        SrTiO$_3$:Pr$^{3+}$,Ga$^{3+}$ Phosphor의 발광특성에 관한 연구

        The effect of {{{{ {Ga }^{3+ } }} addition on the photoluminescence and cathodoluminescence of {{{{ {SrTiO}_{3 } }}:{{{{ { Pr}^{3+ } }} was stu-died by performing the excitation emission and decay time measurements. Addition of {{{{ {Ga }^{3+ } }} in {{{{ {SrTiO}_{3 } }}:{{{{ { Pr}^{3+ } }} resulted in a considerable enhancement of {{{{ { Pr}^{3+ } }} emission intensity. From the analysis of the experimental results the following mechanism is proposed. Excitation in the {{{{ {SrTiO}_{3 } }} host lattice leads to the formation of electrons in the conduction band and holes in the valence band. The electrons in the conduction band re-combine radiatively with the holes trapped at {{{{ { Ga}^{3+ } }} and the energy is transferred to {{{{ { Pr}^{3+ } }} ion which give its own characteristic red emission.

        병원간호사의 법에 대한 지식, 의식과 실천의지 간의 관계

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate nurses' knowledge of the law, consciousness, and will to practice and the relationships among factors affecting the will to practice. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results: Most respondents were women (93.9%) and 75.6% of them had received basic education on law. The average score on knowledge of the law was $11.83{\pm}3.07$ for general law and $10.42{\pm}3.32$ for nursing law. The average score on consciousness of law and will to practice was $2.50{\pm}0.31$ and $4.32{\pm}0.58$, respectively. Differences were observed in knowledge of the law in terms of having taken a refresher course(F=5.87, p=.003); in consciousness of the law in terms of knowledge of the law (F=6.61, p<.002); and in will to practice according to age (F=7.30, p=.007) and educational level (F=13.08, p<.001). Factors influencing will to practice included behavioral and cognitive consciousness, general knowledge of law, and education. These factors explained 24% of the variance. Conclusion: Nurses knowledge and consciousness regarding law was relatively lower than their will to practice. Systematic law education for nurses and repetitive research are recommended to prevent nursing malpractice.

        도로터널의 갱구부 경관설계가 터널 내부조명에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 도로터널 조명설계에 있어서 내부조명의 밝기 수준에 영향을 미치는 갱구부 경관을 L20법 측정을 통하여 수치 해석적으로 고찰하였다. 갱문 형식별로 휘도인자를 추출하고 갱구부 주변시설물의 재료적 특성이 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해서 동영상 휘도계 HI-LAND ELF SYSTEM과 면휘도계 LMK Mobile advanced로 촬영하여 휘도 분석을 하였다. 국내의 터널은 대부분 산악지대에 분포되어 L20각도 내에서 휘도가 가장 높은 하늘이 점하는 비율이 거의 없으며, 터널 입구주변이나 도로노면에 의한 휘도가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나, L20각도 내에서 갱문의 면적이 넓게 보이는 면벽식의 경우는 주변이나 노면에 비해 밝은 휘도를 나타냄으로서 터널내 경계부 휘도를 높이는 요인이 되고 있으며, 터널 갱구주변의 도로시설물도 휘도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 파악하였다. 따라서, 휘도기반의 터널조명 설계 시 갱문의 형식 및 갱구부 주변시설물에 대한 면적, 재료, 색상 등이 외부휘도에 영향을 미치고 이로 인해 터널 내부조명의 밝기 레벨 설정에 영향을 주는 요인이 되므로 갱구부 경관설계 시 이에 대한 검토가 반드시 필요한 것으로 나타났다. This research uses numerical analysis to examine the tunnel portal landscape affecting the brightness level of interior lighting when designing lights for road tunnels through the L20 method. In order to extract the brightness recognition per form of a tunnel entrance and to evaluate the effects of the characteristics of the materials of facilities near a tunnel portal, brightness analysis was conducted by filming brightness on a video photometer called Hi-land Elf System, and a surface brightness photometer called LMK Mobile Advanced. Tunnels in Korea are mostly distributed in mountain areas; thus, the ratio occupied by the sky, which has the highest brightness within the angle of L20, is close to zero, while most of the ratio was occupied by brightness by the area near the tunnel entrance or road surface. However, for a tunnel portal retaing wall, which allows the width of a tunnel entrance to seem wider within the L20 angle, appeared to be have higher brightness compared to nearby areas or the surface, which is an element increasing the tunnel portal brightness within the tunnel, and the road facilities near the tunnel portal appeared to have an effect on the brightness as well. Thus, when designing tunnel lights based on brightness, the form of the tunnel entrance and the area width, material, and color of areas near the tunnel portal appeared to affect outside brightness and become an element affecting the establishment of the brightness level of the interior lights of tunnels. Consequently, reviewing such matters is a prerequisite when designing tunnel portal landscape.

        하수 방류수에서 대장균군의 검출방법의 비교

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the concentration of total coliforms in sewage effluents during the period from August 2004 to October 2005. The removal efficiency range of multi-tube method and plate count method were $31.3{\sim}99.5%$ and $66.8{\sim}99.2%$, respectively. Though a correlation between the multi-tube method and the plate count method in the same sample is low, not only is an experimental procedure very simple, but the time required also is short. The seasonal correlation between methods showed more sensitive spring and summer than autumn and winter. So the study indicated plate count method can be used in rapid and reliance identification of total coliform more than the multi-tube method.

        컬러정보와 부분 템플릿을 이용한 얼굴영역, 요소 및 회전각 검출

        얼굴영상을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해선 먼저 인력영상에서 얼굴영역과 얼굴을 구성하는 각 요소를 검출하고 얼굴의 회전각을 추정하는 전처리과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 얼굴의 크기와 머리회전, 조명의 변화가 허용되고 피부색과 비슷한 배경이 얼굴에 병합되는 경우에도 얼굴과 요소들(눈, 입)을 강건하게 검출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 변환된 HSV 컬러 좌표계상의 대역적 피부 색상정보와 히스토그램을 이용한 피부 색상정보로 얼굴후보영역을 지정한 뒤, 같은 방법으로 얼굴후보영역 안에서 입술영역을 검출한다. 입술영역의 횡축 기울기로 x축에 대한 회전각을 추정한 후, 얼굴의 모양정보와 요소의 위치정보를 이용해 얼굴임을 확정한다. 다음으로 양안의 조합으로 이루어진 부분 템플릿매칭을 통해 눈을 검출한 뒤, 얼굴의 넓이를 참조한 3차원 공간상에서의 눈의 위치를 계산하여 y축 회전각을 추정한다. 다양한 얼굴영상에 대해 실험을 실시한 결과, 본 알고리즘의 유효성을 확인하였다. For an effective pre-treatment process of a face input image, it is necessary to detect each of face components, calculate the face area, and estimate the rotary angle of the face. A proposed method of this study can estimate an robust result under such renditions as some different levels of illumination, variable fate sizes, fate rotation angels, and background color similar to skin color of the face. The first step of the proposed method detects the estimated face area that can be calculated by both adapted skin color Information of the band-wide HSV color coordinate converted from RGB coordinate, and skin color Information using histogram. Using the results of the former processes, we can detect a lip area within an estimated face area. After estimating a rotary angle slope of the lip area along the X axis, the method determines the face shape based on face information. After detecting eyes in face area by matching a partial template which is made with both eyes, we can estimate Y axis rotary angle by calculating the eye´s locations in three dimensional space in the reference of the face area. As a result of the experiment on various face images, the effectuality of proposed algorithm was verified.

        열풍건조한 김치 분말이 저지방 소시지의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 열풍 건조한 김치분말을 저지방 소시지에 0, 1, 2, 및 3 %로 첨가하여 돈육 유화물과 소시지의 품질특성을 조사하여 김치분말을 이용한 육제품의 활용성에 대한 연구를 실시하였다 김치분말의 낮은 pH의 영향으로 저지방 소시지의 pH를 저하시켰고 CIE L값을 낮추고, CIE a값과 CIE b 값을 증가시켰다(p<0.05). 김치분말의 수분흡수력의 영향으로 가열수율과 유화안정성을 증가시켰으며 점도 또한 증가시켜 3%의 김치분말을 첨가한 저지방 처리구가 대조구와 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 관능검사에서도 우수한 평가를 받아 열풍건조 김치분말의 활용은 고품질의 기능성 소시지를 개발하는데 유용한 식품 소재가 될 것으로 보인다.

      • TENS가 관절염으로 유발된 흰쥐 척수내 Substance-P 발현에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate and analysis effect of TENS with immunohistochemistry methode through changes of substance P in spinal using arthritis model after inducing inflammation. The changes of substance P induced at that time are compared with control which is not induced arthritis by means of counting. The effect of TENS (4Hz, $200{\mu}$, 20minutes) is also tested by observing changes of substance P in spinal dorsal horn after application on knee joint of rats which is arthritis model induced by kaolin and carrageenan. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Substance P immunoreactive positive neurons are increased in dorsal horn after inducting arthritis. 2. In arthritis group, Substance P immunoreactive positive neurons are progressively increased from the first to the third days. 3. Substance P immunoreactive positive neurons after applicating TENS on arthritis group are more decreased than only arthritis-induced group. 4. Substance P immunoreactive positive neurons were significantly decreased on the second days resulting from TENS application from the first to the third days. Therefore, TENS application is decrease Substance P immunoreactive positive neurons in spinal dorsal horn of rats induced arthritis. This decrease is considered as analgesic effect of TENS.
