The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the quality of education service on the educational satisfaction and behavioral intention of the cooking education as the controlling variables of the instructor 337 students were analyzed. Educational service quality (education contents, education service) has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of education, and education contents have more influence than education service. In addition, it was confirmed that the higher the satisfaction level of education, the more positive the behavior is expressed. It is suggested that the qualities of instructors should be the first priority to improve the qualities of instructors in the educational institutes by analyzing the qualitative adjustment effect of education contents and education service.

Color has been recognized as an important factor which has significant effect on the user’s emotion and psychological condition in interior space and in this context. A considerable number of studies have reported the importance of users of full spectrum color in terms of interior space design. In particular, concerning the fact that users of younger age group tend to show more direct response to the colors than to the shapes of object, the issue and importance of color scheme for children"s environments are gaining more attention. Under this circumstance, this study was carried out by investigating color schemes in 5 case kindergartens in Seoul. Color schemes of wall, ceiling, furniture, fabric, and lighting have been analyzed and evaluated from the view point of how well coordinated with various color choices of full spectrum color palette. Adobe Photoshop CS2 program was used for analysis. As a result, most of the cases showed a considerable use of yellow and red color.

연구목적: 신무용기는 새로운 도약의 무용역사에 중점을 둔 시기이지만 학문적 자료 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 신무용가 은방초 연구를 통해 동.서양의 남성무용가의 역할과 특징을 조명하고 새로운 교육 방법의 기초로 삼고자 한다. 연구방법: 문헌연구와 자료연구를 토대로 신무용기의 은방초의 활동과 동.서양의 남성무용수의 특징에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 결론: 첫째, 남성무용수의 성이미지 변환을 통한 여장무용의 형태는 동.서양의 무용역사에 차이는 있으나 여러 형태로 내재되어 있으며 역사 또한 깊다. 둘째, 신무용기를 통해서도 여장무용을 추어온 남성무용수의 흔적을 찾을 수 있으며 1950-1960년대 주로 활동한 은방초의 경우 남성 여장춤을 많이 추었고 자신의 춤을 전통적인 민속춤, 신무용의 극적구성, 동물모방적 표현 소재 등의 세 가지 측면에서 다양하게 활용하는 탁월함을 보였다. 셋째, 무용교육의 핵심인 전인교육의 목적의 새로운 시대변화에 따른 다양한 교육방법과 재교육 프로그램 등 전기가 마련되어야 한다. Purpose: Although the new dance period focuses on a new history of dance, academic data research is insufficient. Through the study of Sin Dancer Eunbangcho, it is intended to shed light on the roles and characteristics of male dancers in the East and the West and use them as the basis for new educational methods. Methods: Based on research on literature and research on materials, we would like to examine the activities of Eunbangcho during the New Dance Period and the characteristics of male dance water in the East and West. Result: First, the form of female dance through the transformation of the male dancer's gender image differs in the history of dance in the East and the West, but it is embedded in many forms and has a deep history. Second, traces of male dancers who have performed female dance can be found through the New Dance Period. Eunbangcho, which was mainly active in the 1950s and 1960s, performed male dance, and showed excellent use of one’s own dance in three ways: traditional folk dance, new dance dramatic composition, and animal mimicry. Third, electricity should be prepared, such as various educational methods and re-education programs following the change of the new era for the purpose of all-in-one education, which is the core of dance education.

재생 상업공간에서의 감성적 경험 사례 연구

(연구배경 및 목적) 오늘날 디지털 혁명은 사회, 경제 전반에 융합되어 세계는 현재 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 빠른 속도와 정보로 살아간다. 디지털 문명 기기들은 우리의 삶에 영향을 미치며 생활양식 변화까지 더욱 가속화시켰다. 특히 놀라운 속도의 디지털 기술을 통해 모든 것이 빠르고 편리했음에도 사람들은 고독과 공허함을 느끼고 과거의 향수를 그리워하며 정신적, 심리적 안정을 찾고 싶어 한다. 이러한 현상은 공간 분야에도 영향을 미치며‘감성’이 소비되는 특징으로 표현되어 공간의 질적, 미적 향상과 함께 감성을 자극하는 공간을 요구하며 독특한 경험을 이끄는 공간으로서 재생공간들이 주목되고 있다. 본 연구는 재생 상업공간의 감성적 경험의 관계성과 가치 및 의미를 분석함으로써 재생 상업공간의 감성적 경험 디자인 관련 연구 분야의 기반을 마련하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. (연구방법) 본 연구는 재생 상업공간에 나타나는‘감성적 경험’에 관한 연구이다. 연구방법과 범위는 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 선행연구 및 관련 문헌을 통해 재생공간 및 감성 자료를 바탕으로 그 의미를 연구한다. 둘째, 인간의 감각과 감정, 감성 관계를 살펴보고 재생 상업공간에서 감성적 경험을 유도하는 관계성을 도출한다. 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 재생 상업공간의 감성적 경험 특성을 연구를 통해 사례분석의 틀을 구축한다. 넷째, 국내외 재생 상업공간의 사례를 분석하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 소비자와 기업 간의 매개 재생공간으로서 전략적 방향성을 제언한다. (결과) 선행연구분석을 통해 감성에 대한 개념을 비교 분석하였으며 재생공간의 감성적 표현 특성 및 유형을 비교함으로써 재생 상업공간의 감성적 경험을 유도하는 3가지 분석 틀을 정리하였다. 재생 상업공간의 감성적 표현요소는 시간성, 장소성, 과거의 향수와 편안함이 심리적 요소로 감성을 자극하였다. 건축성, 재질성, 상징성과 정체성이 공간적 요소 분석되었으며, 공간의 다양성과 연출성은 소비자의 오감을 자극하여 공간 및 브랜드에 참여를 유도하는 경험적 요소를 도출하였다. (결론) 디지털 환경에서 기억과 향수를 느끼고 싶어 하는 사람들은 과거와 현대를 잇는 재생공간을 통해서 심리적, 공간적, 경험적 요소가 감성적 경험을 감화하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 감성적 경험기반으로 둔 재생 상업공간 디자인 분야의 다양한 경향에 관한 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다. (Background and Purpose) Today, people around the world live with high speed and information with the digital revolution converging across society and economy in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. digital devices have influenced our lives and accelerated changes in lifestyle. People feel loneliness and emptiness, miss the nostalgia of the past, and want to find mental and psychological stability, even though everything is fast and convenient with digital technology at an incredible speed. While this phenomenon also affects the spatial field, expressing 'sensibility' as a characteristic of consumption, which demands a space to stimulate sensibility along with the improvement of spatial quality and aesthetics, regeneration spaces are attracting attention as spaces that offer unique experiences. The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for research related to the design of sensibility experiences in regenerated commercial spaces by analyzing the relationship, value and meaning between the regenerated commercial spaces and sensibility experiences. (Method) This study is about the 'sensibility experiences' that appear in regenerated commercial spaces. The scope and method are summarized as follows. First, it examines the concept of sensibility and the meaning of regeneration spaces through previous studies and related literatures. Second, it examines the relationship among human senses, emotions, and sensibility, and derives the relationship that induces sensibility experiences in regenerated commercial spaces. Third, based on it, it establishes a framework for case analysis through research on the characteristics of sensibility experiences in regenerated commercial spaces. Fourth, it suggests a strategic direction for regeneration spaces that mediate between consumers and companies based on the results by analyzing cases of regenerated commercial spaces home and abroad. (Results) Through the analysis of previous studies, this study compared and analyzed the concept of sensibility, and summarized three analysis frameworks that induce sensibility experiences in regenerated commercial spaces by comparing the characteristics and types of sensibility experiences in the regeneration spaces. Among the sensibility expression elements in regenerated commercial spaces, temporality, placeness, nostalgia and comfort stimulated sensibility as psychological elements. Architecturality, materiality, symbolism and identity were analyzed as spatial elements, and diversity and directivity in space were derived as experiential elements that stimulate the five senses of consumers to induce participation in space and brand. (Conclusions) People who want to feel memories and nostalgia in a digital environment were analyzed to influence sensibility experiences with psychological, spatial, and experiential elements through regeneration spaces that connect the past and the present. Through this study, it is expected that future studies may be conducted on various trends in the field of regenerated commercial space design based on sensibility experiences.

한정식 레스토랑의 유형에 따른 고객의 선택속성에 대한 연구: IPA 분석을 기반으로

This study is to figure out the customers’ choice attributes for the type of Korean restaurants using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) methodology. In this study, we classified the Korean restaurants into three groups by the type of food quality, employee service quality, physical environment, price and value; fine, modern, and casual restaurant. This study used the Likert 7-point scaled questionnaires measuring customers’ choice attributes such as sixteen restaurant attributes, and employed the IPA methodology to map out the importance that customers place on individual restaurant attributes and how they affect customer satisfaction by the type and gender of Korean restaurants. The results address strategic operational plans tailored to individual type of Korean food restaurant to reduce the customers’ perception gap on restaurant attributes between customer’s importance and their satisfaction. This study offers strategic alternatives for managing customers’ restaurant choice attributes that are suitable for multiple types of Korean food restaurants, including fine, modern, and casual restaurant types that are categorized by the food quality served, employee service procedures employed, physical internal and external environment, and price and value.

발달적 차이를 기반으로 하는 무용 정서지능과 무용 열정의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between dance emotional intelligence and dance passions of high school and college dancers, and to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and passion. As a results that verifying the difference of passion according to the school class level, high school dancers were more higher than university dancers about knowledge seeking and self- investing. And the difference of dance emotional intelligence showed high level of dance emotional intelligence in high school dancers compared to university dancers in self emotion recognition and emotional utilization factors. However, the perception of self-emotion by high school dancers were found to affect the motivation of learning. Emotional regulation had a significant effect on knowledge seeking, motivation of learning and physical management, and emotional utilization had a significant effect on self-investment, motivation of learning and physical management. And other"s emotional perception influenced knowledge seeking, and emotional expression had a positive effect on knowledge seeking passion. The perception of self-emotion by university dancers were found to affect self-investment. In addition, emotional regulation had a significant effect on knowledge seeking, motivation of learning, and body management, and emotional utilization had a significant effect on self-investment. The perception of the other’s did not affect dance passion, emotional expression positively affected knowledge seeking and body management.
