Ferroelectric $Pb(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})O_3$ (PZT) films were deposited on SrTiO3(100) substrate by using conductive $SrRuO_3$ films as underlayer and their structural and ferroelectric properties were investigated. PZT films were grown in (00l) orientation on well lattice-matched pseudo-cubic $SrRuO_3$ films. Thickness dependence of ferroelectric and electrical properties of PZT films was investigated. PZT film with 400 nm thickness showed a remanent polarization ($P_r$) of $29.0{\mu}C/cm^2$ and coercive field ($E_c$) of 83 kV/cm, and $P_r$ decreased and $E_c$ increased with thickness reduction. The dielectric constant for PZT films showed gradual decrease with thickness reduction. Breakdown field of PZT films did not show the thickness dependence and displayed as high value as 1 MV/cm.

군산산업단지의 환황해권물류혁신지원센터 건립방안에 관한 연구

군산산업단지는 자동차 및 관련업체들이 집중되어있으며 지역의 산업 활성화를 위하여 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 또한 지리적으로 중국시장과 인접거리에 위치하고 있어 전략적, 경제적으로 중요한 환황해권의 요충지로서 “21 세기 동북아 비즈니스 중심지”로 급부상하고 있다. 최근 들어 이 지역에서는 국내 외직접투자유치를 통한 교역의 활성화와 대중국 직항로 개설에 따른 환적, 가공 및 조립, 크로스도킹 등을 통한 부가가치물류활동과 국내외의 타경쟁 도시간의 연계된 물류네트워크 구축, 종합물류DB의 구축을 위하여 중ㆍ장기적인 계획을 수립 추진하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 생산 및 물류전진기지의 역할을 원활하게 수행하기 위해서는 환황해권 물류혁신지원센터(공동물류샌터) 건립의 필요성이 최우선의 과제로 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 군산산업단지의 산업 활성화를 위한 환황해권 물류혁신지원센터 건립의 전략 및 방안을 제시하고자 연구하였다. Gunsan Complex, concentrating on automotive and related parts industries, was established as a part of Gunjang Metropolitan National Industrial complex. Recently, Gunsan complex’s new circumstance is emergence of china’s economic, economic growth of north-east Asia. Therefore, Gunsan complex is the basis of regional industry that plays a pivotal role in enhancing the national wealth, promoting balanced development of regional economies and creating new jobs by improving production and boosting exportations. The Joint logistics center aims to contribute to consistent industrial development and improvement of the regional economy by supporting innovative systems, value added logistics linking transportation, material handling, warehousing, transshipment, assembling, processing and cross-docking. In this study we try to make suggestion for the strategy and development for the construction plan of the Joint Logistics Center in Gunsan Industrial complex.

LNG혼소화물자동차의 도입은 경유화물자동차를 저렴하고 청정한 연료인 LNG(액화천연가스)를 사용하는 화물자동차로 전환함으로써 화물운송업계의 경영 부담을 완화하고, 기후변화협약에 대비한 친환경 물류 구현에 기여하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 LNG혼소화물자동차의 시범업체를 대상으로 하여 LNG혼소화물자동차의 고객만족도, 물류효율성, 차량의 성능성 및 환경성, 개조시의 품질에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사 바탕으로 연구의 가설 모형을 설정하고, 타당성 및 신뢰성 분석, 변수의 상관관계분석에 의한 검증을 통하여 LNG혼소화물자동차의 도입운영이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 하였다. Introduction of LNG Dual Fuel Vehicles by using the truck into the management of cargo and prepare for climate change contribute to the implementation of environment-friendly logistics would want to. In this study, the target company to demonstrate LNG Dual Fuel Vehicles customer satisfaction, logistics efficiency, vehicle seongneungseong, Ministry of the Environment, regarding the quality of reconstruction when the survey was conducted. Based on survey research of this study set the model and the validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing of parameters through the introduction of LNG Dual Fuel Vehicles about the impact on logistics performance was investigated empirically.

택배서비스업종의 제도개선 및 발전방안

택배서비스업종은 화물자동차운송사업자의 일관책임하에 화물을 집화·분류·배송하는 형태의 운송사업이다. 화물운송산업에 있어서 신성장 동력산업으로 발전시키기 위해서는 택배서비스업종의 법적제도를 정비하여 정부지원의 성격과 범위를 명확히 할 수 있는 제도적 기반을 구축하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 택배서비스 업종의 활성화를 위하여 택배서비스업종의 제도개선 및 발전방안을 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구의 제도개선과 관련하여 허가요건. 허가기준, 시설 및 장비기준, 관리기준을 중심으로 실증적으로 연구하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌조사와 설문조사를 통하여 태배서비스업종의 실태와 문제점을 분석하여 택배서비스업종의 제도개선의 대안을 도출하고 발전방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 일반운송사업자 중에서 허가요건 및 시설 및 장비의 요건을 갖춘 자에게만 택배업을 허가하는 방안을 타당성이 있는 대안으로 제시 하였다. This study was based on literature survey with a questionnaire. This study was empirically based on requirements, development plan, approval criteria by literature survey with a questionnaire. This paper surveys the existing literature and through a questionnaire the alternatives are derived. As a result of this study, the general transport operators permit those who were drawn up a plan to allow with facilities and equipment by the requirements.

6시그마 활동은 기업의 혁신 활동에 있어서 최고의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 대표적인 혁시방법으로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 6시그마의 활동에 있어서 성공요인과 물류성과와의 관계를 분석하고자 하였으며 선행연구를 통하여 6시그마의 성공요인과 물류성과의 요소를 파악하고 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 6시그마 도입이 물류성과에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 6시그마를 적용하고 있는 기업들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과로 6시그마의 성공요인은 물류성과에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 정보공유, 경영층의 참여 및 동참, 성과 및 보상의 요인이 물류서비스와 물류비 절감에 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다 The effect of Six Sigma activities on business performance is focused on case studies of companies adopting Six Sigma. The study analyses on the relation of Logistics Performance and a successful factors in Six Sigma activities. The method used in this research was to select the research model and research hypothesis based on theoretical studies and the interesting aspects of Six Sigma, along with case studies and research based on actual proof. in this research, the effect of Six Sigma Implementation on logistics Performance will be checked based on case studies involving companies adopting Six Sigma. The results are the following, The Effect of Six Sigma Implementation on logistics Performance was verified that there are effects about Logistics Service and saving Logistics Cost.

Nowadays the medicine goes forward the integration of the traditional medicine, the western medicine and the altemative medicine and aims to the holistic cure. It`s main stress is laid upon the self-cure and prevention of the disease. Gigong, the traditional training skill of body and mind, is the excellent method of the holistic cure and it`s efficacy has been studied worldwide by the scientists and the medical specialists. Chamjang-gong, one of the Gigong skills, is the first basics to learn them. This thesis is the quantitative study of Chamjang-gong`s efficacy (especially the healing effect of the lumbago), The lumbago is the common disease, but it is not so easy the completely cure and the prevention, Nevertheless Gigcng (especially Chamjang-gong) can treat the lumbago almost completely and prevent it in advance. It is validated by the questionaires and the interviews of Gigong-trainees. The longer Gigong training duration and training hour par week and per day is, the more convinced is the trainees of the self-cure for the lumbago. And they made a living with the sound confidence of Gigong. 80% of the answers(the trainees) said that just 10 minute`s Chamjang-gong training per day is sufficient to treat the wearisome lumbago. Like them many people would be helped for their lifelong health by Chamjang-gong, if it`s information would be spread widely under the national health policy.

보세운송사업자의 AEO인증 기준이 물류성과에 미치는 여향에 관한 연구

최근 세계 무역량 증가와 더불어 테러활동의 위험으로부터 안전한 무역망을 구축하기 위하여 수출업체와 물류회사는 AEO인증의 도입이 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 경영혁신방법으로 주목하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 보세운송사업자의 AEO인증 기준이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 통하여 AEO인증의 요소가 물류서비스 개선 및 물류비 절감의 효과에 영향을 미치는 정도를 실증적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 AEO인증 활동이 물류성과에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 국내의 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 연구하였다. 본 연구는 AEO인증 기준의 변수가 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 위하여 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 AEO도입에 의한 물류성과에 관한 실태를 분석하였고, 설문조사를 통하여 AEO인증 기준 요인과 물류성과 요인의 상관관계를 검증⋅고찰하였다. 기존의 연구논문과 선행연구 자료를 바탕으로 이론적 고찰을 연구하였으며, 이러한 문헌을 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하여 설문지의 측정문항을 설계하고 설문조사를 실시하여 상관관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사를 통한 가설검증 결과, 측정도구의 신뢰도 측정에 있어서는 AEO인증 기준 요소인 법규준수, 재무건전성, 안전관리, 내부통제 관리는 서비스 효과, 물류비 절약 등 물류성과 요인에 만족스러운 것으로 나타났으며 설문지의 타당성도 높은 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 물류부분의 보세운송사업자를 대상으로 AEO인증 활동이 물류성과에 효과가 있다는 연구결과를 도출하였다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. As the world trade volume has been increased, exporting companies and logistics companies are focusing on innovative managerial method for improving competitiveness by adopting AEO certification in order to establish a safe trade network from the risk of terror activities. Therefore, this study aimed to practically research a degree of how AEO certification elements influenced on improvement of logistics service and reduction of logistics expenses through a research dealing with how AEO certification criteria of bonded carrier affected on the logistics performance. This study had domestic bonded carriers as subjects in the research in order to identify the effect of AEO certification activities on the logistics performance. This study has analyzed the actual conditions of logistics performance after adopting AEO on bonded carriers in order to research how AEO certification criteria variables influenced on logistics performance. In addition, a survey was conducted to verify and consider the correlation between AEO certification criteria and logistics performance elements. Theoretical research was proceeded according to previous dissertations and studies. Based on such literature review, research model was established designing the items for measurement on a survey that was conducted to verify correlation. According to the result of hypothesis verification through a survey, AEO certification criteria elements; obeisance of law, financial transparency, safety management, and internal control management, were turned out to satisfy logistics performance factors such as service effect or logistics expenses saving in terms of measurement of reliability on estimating tools. In addition, the survey was verified to be highly valid. This study is regarded to be meaningful in that it derived a result of the research representing how AEO certification activities were effective in logistics performance on bonded carriers in the field of logistics.
