자두넥타의 加工ㆍ貯藏時 색깔을 安定化 할 수있는 方法을 마련하기 爲한 基礎實驗으로 자두넥타로부터 色素를 抽出 精製하여 그 構成成分으로 anthocyanin 0.62 ㎎/g fruit, total phenolics 4.69 ㎎/g fruit을 얻었고 이 色素는 525㎚ 附近에서 最大吸光度를 가졌다. 자두넥타의 褪色에 가장 重要한 影響因子가 되는 것은 溫度이며, 室溫에서 500 時間에 half life를 가지던 자두色素는 80℃에서는 20~30時間으로 激減하였다. color loss는 pH 에도 크게 영향을 받았고 酸度가 增加함에 따라 色素의 安定度가 增加하였다.<br/> Ascorbic acid, Cu 또는 Fe과 같은 금속이 온의 添加濃度가 增加할 수록 色素의 half life가 減少하며 熱處理로 損傷된 자두넥타의 混入量이 增加할 수록 褪色速度가 增加하고 炭水化物, 分解代謝物인 hydroxymethyl furfural의 含量이 增加될수록 色素損失率이 增大되었다. 醱酵菌株의 培養에 따라 醱酵가 進行되는 동안 色素損失量은 增加하였으며 抽出色素의 spectrum도 相異한 結果를 보여 주었다. The effects of various factors on the color stability of plum nectar were studied. The data showed that pH and temperature were the most important factors affecting the rate of color loss. The concentration of ascorbic acid affected the rate of color loss in plum nectar. Although the color loss could be influenced by the presence of sugars and their degradation products such as 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural(HMF), HMF did not accumulate in sufficient amounts during the storage in the plum nectar to affect appreciably the degradation rate. The pigment was very unstable in the fermented juice and its. spectrophotometric spectrum was changed differently from that of natural plum color material. Materials present in plum nectar itself apparently have an appreciable effect on the rate of color loss

The traditional control chart for treating certain kinds of quality control data assumes the existence of normerlity and independence in the data. When either independence and/or normality are present, as is usually the case, application of the traditional control chart introduces large errors in the analysis of the data and renders conclusiona based on them dubious. This paper modifies and extends the traditional control chart by utilizing the time series analysis approach and by introducing dependence via a first-order autoregressive process(AR(1) Model). We show that the modified EWMA control chart be excuted well in presence fo data correlation.

In the rectifying single sampling inspection, 9-sampling inspection methods are briefly described, and then the optimal inspection plan to minimize the expected total cost is derived. The results of this experiment through numerical example are: (1) The optimal inspection plan of sampling to minimize the cost with several variables is derived. The result is TC(134, 4)=2321. (2) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the LTPD is increased, and the sample size, acceptance number and total cost are decreased. (3) The optimal inspection plan is obtained when the lot size is increased, and sample size and acceptance number are also increased. (4) When e₁ is fixed and e₂ is increased, p_(e) is decreased with very small erefore, the type -Ⅰ error must influences on sample size more than the type-Ⅱ error does.

망목특성에 있어서 최적변수설계 절차의 비교·분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to verify the usefulness and effectiveness of Taguchi method, by comparing and analyzing the results of parameter design by transformation theory of Box and Taguchi method which uses two stage optimization procedure for Nominal Target Best(NTB). Signal-to-noise ratios as performance statistic in Taguchi method and σ_(Y) and Y￣ in Box method are used to select the optimal condition of design variable for the cases of Ouinlan report. Different control factors, adjustment factors and levels are obtained. The use of Taguchi method gave getter result than that of Box to the results of estimated value and optimal condition of design variable.

In this study, we establish bootstrap control limits for EWMA chart by applying the bootstrap method, called resampling, which could not demand assumptions about pre-distribution when the process is skewed and/or the normality assumption is doubt. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows : bootstrap EWMA control chart is developed for applying bootstrap method to EWMA chart, which is more sensitive to small shifts of process. With the purpose of eliminating a skewness of the resampling distribution, the bootstrap control limits are established by using a modified residual, and its performance is analyzed by ARL. It is shown that the bootstrap EWMA control chart developed in this study includes the properties of standard EWMA control chart that is sensitive to a small shift, and detects process in out of control more quickly than standard EWMA chart.
