were inversely correlated with levels of serum lipid and homocysteine. In multiple linear regression analyses, higher total cholesterol level was related to lower left, right hippocampus volume and left amygdala volume ; higher low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was related to lower right entorhinal cortex thickness ; higher homocysteine level was related to lower corpus callosum volume. Conclusions Higher serum lipid and homocysteine levels are associated with decreased volume of hippocampus, amygdala, corpus callosum and entorhinal cortex thickness in patients with aMCI or AD. These findings suggest that serum lipid and homocysteine levels are associated with AD as a modifiable risk factor.

        병저항성 육종을 위한 고추 유전자원의 저항성 평가

        본 시험은 고추의 육종을 위한 병 저항성 고추를 선발하고자 하였다. 국내에서 시판중인 역병 저항성 품종인 PR계통 21품종, 미국에서 도입해온 36품종과 역병감수성 품종인 '슈퍼마니따'를 사용하여 역병, 탄저병, 흰가루병의 병 저항성 검정을 수행하였다. $Phytophthora$ $capsici$에 의해 발병하는 고추역병의 유묘검정은 서로 다른 교배형(A1, A2, Sterile)을 가지는 3 균주를 사용하여 접종하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 PR계통 고추들은 각각의 교배형에 대하여 저항성 또는 중도저항성을 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. '역강홍장군'은 서로 다른 교배형의 세 가지 균주에 대하여 저항성을 나타냈으며, 'PR-다따'와 'PR-마니따'는 각각의 교배형에 저항성 또는 중도저항성을 보였다. 외래종의 경우, 'NuMex J.E.Parker', 'Omni Color'과 'SCM-334' 품종은 세 가지 균주에 저항성을 나타냈고, 'Sweet Banana'와 'Tabasco'를 포함한 몇몇 품종들은 각각의 균주에 중도저항성을 나타냈다. 흰가루병에 대하여 'Orange Habanero', 'black Cuban'은 저항성을 나타냈으며, '슈퍼마니따'와 'PR 금동'은 중도저항성을 나타냈다. 'Santa Fe Grnade', 'NuMex Pinata' 품종은 흰가루병에 매우 심한 감수성인 것으로 조사되었다. 탄저병의 경우, 'Aji Limon'과 'C. baccatum var. pendelum 3-4' 품종은 저항성인 것으로 조사되었다. 'Pobalno', 'Omni Color', 'Negro', 'Mesilla', 'Mulato', 'Bhut Jolokia', 'Big Dipper', 'Black Cuban', 'NuMex Pinata'와 'NuMex Big Jim'은 중도저항성을 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. '태산'을 제외한 대부분의 PR계통들은 탄저병에 대하여 감수성 내지 심한 감수성인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 저항성 개체는 이후에 고추 병저항성 육종에 유용한 유전자원으로 이용될 수 있다. For initiation of resistance breeding program of the red pepper, 21 PR ($Phytophthora$ resistance) cultivars, 36 cultivars collected from USA and 'Supermanitta' which is a susceptible cultivar against phytophthora blight were assayed against phytophthora blight, powdery mildew, and anthracnose. For seedling assay of phytophthora blight, three different mating type strains of $Phytophthora$ $capsici$ were used (A1, A2, Sterile). The result showed that most of the pepper of PR cultivars were resistance or moderately resistance at each mating type. 'Yeokganghongjanggun' was resistant to all three $P.$ $capsici$ strains and 'PR-Datta' and 'PR-Manitta' were resistant or moderately resistant at each type. In case of the collected cultivars, 'NuMex J.E.Parker', 'Omni Color', and 'SCM334' were resistant to all the three types and some cultivars including 'Sweet Banana' and 'Tabasco' were moderately resistant to each type fungi. 'Orange Habanero' and 'Black Cuban' were resistant to powdery mildew and 'Supermanitta' and 'PR Keumdong' were moderately resistant, while 'Santa Fe Grande', 'NuMex Pinata' and 'Puya' were very susceptible. In the case of anthracnose, 'Aji Limon' and 'Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum 3-4' were resistant and 'Pobalno', 'Omni Color', 'Negro', 'Mesilla', 'Mulato', 'Bhut Jolokia', 'Big Dipper', 'Black Cuban', 'NuMex Pinata', and 'NuMex Big Jim' were moderately resistant. The most PR cultivars except 'Taesan' were susceptible or very susceptible. These resistant individuals identified through this experiment can be used as sources of resistance to pepper pathogens in the future breeding programs.
