본 논문에서는 휴대폰과 LEGO Mindstorms NXT를 이용한 원격제어로봇 개발 모델을 제안하고 이를 기반으로 원격제어 로봇을 설계하였다. 제안하는 원격제어로봇 개발 방법은 LEGO Mindstorms NXT를 이용한 하드웨어 설계, 다양한 Tool을 이용한 소프트웨어 설계, Host System의 응용프로그램 개발로 구성되며, Host System으로는 WPAN Platform을 탑재한 휴대폰을, 통신 방식으로는 블루투스를 적용한다.

In this paper, we apply a forging simulator to automatic simulation of a connecting-rod forging process and compare its results with others found in the literature. The process information comes from the distributed examples of DEFORM3D. The process is fully automatically simulated using the tetrahedral element capability of AFDEX3D, developed by the authors. Our results are compared with the results found from the related literature, already simulated using DEFORM3D by other researchers. The comparison shows that our results are relatively excellent especially in terms of mesh quality on which the solution accuracy depends mainly.

In this paper, we simulate a rotor pole cold forging process by a forging simulator with both tetrahedral and hexahedral element capabilities and compare the predictions obtained by the two approaches with the experiments. Hexahedral element capability runs manually while tetrahedral element capability runs automatically with help of an intelligent remeshing technique. It is shown that the tetrahedral element capability can give quite accurate solution if assisted by the intelligent remeshing technique even though the tetrahedral element itself is not theoretically and numerically clear.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Shengmai-san and Pyungwi-san, a herbal product used in traditional Chinese medicine, on gastrointestinal (GI) motility in mice. Methods: The in vivo effects of Shengmai-san and Pyungwi-san on GI motility were investigated by measuring the intestinal transit rates (ITRs) using Evans blue in normal mice and in mice with experimentally induced GI motility dysfunction (GMD). GMD was induced by injecting acetic acid or streptozotocin intraperitoneally. Results: In normal Institute of Cancer Research mice, ITRs were significantly and dosedependentlyincreased by Shengmaisan (0.01∼1 g/kg) and Pyungwi-san (0.01∼1 g/kg). The ITRs of acetic acid induced peritoneal irritation model and streptozotocin-induced diabetic model mice were significantly reduced compared to normal mice, and these reductions were significantly and dose-dependently inhibited by Shengmai-san (0.01∼1g/kg) and Pyungwi-san (0.01∼1g/kg). Conclusions: These results suggest that both Shengmai-san and Pyungwi-san are a good candidate for the development of a prokinetic agent that may prevent or alleviate GMD.

Construction industries worldwide have moved to Building Information Modeling environment in conjunction with IT technology progress. Korean domestic construction market is in the midst of enthusiastically adopting BIM technique and the public sectors try to apply the method to their projects. Difficulties have been introduced, however, in doing so mainly due to the complexity in reflecting the distinctions of the public cost estimate requirements to BIM modeling. The main objective of this study is to propose four kinds of BIM property information modeling methodologies which would be used in the quantity surveys of the public construction projects. To evaluate the applicability of the suggested modeling methods, the research performed a case study.

A vehicle driving simulator is a virtual reality device which makes a man feel as if he drove an actual vehicle. Unlike actual vehicles, the simulator has limited kinematic workspace and bounded dynamic characteristics. So it is difficult to simulate dynamic motions of a multi-body vehicle model. In order to overcome these problems, a washout algorithm which controls the workspace of the simulator within the kinematic limitation is needed. However, a classical washout algorithm contains several problems such as generation of wrong sensation of motions by filters in tilt coordination, requirement of trial and error method in selecting the proper cut-off frequencies, difficulty in returning the simulator to its origin using only high pass filters and etc. This paper proposes new tilt coordination method as an algorithm which gives more accurate sensations to drivers. To reduce time in returning the simulator to its origin, an algorithm that applies selectively onset mode from high pass filters and return mode from error functions is proposed. As a result of this study, the results of the proposed algorithm are compared with the results of classical washout algorithm through the human perception models. Also, the performance of the suggested algorithm is evaluated by using human perception and sensibility of some drivers through experiments. Put Abstract here. Put Abstract here. Put Abstract here. As part of the defense innovation policy, the policy to expand commercialization of military products is a procurement innovation policy designed to reduce defense budget and improve military convenience by replacing existing defense standard products with equivalent or superior products. This paper examines the procurement performance of commutated munitions from 2012 to 2016, and analyzes the procurement performance of the munitions commercialization innovation policy.
