Aplastic anemia (AA) is a serious hematologic disease characterized by hypocellular bone marrow and deficient production of erythrocytes, granulocytes and platelets. Serious complications such as uncontrolled bleeding and bacteremia can occur. A case of severe AA are presented with dental considerations. A 4-year-old boy had been referred from Seoul National University Hospital for dental examination before the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Treatments were planned under general anesthesia, due to the poor compliance. Following medical consult, dental treatments were performed after platelet transfusion and antibiotic prophylaxis. Postoperatively, neither significant bleeding nor complictation was observed. On the time of the treatment planning. the anesthesiologist and dentist should perform a complete hematological assessment. It is imperative not only platelet counts but also other leukocyte counts are under safe boundaries. It is mandatory to follow strict aseptic precautios for all anesthetic and surgical maneuvers. In severe thrombocytopenic patients, platelet transfusion should be considered. Also, it is recommended to establish a good oral hygiene.

본 연구는 효과적인 대학도서관 블로그 콘텐츠 구성을 제안하기 위해 22개 현행 국내 대학도서관 블로그와 11개 국외 대학도서관 블로그를 분석하였다. 분석기준은 블로그 콘텐츠의 메인 카테고리 및 서브 카테고리 수, 콘텐츠 정보내용, 제공되는 정보 형식 및 형태, 이용자 피드백 메뉴 제공 등을 기준으로 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 먼저 메인 카테고리 및 서브 카테고리에서 국내의 경우 그 범위가 다양하게 나타난 반면 국외의 경우 서브 카테고리수가 일정하게 구성되고 있었다. 정보내용 부분에 있어서는 국내의 경우 도서관행사, 서비스, 도서관 안내에 관한 카테고리의 비율이 높은 반면 국외의 경우 전문적인 자료, 정보원 관련 카테고리의 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제공되는 정보의 형식 및 형태를 비교한 결과 국내의 경우에는 주로 링크, 문서 포맷으로 구성되어 있는 반면 국외의 경우 팟캐스팅, 비디오캐스트, 이미지 등 다양한 형태로 제공되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 이용자에게 흥미와 효용성 있는 우수한 콘텐츠 개발하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study analyzed the characteristics and categories of blog contents from list of blogs in 22 academic libraries in Korea and 11 academic libraries in USA. The findings indicated that the majority of blog contents in domestic libraries are used for announcements, events, and general information while international libraries use professional information and general information evenly. In addition, this study showed the international libraries use the various types of information including podcasts and videocast, and images while domestic libraries use document formats and link types mainly. The results can be used to develop effective and useful contents for academic digital libraries.
코로나19 사태에 대한 태권도장의 대응방안 연구: 태권도장 경영자를 중심으로

태권도의 근간이라 할 수 있는 태권도장의 위기는 곧 태권도 전체의 위기라 할 수 있으며 태권도장의 경영난은 태권도계의 산업을 흔들 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 코로나바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19) 확산으로 인한 태권도장의 위기사례와 경영자 각각의 대응방안을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 코로나19 사태 이후 전망도 탐색하여 차후 발생할 수 있는 태권도장 위기상황에 대한 대응전략의 이론적 기반을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 현재 태권도장을 경영하면서 수련생 지도까지 모두 수행하는 경영자 5명에게 심층 면담하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 태권도장 위기사례로는 재정적 위기를 공통으로 언급하였으며 구체적으로 태권도장 휴업으로 인한 수입 단절과 기존 수련생의 퇴관으로 인한 환불 사례가 조사되었다. 둘째 태권도장 위기사례 대응방안으로는 태권도 수업 중지에 대한 빠른 판단, 지속적인 소독과 방역 시행, 태권도 홈트레이닝 실시, 찾아가는 서비스제공, 예약제 소규모 수련 제도를 도입하고 있었다. 마지막으로 코로나19 사태 이후 전망으로는 수련환경의 변화와 수련층의 변화로 나타났다. The crisis of Taekwondo gym, considered to be the basis of Taekwondo, leads directly to in danger to Taekwondo as a whole, and the financial difficulty faced by Taekwondo gym may shake the entire industry of Taekwondo up. From this perspective, this study examines the cases of crisis of Taekwondo gym due to the spread of the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) and the countermeasures taken by each Taekwondo leader. Moreover, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data for strategies to cope with potential crisis of Taekwondo gym by exploring prospect after COVID-19 appeared. For the sake of this study, in-depth interviews was conducted with five Taekwondo leaders who are currently managing Taekwondo gyms and also instructing trainees. The results are as follows. First, they all mentioned financial difficulties of Taekwondo gym at the moment of crisis, specifically discontinued income due to temporary shutdown of the gym and refunds of trainees due to resignation. Second, they made quick decision on closing of Taekwondo gym, carrying out a continuous prevention of epidemics, offering Taekwondo home training, providing a visiting service, and implementing a reservation of small-scale training as countermeasures against the crisis. Finally, the prospect after COVID-19 appeared as the changes of trainning environment and trainning group.
핵연료집합체 비탄성 내진해석 방법론에 대한 국내외 기술 개발 동향 분석

동일본대지진 이후, 원자력발전소 내진에 대한 안전성을 강화하는 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 국내∙외 원자력규제기관에서도 내진평가 기준을 상향 요구하고 있다. 내진 설계 기준에 따라 기존 내진평가 시에는 탄성해석만을 고려하고 있다. 하지만, 탄성해석의 과도한 보수성 완화를 위해 비탄성 해석을 고려하는 다양한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 핵연료집합체에 대한 해외 비탄성 내진해석 방법론 및 국내에서 개발중인 설계기준초과지진 조건에서의 핵연료집합체 내진해석 방법론에 대해 소개하였다. 프랑스 AREVA 에서는 CASAC 코드를 사용하여 US-EPR 핵연료집합체 모델에 비탄성 내진해석을 수행하였다. 일본 Mitsubishi 에서는 FINDS 코드를 사용하여 US-APWR 핵연료집합체 모델에 비탄성 내진해석을 수행하였고, 비탄성 모델을 검증하기 위한 시험도 수행하였다. 국내에서는 한국수력원자력과 유관기관에서 핵연료집합체 내진해석 고유방법론을 개발하고 있는 중이다. 개발된 코드는 설계기준초과지진 조건에서 핵연료집합체 비탄성 내진해석에 적용하여 과도한 보수성을 제거하고 이에 따라 내진여유도를 추가 확보하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 핵연료집합체 비탄성 내진해석 방법론에 대한 해외 사례를 설명하고, 국내에서 개발 중인 고유 방법론의 동향을 파악하였다. Since the great east Japan earthquake, research related to strengthen the safety of Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) is widely conducted. Based on these research results, nuclear regulatory agencies require enhanced seismic evaluation standards. According to the current seismic design, the seismic evaluation is performed based on the elastic analysis. However, research based on inelastic analysis is performed to reduce the conservatism of elastic analysis. Therefore, inelastic seismic analysis methodologies for fuel assembly developed by other countries and a developing methodology for seismic analysis under beyond design basis earthquake (BDBE) in Korea are introduced in this paper. In AREVA (France), inelastic seismic analysis was performed on the US-EPR fuel assembly using CASAC code. Also, FINDS code was used for inelastic seismic analysis of US-APWR fuel assembly and experiment was performed to verify the inelastic model in Mitsubishi (Japan). In Korea, KHNP and related companies are developing a methodology for fuel assembly seismic analysis. This code will be applied to inelastic seismic analysis of fuel assembly under BDBE condition to reduce the conservatism of elastic analysis and to secure an additional seismic margins. This paper introduce fuel assembly inelastic seismic analysis methodologies developed by other countries and the trend of the fuel assembly seismic analysis methodology developed in Korea.

Social welfare service is an individual and professional support provided by the central government or local governments for normal social life of all members of society such including citizens. It supports and raises the welfare of all nations, and pursues well-being of all members of society as well as the welfare for special objects. When the society makes progress toward the welfare society, each beauty university introduces courses related to welfare to cultivate professionals for beauty welfare and makes efforts for professional education. This study aims to discuss especially the quality improvement of beauty welfare service among various social welfare fields and the necessity of newly recognized beauty welfare activities through sustainable beauty welfare service. The survey around social workers, public social workers and professionals in charge of social welfare service in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other districts was conducted. As the lifespan of human being is prolonged by the development of cutting-edge science, especially medical science, aging population and acquired disability rate by industrial disasters or accidents are rapidly and gradually growing. For the good-health and welfare of those the aged and the disabled, various cares are absolutely necessary. The necessary and sufficient condition of welfare society should be satisfied by cultivating beauty welfare professionals with full knowledge of fundamental concepts on welfare, doing and systematic and efficient beauty welfare activities.

Microorganisms capable of utilizing diaminododecane containing amine groups ditermL nally were is이 ated from the soil by enrichment culture. One strain of these isolated strain designated as EL-OI12L , was selected for this study. The results of this study were as follows. 1. This isolated strain EL-Ol12 L was identified as Microbacterium , from the results of morphological , mltural and biochemical tcsts. Th!s isolated strain was named temporarily .\fícrobacteriμ m sp. EL-Ol12 L for convemence. 2. Microbacterium SP. EL-Ol12 L was tested for ability to uti 1ize different kinds of substitued alkanes containing cyan , amine, chloro , and thiol groups(monoterminally or diterminall substituted) as carbon source. Pentamethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine , n -decane, laurylamine, and alkane derivatives containing cyan, chloro , and thiol groups were not utilizcd by Microbacterium SP. EL-Ol12 L. 3. The alkane derivatives that did not serve as growth substrates were tested lurther in oxidation tests using resting cell preparation 이 l1 icrobacteriμ m SP. EL-Ol12 L Alkane derivatives containing cyan , chloro , thiol groups, and n-decane were oxidized by Microbacterium SP. EL-0112 L. It is possible that this isolated strain is also able to degrade their substituted cou- nterparts since they are structually simi lar to diaminododecane. The remarkable substrates that were being oxidized were dichlorodecane and l-dodecanethioI. Microbacteri μm sp. EL- 0112 L could not oxidize pentamethylenediamine, and hexamethylenediamine. 4. The metabolic products formed from diaminododecane by Microbacteημm sp. EL-0112 L were acid compound containing carboxyl group and not containing amine group. On the thin layer chromatography , Rf values of these metabolic products were different from that of the product formed by Coryηebacterium sp. EL-O 112L. These resuIts suggested the specificity of diaminododecane as carbon source.
