폴리머 기판 위에 전사된 실리콘 박막의 기계적 유연성 연구

현재까지 유연한 전자소자 개발은 주로 인쇄전자 기술을 이용한 유기재료 기반 위주로 연구 및 개발이 진행되어 오고 있다. 그러나 유기 기반의 소자는 성능 및 신뢰성에 많은 제약이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무기재료 기반의 실리콘 고성능 유연 전자소자를 개발하기 위한 방법으로 나노 및 마이크로 두께의 단결정 실리콘 박막을 transfer printing 기술을 이용하여 유연기판에 전사하여 제작하였다. 제작된 유연소자는 굽힘 시험과 인장 시험을 통하여 유연 신뢰성을 평가하였다. PI 기판에 부착된 두께 200 nm의 박막은 굽힘 시험 결과, 곡률 반경 4.8 mm 까지 굽힐 수 있었으며, 따라서 굽힘 유연성이 매우 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 인장 시험 결과 인장 변형률 1.8%에서 박막이 파괴되었으며, 기존 실리콘 박막에 비하여 연신율이 최대 1% 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. FPCB 기판에 부착된 마이크로 두께의 실리콘 박막의 경우 칩이 얇아질수록 굽힘 유연성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었으며, $20{\mu}m$ 두께의 박막의 경우 곡률 반경 2.5 mm 까지 굽힐 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 유연성의 증가는 실리콘 박막과 유연 기판 사이의 접착제의 완충작용 때문이다. 따라서 유연 전자소자의 유연성을 증가시키기 위해서는 박막 제작 시 공정 중의 결함을 최소화하고, 적절한 접착제를 사용한다면 유연성을 크게 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Development of flexible electronic devices has primarily focused on printing technology using organic materials. However, organic-based flexible electronics have several disadvantages, including low electrical performance and long-term reliability. Therefore, we fabricated nano- and micro-thick silicon film attached to the polymer substrate using transfer printing technology to investigate the feasibility of silicon-based flexible electronic devices with high performance and high flexibility. Flexibility of the fabricated samples was investigated using bending and stretching tests. The failure bending radius of the 200 nm-thick silicon film attached on a PI substrate was 4.5 mm, and the failure stretching strain was 1.8%. The failure bending radius of the micro-thick silicon film attached on a FPCB was 2 mm, and the failure strain was 3.5%, which showed superior flexibility compared with conventional silicon material. Improved flexibility was attributed to a buffering effect of the adhesive between the silicon film and the substrate. The superior flexibility of the thin silicon film demonstrates the possibility for flexible electronic devices with high performance.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of home care exercise program on knee joint function(WOMAC) and the quality of life in patient with total knee replacement arthroplasty. Method: Forty-one subjects were sampled according to research criteria, and divided into two groups : 21 out of experimental group and 20 out of control group. The patients having treatment of total knee replacement arthroplasty were out of the hospital. After surgery executed, it took 8days for them to recovere their health conditions since 10th day, the experimental group received the home care exercise program per regularly four days interval. Results: 1) After applying home care exercise program, the total score on the WOMAC Index for the control group was $3.09{\pm}.76$. The score of the experimental group was $3.55{\pm}.55$ which is statistically higher than that of the control group. (P=.007). 2) After applying home care exercise program, the score of the quality of life for the control group was $3.09{\pm}.50$. The score of the experimental group was $3.46{\pm}.35$ Which is statistically higher than that of the control group. (P=.007). Conclusion: This figures show that home care exercise program has good results. These findings also indicate that the services of home care exercise program are alternatives for the hospitalization.

Inhibitory Activity of Three Varieties of Adlay (Coix Seed) on Adipocyte Differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells

In obesity, adipocytes undergo abnormal growth characterized by increased cell numbers and differentiation. Thus, inhibition of mitogenesis of preadipocytes and their differentiation to adipocytes would be beneficial for the prevention and progression of obesity. In the present study, we attempted to evaluate anti-adipogenic activity of adlay (Coix seed, the seed of Coix lacryma-jobi L. var. ma-yuen Stapf) employing preadipocytes cell line, 3T3-L1 as an in vitro assay system. Because several varieties of adlay are in use in Korea, anti-adipogenic activity of three varieties of adlay such as Sang-Gang, Jo-Hyun and Yulmu-Ilho was evaluated. All the three varieties of adlay showed significant inhibitory activity on adipocyte differentiation as assessed by measuring fat accumulation using Oil Red O staining. Adlay, however, showed little effects on adipocyte proliferation. Further studies with interval treatment demonstrated that adlay exerted inhibitory activity on adipocyte differentiation via acting on early stage of adipogenesis. Taken together, adlay might be useful in the prevention of obesity.

청계천복원관련 담론분석을 통한 환경인식 지형연구

도시담론은 도시공간에 대한 이해, 개방적 논의와 성찰을 통해 보다 나은 삶의 공간을 만드는 도구가 될 수 있다. 도시담론은 도시환경의 물리적 사회적 쟁점들을 부각시킨다. 이의 해결로 시민집단의 참여를 독려하며 간담론적인 합의도출을 통한 도시환경의 공동체적 발전방향을 유도할 수 있다. 청계천이라는 공간은 2003년 청계천 복원사업 에 관한 논의가 본격적으로 시작된 이래 2005년 공사가 완공되고 현재에 이르기까지 다양한 시각의 도시담론을 형성시켜왔다. 청계천복원관련 담론은 조경, 생태, 도시, 건축, 정치경제, 행정적 관점 등 다양한 시점에서 청계천을 접근해 갔으며, 다양한 쟁점들과 논쟁구도를 형성해 나갔다. 본 연구는 다양한 분야에서 노정되고 있는 청계천복원에 관한 담론내용을 정리 및 분석, 해석하였다. 집단 간의 가치관의 차이와 갈등, 간담론적 관계를 규명하기 위해서 분석의 틀을 근거로 하여 담론을 분야별로 유형화하고 시기별로 이념집단 간의 대립구조에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 청계천 담론을 매개로 한국 시민사회가 인지하고 있는 환경인식의 현 지형을 진단하고 지속 가능한 도시환경 발전방향을 조망하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 사업의 추진 주체인 서울시의 실용적 접근에 대하여 시민사회와 보존주의 및 급진주의 집단은 가장 첨예한 대립구도를 형성했다. 도시설계나 조경 등 기술 분야는 절충주의적 태도를 가지고 양자 간 접점을 찾아내기 위해 노력했다. 앞으로 이러한 도시담론 활성화 추세에 조경분야도 보다 능동적으로 참여하여 다양한 견해들을 수용하고 독자적이면서도 공공적 정의에 부합하는 입장을 모색해 나갈 필요성을 발견하게 되었다. Urban discourse can be used to create a better living environment through open thinking, understanding and discussion. It raises both physical and social issues surrounding the urban environment. It can encourage the participation of citizen groups and lead the way to develop a community-oriented urban environment through inter-discourse agreement. The urban space of Cheonggye Stream has produced a wide range of urban discourse from 2003 to the present. Discourse regarding the Cheonggye Stream restoration project has been approached by fields including landscape architecture, ecology, urbanism, architecture, politics, and economics, among others. This discourse has reduced a variety of issues and ranges of debate. This study has classified these discussions into related fields and ideological attitudes, analysed their content, and interpreted their meaning. In order to examine the mutual relationships existing among these discourses by different ideological groups, an analytical framework was established byputting classified versions of discourses into a coordinate diagram. The overall topography showing the present status of Korea public awareness regarding the urban environment could therefore be determined. As a result, it was found that the disciplines of landscape architecture took a middle ground between groups with practical and radical ideologies regarding the Cheonggye Stream project and was a mediator for both poles to find a point of contact. However, participatory discourse requires the disciplines of landscape architecture to participate more actively in the discourses on urban environment and take a more active stand corresponding to the zeitgeist and people's sense of public justice.
