        국화산 추출물에 의한 화학적 손상모발의 물리학적 변화

        Chemical treatment is one of the primary causes of hair damage. Hair treatment is commonly used as a solution to this problem but most hair treatment products are comprised of chemical ingredients as well, which can also cause scalp and hair damage. This study attempted to investigate the physical changes of damaged hair by applying natural plant materials. For this, hair samples (dyed hair, bleached hair, permed hair) were prepared and washed with distilled water, and Gookhwasan extract was applied. Depending on the application of the extract to the experimental group, the samples were classified by contents, time, damage repetition frequency, damage category and hair damage index. For data analysis, the mean difference of test results was analyzed through one-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA, using SPSSWIN 22.0. The results found the following: On average, the experimental group revealed better effects than the control group. The hair improvement effects were proportional to the degree of hair damage. When 국화산 extract was applied to the damaged hair, ‘30ml’ and ‘30 minutes’ were most desirable. In particular, it revealed significant effects on dyed hair. Therefore, it appears that Gookhwasan extract is appropriate in treating damaged hair and would a make a contribution to the development of natural plant substance-related studies.

        헤어 커트 서비스를 위한 커뮤니케이션의 단어적 인식차이가 고객 만족에 미치는 영향

        In modern beauty services, communication between service providers and customers has a significant effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and customer relationship. Communication should reduce differences in lexical perception by expressing opinions through verbal and nonverbal communication. This study aims to increase customer satisfaction and help hairdressers facilitate the services provided by analyzing differences in the perception of verbal and nonverbal expressions in using the words regarding the length of haircut. A study was conducted with 87 service providers and 138 customers after choosing the words regarding the length of haircut through a preliminary survey. A correlation analysis, regression analysis and cross-tabulation analysis were conducted using SPSSWIN 22.0. The analysis of differences in the perception of verbal and nonverbal expressions and customer satisfaction by gender, age and visit frequency has found the following: The perception of verbal and nonverbal expressions in using the topic words was higher in men than women (gender) and in service providers than customers. It decreased as the respondents were older but increased as customers’ visit frequency decreased. When the difference of the perception was large between service providers and customers, in addition, customer satisfaction decreased. In customers, therefore, there was a difference in the perception of verbal and nonverbal perceptions of the words. Therefore, service providers need to properly manage customers’ verbal expressions regarding length of haircut in their communication with customers. The proper management of differences in lexical perception would improve customer satisfaction and customer relationships and help hairdressers provide haircut services properly.

        일반논문 : 남녀 고등학생들의 성교육, 성지식, 성태도, 성 허용성

        본 연구의 목적은 일반계 고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀학생들의 학교성교육 경험과 향후 성교육 요구도, 성지식과 성태도, 성 허용성 등을 파악하여 향후 성별을 고려한 고등학교 성교육에 대한 기초자료를 마련하고 더 나아가 학교 성교육의 효율성을 높이는 전략을 마련하고자 수행되었다. 대상자는 일반계 고등학교 2개교 총 200명을 대상으로 임의표집을 하였으며, 불성실한 문항을 제외하고 143명(71.5%)의 데이터를 최종 분석하였다. 통계처리방법은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 활용하여 기술통계, χ(2)-test, t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient를 하였다. 연구결과, 남학생이 여학생들에 비해 인터넷을 통해 성지식을 습득하는 비율이 높았고, 음란물 시청 경험도 유의하게 많은 것으로 나타났다. 성지식 전체점수는 남녀 유의한 차이가 나지 않았으나, 임신과 출산에 대한 하위영역에서만 여학생이 남학생보다 성지식이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나왔다(t=-2.551, p=.012). 성태도는 남녀 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 임신중절에 대한 태도는 남학생이 더 보수적인 성향이 있는 것으로 나왔다. 성 허용성에 대해서는 남학생이 여학생보다 성에 대한 인식이 보다 개방적이었다. 한편 학교에서 이미 배웠던 성교육은 남녀 공통적으로 1,2,3위가 성희롱과 성폭력, 이성교제, 사춘기 변화에 대한 내용이 주를 이루었다. 그러나 학생들이 학교에서 더 배우고 싶은 성교육은 남학생의 경우 피임방법과 임신중절, 에이즈와 성병에 대한 요구가 높았고, 여학생들은 결혼과 가정, 피임방법과 임신중절, 성 심리 차이, 임신과 출산, 성적 소수자 등의 순서로 나와 남녀 성교육 요구도에 차이가 있었다. 따라서 보다 효과적인 학교성교육을 위해서는 성별을 고려하고 학생들이 배우고 싶은 성교육을 반영한 학습자 중심의 성교육이 이루어져야 함을 제언한다. The purposes of this study were to analysis of the level of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual allowance among academic high school students and to provide fundamental materials for school sexual education which uses gender specific teaching techniques. A sample of 200 high school students from one girls` high school and one boys` high school was convenience sample to participate in the study. Male high school students were more likely to obtain sexual information through the internet, to be open to sexuality, and to watch pornography than female high school students. Schools should provide student-centered sex education which considers gender differences and reflects the need of students. School sex education for both female and male students should focus on specific contraceptive methods. Male students should be educated about potential harmful effects of pornography.

        단위가축영양 : 아스타잔틴 생성 균주(Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous)의 급여가 오리의 성장과 육질에 미치는 영향

        항산화물질인 astaxanthin을 함유한 균주 Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous를 급여하여 오리의 성장 및 육질에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 1일령 오리 450수를 공시하여 배합사료만을 급여한 대조구와 Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous가 함유된 사료첨가제를 사료의 0.1%, 0.2%씩 첨가한 처리구를 두었다. 오리의 성장과 육질을 분석한 결과, 평균증체량은 대조구에 비해 0.2% 처리구에서 유의적으로 높았고 사료요구율은 처리구가 유의적으로 높은 결과를 보였다. 일반성분검사 결과에서는 처리구의 오리고기 지방함량이 유의성 있게 낮았으며, 콜레스테롤 함량 역시 낮게 나타났다. 육질검사 결과 보수력, 육즙손실 및 전단력에 있어서도 처리구가 유의적으로 우수한 결과를 나타냈다. 지방산 함량분석 결과는 포화지방산인 palmitic acid과 stearic acid이 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 낮았으며 불포화지방산인 oleic acid과 linoleic acid는 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 높은 수준을 보였다. 본 연구결과 Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous가 함유된 사료첨가제의 처리는 오리의 성장 및 육질개선과 지방산 조성 등에 있어 효과가 인정되어 고품질의 오리육 생산에 기여할 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to investigated astaxanthin producing "Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous" on growth performances and meat quality in ducks. A total of 450 ducks(cheribery) were allotted into 3 groups. The three groups were control(commercial feed), treatment 1(0.1% feed additives), and treatment 2(0.2% feed additives). Each group had 3 replicates. Viable cell number of "Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous" is 1.0×10(8) cfu/g. Growth performance carried out during 39 days. Average weight gain was significantly higher(p<0.05) in treatment 2 than that of control. Feed conversion was significantly lower(p<0.05) in treatment 1 and 2 than that of control. The results of nutrients composition analysis of duck meat showed that treatment 1 and 2 had significantly lower(p<0.05) fat and cholesterol levels. Water holding capacity showed significantly higher(p<0.05) value than that of control. Both treatment groups showed lower(p<0.05) value than control in drip loss and shear force. Control showed higher unsaturated fatty acids(palmitic acid, stearic acid) content than treatment 1 and 2. Treatment 1 and 2 showed significantly lower(p<0.05) saturated fatty acids(oleic acid, linoleic acid) levels than control. These results suggested that the supplementation of feed additives containing "Xanthophyllomyces dendrohous" might be used effectively for inproving productivity and meat quality of ducks.

        저온저장기간에 따른 고등어(Scomber japonicus)의 이화학적 지표 변화

        This study examined changes in physicochemical indicators [K-value, lipid peroxide, and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS)] in mackerel muscle during refrigerated storage at 4℃. Analyses were conducted every 3 days for 15 days. First, we visually observed changes in the mackerel. After 3 days, there were rapid changes in color and a rotten smell developed. The K-value of mackerel muscle was 4.21, 19.00, 42.13, 51.71, 71.19, and 80.34% on days 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15, respectively; lipid peroxide level also increased, to 5.34, 5.44, 6.59, 7.29, 8.32, and 8.71 nmol/ mL, respectively. TBARS increased from day 0 to 6, but did not change significantly after day 6 (0.98, 1.74, 2.73, 2.09, 1.86, and 1.93 mg Eq. MDA/kg, respectively). The changes in K-value and lipid peroxide level demonstrated a loss of value as fresh food after day 6. The freshness of the stored mackerel had decreased by day 6 and mackerel stored for 9 days was less marketable.

        가스 누출 실험, CFD 및 거리산출 비교를 통한 LP가스 누출 검지농도 분포에 대한 고찰

        Recently, an interest in risk calculation methods has been increasing in Korea due to the establishment of classification code for explosive hazardous area on gas facility (KGS CODE GC101), which is based on the international standard of classification of areas - explosive gas atmospheres (IEC 60079-10-1). However, experiments to check for leaks of combustible or toxic gases are very difficult. These experiments can lead to fire, explosion, and toxic poisoning. Therefore, even if someone tries to provide a laboratory for this experiment, it is difficult to install a gas leakage equipment. In this study we find out differences among actual experiments, CFD by using FLACS and calculation based on classification code for explosive hazardous area on gas facility (KGS CODE GC101) by comparing to each other. We develpoed KGS HAC (hazardous area classification) program which based on KGS GC101 for convenience and popularization. As a result, actual gas leak, CFD and KGS HAC are showing slightly different results. The results of dispersion of 1.8 to 2.7 m were shown in the actual experiment, and the CFD and KGS HAC showed a linear increase of about 0.4 to 1 m depending on the increase in a flow rate. In the actual experiment, the application of 3/8” tubes and orifice to take into account the momentum drop resulted in an increase in the hazardous distance of about 1.95 m. Comparing three methods was able to identify similarities between real and CFD, and also similarities and limitations of CFD and KGS HAC. We hope these results will provide a good basis for future experiments and risk calculations.

        냉동 고등어(Scomber japonicus)의 유통 온도 관리를 위한 Time-temperature Indicator 개발

        We developed a time-temperature indicator (TTI) that rapidly determines whether frozen mackerel Scomber japonicus has thawed during its distribution. Our TTI was made from filter paper capable of absorbing mackerel exudate that was soaked in a 20% citric acid solution at pH 4.0 and then dried. The dried absorbent paper was cut and attached to blue litmus paper with a 2 mm overhang. The fixed litmus paper was covered with a polypropylene film and sealed. The indicator was placed inside a polyvinyl vacuum package containing the mackerel sample. The vacuum-sealed packaged was frozen at -20℃ for 24 h. After freezing, the color change and time dependence of the indicator were observed at room temperature (25℃) and demonstrated the utility of this TTI for rapidly determining whether frozen mackerel underwent thawing during distribution.

        한국어 교사의 수업 설계와 실행에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국어 교사가 수업을 설계하고 실행하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 다양한 문제를 관찰하고 이를 비판적인 시각에서 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 그리고 이를 통하여 한국어 교육 현장에서 이루어지는 교사들의 수업 설계 실태를 파악하고 한국어 수업 설계와 관련된 교사 교육의 질적 개선을 위한 기초를 마련하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 한국어 교사 10명이 작성한 수업 설계와 실행의 차이점을 기록한 보고서를 바탕으로 한다. 연구 참여자들은 자신의 수업을 위해 사전에 수업 계획서를 작성하였으며, 수업이 끝난 후에는 수업 계획서의 내용과 실제 수업에서 어떠한 차이가 발생했는가를 기록하였다. 이 연구에서는 질적 연구 프로그램인 Nvivo 11을 사용하여 자료 분석을 시도하였다. 자료 분석 결과 수업 후기 보고서에 나타난 수업 설계와 실행에 대한 교사들의 자기 성찰적 항목의 최초 코딩 수는 63개로 나타났다. 전체 코딩 항목을 동일한 범주로 재분류 하였을 때 ‘교사 요인, 학습자 요인, 수업 요인’으로 설정할 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통하여 양질의 교육을 단순히 개별 교사의 교육경력이나 경험에 의존하기보다는 체계적이며 과학적인 분석을 통한 지속적인 논의가 필요함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to observe various problems encountered in the course of designing and implementing a Korean language teacher and analyze it from a critical point of view. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for improving the quality of teacher education related to Korean language teaching design by understanding the instructional design of teachers in Korean language education field. This study is based on a report that shows the difference between instructional design and practice written by 10 Korean teachers. Participants in the study completed a lesson plan for their lessons and recorded how the contents of the lesson plan and the actual lesson occurred after the lesson. In this study, we tried to analyze data using Nvivo 11, a qualitative research program. As a result of the data analysis, the number of initial coding of teachers self - reflection items on the instructional design and implementation shown in the latter report was 63. When we reclassified the whole coding items into the same category, they could be set as teacher factor, learner factor, and class factor . Through this study, it is suggested that the quality education should be continuously discussed through systematic and scientific analysis rather than simply relying on individual teachers experience or experience.
