스트랩 브레이스를 갖는 내력벽식 모듈러건축 스틸스터드 벽체의 반복하중에 대한 거동 연구

스틸스터드 내력벽 시스템은 국외에서 중고층형 모듈러 건축에 널리 사용되는 구조형식이다. 국내의 중고층형 모듈러 시스템에 스틸 스터드 벽체를 적용하기 위해서는 내진성능 확보가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 스트랩브레이스를 갖는 모듈러 건축 스틸스터드 내력벽 시스템의 횡력저항성능 및 유효강성을 제안하였다. 스트랩 브레이스와 수직외측스터드의 사양을 달리하는 2개의 실물 실험체에 대해 주기하중에 대한 실험을 실시하여 제안된 설계식을 검증하였다. 수직외측스터드의 휨거동을 고려할 수 있는 설계식을 통해 실험체의 공칭강도, 탄성강성, 항복변위 등을 예측하고 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 실험에 의한 최대강도는 예측식 대비 1.11~1.18배 수준으로 평가되었다. 박판의 스트랩 브레이스를 갖는 스트랩 스터드패널은 일반적으로 에너지소산능력이 매우 낮은 것으로 평가되나, 본 연구에서 제안한 수직외측스터드의 유효높이를 줄이고 브레이스의 각도를 낮춘 시스템의 경우 등가점성감쇠비가 최대 9.42% 수준으로 충분한 에너지소산능력이 확보될 수 있음을 확인하였다. Load-bearing steel stud wall system is widely used for the middle-to-high rise modular buildings worldwide. Seismic performance is a key issue to apply load-bearing steel stud wall system to modular buildings in Korea. This study proposes a new strap braced steel stud wall system with enhanced seismic performance and design equations considering the flexural behaviour of the vertical outer studs. For the verification, two specimens with different strap braces and vertical outer stud were designed and tested. The test results showed that the total strengths were evaluated to be 1.11 to 1.18 times higher than the predicted values. Usually strap braced walls are considered to have low energy dissipation capacities. The proposed system showed enhanced seismic performance with equivalent damping of 9.42% due to the reduced pinching effects.

The injection mold industry has strong relationship with many other industries. In the injection mold industry, the harmonious collaboration of the order-making companies, the mold-making companies, and the molded-parts making companies, which are distantly located, is very important. In this study, a web-based collaboration system is developed for the purpose. It offers the criterion to select appropriate production companies. It also tries to minimize the production cost of the mold design by distributing and evaluating the design information. The developed system is constructed using various recent web-programming tools.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of athletes" sport experiences, the reasons of de-socialization, the reference group in the desocialization process and how to prepare for the next second career for many years and then to provide empirical data for the next second career preparation and adjustment after de-socialization of track and field athletes. The reasons of de-socialization in this study were revealed by injuries, diseases, improper features of the body, fragile relationship with teachers, personal abilities, uncertainty of their future, new careers and parent"s advice from their senior"s violence and additionally male athletes" military service and female"s pregnancy were revealed as well. Most athletes wanted to continue their careers except a few voluntarily left-off athletes but they had no choice to stop their sport"s careers. The importance of reference group for the de-socialization was orderly followed by parents, teachers or coaches and friends. Most athletes were advised by parents for the justification of de-socialization and advised by teachers and coaches for the future careers or their present"s status during adjustment process in the society, They also have advices from their peers who overcome joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure together. Most athletes" preparation for the next second careers gets ready for the de-socialization in advance. However, few athletes recognized the necessity of prepare for the next career because of their psychologically hard present lives. The most unprepared athletes inhabited other regions by exercising alone.

This paper presents a real-time temperature controller for the industrial SFFS. The SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) process of the SFFS requires the temperature of the powder surface to be maintained close to the melting point. But the build-room temperature should not exceed a set point to prevent the previously sintered part from curling. The developed SFFS has two independently controlled upper and lower heaters. The heaters are controlled through SCR (Silicon Control Rectifier) and SSR (Solid-State Relay) by the control PC.
