현대 정보사회는 정치, 사회, 산업시설등 모든 분야의 정보 처리 체제가 네트워크화되어 해가 되지않은 사용자들에의한 불법적인 접근(Access)의 가능성은 더 커지고 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 정보를 처리하고 저장하는데에 있어서 보안(Security)이 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 암호화 기법이 대두 되었다. 좋은 암호화 기법이 갖추어 야 할 구비조건은 암호문이 불법적 접근과 통계적 추론(Inference)으로부터 보호되어야 한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 Hill 의 방식을 개선한 암호화 및 해독화 기법을 제안하며, 제안된 기법이 Hill 방식보다 통계적 추론으로부터의 보호능력이 우수함을 입증한다.

동양 윤리교육의 현황과 진로 -2007 개정교육과정의 윤리교과와 관련하여-

근자 2007 개정교육과정(7차 교육과정 개편)에서 ``윤리교과``, 특히 ``동양윤리`` 부분에 대해 검토 및 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, ``윤리교육``은 원래 ``국민윤리교육``이었는데, 그 교육목표는 불행한 근대 한국 역사에서 누락되고 지체(遲滯)된 근대적인 ``국민의식``의 배양, 주체적인 근대화와 국가 발전, 아울러 근대적 산업 발전에 맞는 근대적 ``시민의식``의 배양이었다. 동양윤리(동양의 전통 사상과 윤리 및 문화) 분야가 이 교육목표 아래 도입되었으므로 동양윤리 교육의 문제도 이 원래의 교육목표와 연관하여 논하는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 2007 개정교육과정에서 이데올로기 부분 빠진 데 응용윤리로써 보충한다고 하지만, 전문지식이 요구되는 응용윤리를 윤리로써만 다루는 데는 한계가 있다. 물론 그러한 윤리교육이 윤리적 사고 교육에 계몽적인 역할은 충분히 할 수 있다. 동·서양 윤리 이론들이 적절히 함께 참여하도록 고려되면서 이슈(문제) 중심의 주제 설정과 사고력 배양 교육을 병행하는 것이 좋다. 셋째, 동양철학은 윤리교육이라는 측면에서 전통문화로서의 보호 전승, 시민윤리와의 접합 및 국가발전을 위한 전통의 혁신, 사상으로서의 장단점 분석 및 계승 발전이라는 세 가지 관점을 잘 구별하여 연구해야 한다. 동양사상의 현대적 해석에는 인류 보편의 문명사적 관점을 유지하면서, 동서비교철학적 방법도 원용해야 한다. 넷째, 전통윤리(동양윤리)의 학교 교육과 사회에서의 사회윤리(시민윤리) 교육은 상호 보완적이므로 병행되어야 한다. 사회윤리의 확립은 역시 서구의 시민사회의 윤리가 될 수 밖에 없다. 이것과 전통윤리의 절충이 바람직하나, 역시 시민윤리가 주가 되어야 하고, 전통윤리는 창의적 해석을 통하여 큰 지혜를 얻고, 한국인으로서의 문화적 토양으로 삼는 것이 필요하다. 그리하여 동양윤리는 성리학이 보여준 우주에 대한 깊은 통찰, 유교 윤리의 인간과 사회에 대한 합리적 인식, 그리고 종교적 수양과 인격 함양, 그리고 한국 전통의 고급문화(양반문화)로서의 예의범절의 문화 의식은 중요한 내용이 된다. In the revision of the 7th curriculum, ``ethics curriculum``, in particular review and direction of ``Oriental ethics`` is presented as follows. We look to ways of an educational direction of ``Oriental ethics`` for practical school education preparing correction & supplement in the coming days or the revision of the 8th curriculum. First, ``ethics education`` was originally ``national ethics education``. That education aimed at developing modern ``public awareness`` missed & delayed in unfortunate Korean modern history, modernizing independently & developing the nation and building up ``civic awareness`` suitable for modern industrial development. It`s advisable that Oriental ethics education should be discussed connected to its original goal of education because Oriental ethics (traditional oriental thoughts, ethics and culture) is introduced under the same educational goal. Second, applied ethics is said to supplement a part which misses ideology in the 7th curriculum but there is a limit as to what applied ethics requiring specialized knowledge is dealt with as only ethics. The ethics education, of course, can play an illuminating role in education of developing ethical thinking. Considering Eastern and Western ethics theories are balanced well together, it`s good to combine setting up an issue (problem)-centered subject with education of developing thinking ability. Third, Eastern philosophy, in the side of ethics education, has to be studied distinctively in three aspects: conservation and transmission as traditional culture, tie with civic ethics & innovation of tradition for national development and analysis of strengths and weaknesses & succession & development as a thought. Modernized interpretation of Oriental thought has to keep the perspective of civilization of universalism and adopt the method of Eastern and Western comparative philosophy. Fourth, traditional ethics (Oriental ethics) education in school and social ethics (civic ethics) education in society should keep pace with each other because they are mutually complimentary. Establishing social ethics has no option but to follow ethics of Western civic society. It`s desirable civic ethics and traditional ethics should compromise, yet civic ethics has to play the most active part. Then we Koreans get the great wisdom from traditional ethics by creative interpretation and make it cultural soil. Therefore, Oriental ethics contains important contents including insight into the universe like Neo-Confucianism, Confucianism`s rational awareness towards human and society, cultivating one`s mind religiously & building up one`s character and cultural awareness about manners as traditional Korean high culture (yangban culture).

Bacillus subtilis LAM 97-44가 생산하는 항진균성 항생물질의 정제 및 특성

병원에서 분리한 azole계 항진균성 항생물질에 대한 내성을 가지고 있는 Candida albicans에 대해 강한 활성을 가지는 항진균성 물질을 Bacillus subtilis LAM 97-44의 배양액으로부터 분리 정제한 후 그 특성을 조사하였다. 원심분리한 배양상등액을 butanol 추출, Diaion HP-20과 Dowex-50 adsorption chromatography, silica gel flash chromatography와 HPLC로 정제하였고 TLC와 HPLC로 확인하여 그 물질을 LAM-44A라 명명하였다. LAM-44A는 pH와 열에 매우 안정하였으며 Candida sp., Cryptococcus sp. 등에 대해 강한 활성을 나타낸 반면에 독성은 매우 적었다. 분리한 물질은 273 m에서 최대흡광도를 가진 융점 $202^{\circ}C$의 무색분말이었으며 ninhydrin 반응결과 음성이었고 $^1H-NMR$, $^{12}C-NMR$, IR spectrum, 원소분석 등의 결과로 볼 때 분자량 282의 $C_{14}H_{34}O_5$의 화학식을 가진 물질로 동정되었다. A novel antifungal antibiotic for azole-resistant Candida albicans was purified from the culture broth of Bacillus subtilis LAM 97-44 by butanol extraction, Diaion HP-20 and Dowex-50 adsorption chromatography, silica gel flash chromatography followed by HPLC and designated LAM-44A. LAM-44A was stable for 60 min at $100^{\circ}C$, and pH range from 2 to 10. MIC values were observed at $0.5-3.5\;{\mu}g/ml$ against various Candida albicans strains. The antibiotic showed no cytotoxicity for S180, MKN-45, P388, HeLa and 373 at the concentration of 1 mg/ml. LAM-f4A was colorless powder soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, butanol and negative to ninhydrin reaction. The antibiotic had maximum absorption at 273 nm in methanol, and melting point was $202^{\circ}C$. The molecular weight and formula were determined to be 282 and $C_{14}H_{34}O_5$ by $^1H-NMR,\;^{13}C-NMR$, IR spectrum and elemental analysis.

Streptomyces aureofaciens 동결건조후 재수화 방법이 생존도에 미치는 영향

In order to examine the effect of rehydration methods on viability after freeze-drying of Streptomyces aureofaciens, we labeled the DNA of S. aureofaciens with ³H-adenine. Extracellular radioactivity levels appeared to be high in the rehydrated solutions after freeze-drying than freezing-thawing. In effects of rehydration after freeze-drying, the viability of the cell appeared about 20% in case of with admitting air at single ampule, but that of which appeared about 91% in case of without admitting air at double ampule. Thus, S. aureofaciens cells were damaged during the process of rehydration after freeze-drying.

In the field of stereo vision to study a method for generating a three-dimensional image by obtaining depth information from a stereo image that can be acquired from the stereo camera, and synthesizes the three-dimensional image by using the raster image block processing method. This is a method of real-time processing area such as automatic car driving system or the visual information of an industrial robot. 논문 : 하폐수중의 아닐린의 생물학적 분해를 위한 Pseudomonas 속 균주 MIDR-79 의 분리 및 특성

A bacterium, MIDR-79. was isolated from river bed which utilizes aniline as sole source of carbon and nitrogen. It was identified as Pseudomonas species. Optimal temperature and pH for the biodegradation of aniline was 30℃ and pH6~8, respectively. The microorganism grew well and degraded aniline completely in the range of 10 to 35mM of aniline, but substrate inhibition was observed at the concentration of 40mM aniline. The enzyme system involved in aniline biodegradation was repressed by the readily utilizable carbohydrates and nitrite. Ammonia was released from aniline with resting cells and accumulated in the reaction mixtue. And aromatic compounds besides aniline such as phenol, catechol and resorcinol were assimilated by the microorganism.

To develop PHR, in this study, we propose a model that integrates the information of patients stored in hospitals. Since it runs partial data that are extracted in a single main server, rather than completely integrated data among hospitals, the proposed model can be included in the category of integrated PHR development. In the proposed model, the systems of allied medical institutions provide only partial data of patients kept in hospital databases to the integrated system server. Then the application system provides the information of personal medical history, hospitals, diagnosis and administration/prescription, utilizing the data collected from the integrated server of patient information. The proposed PHR model is characterized with the provision of web-based treatment information service, health-related information of a user, customized medical information service, explanations of test and diagnosis, health management service through self-monitoring and integrated inquiry system of many hospitals.
