측면연마 광섬유형 자외선센서의 광강도 변화에 따른 감도특성

A novel UV sensor was manufactured and characterized using evanescent field coupling between photochromic dye dispersed polymer waveguide and side polished fiber. The spiroxazine (photochromic dye) dispersed polymer was used as planar waveguides. The resonant wavelength was shifted owing to refractive index variation of planar waveguide on exposed UV because of its photo-functional properties. The sensitivities are $1.21{\mu}W/mw$ and $2.75{\mu}W/mw$ when UV intensities increased after exposure times were fixed at 3 seconds and 5 seconds, respectively. Output optical power according to UV intensity increases and saturation time decreases as the intensity of UV radiations increases. 광기능성 색소가 분산된 평면도파로 결합기와 측면연마된 광섬유를 이용한 자외선 센서를 제작하여 광강도 변화에 따른 감도특성을 측정하였다. 광변색성 색소인 스파이록사진이 분간된 폴리머를 평면도파로로 사용하였다. 조사되는 자외선의 강도와 시간에 의해 유효굴절률이 변화하는 성질을 이용하였다. 자외선 조사시간을 3 초와 5 초로 고정한 상태에서 자외선 조사강도를 점차 증가시켰을 때 센서감도가 자각 $1.21{\mu}W/mw$와 $2.75{\mu}W/mw$로 나타났다. 자외선 조사 강도에 따른 출력 광강도의 변화를 측정한 결과 자외선 강도가 클수록 출력 광강도도 증가하고 포화시간은 단축됨을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, spread spectrum communication system based on chaotic carrier sequence are considered and simulated for their security and robustness in the presence of additive noise, system parameters variance and other interferences_ And chaotic synchronization in chaotic neural network and its possible application to secure communication are discussed. Toshimitsu Ushio has recently shown that it is possible to synchronize one-dimensional chaotic neural networks with weight connection by utilizing feedback control techniques. Thus their networks are used as transmitter and receiver circuits in chaotic communication schemes. We have verified the secure communication method experimentally for applying to analog speech signal using two chaotic synchronized neurons. The implementation of spread spectrum communications technique results in reliable performance in the presence of considerable system perturbation and noise in the channel.

in this paper, we have designed, proposed and demonstrated a novel 3-dimensional discrete-time chaotic generation equation(3D²CGE) for generating chaos signals such as pseudo-random signals. The chaos signals of 3D²CGE which is used specific parameters space are analyzed by general nonlinear signal process methods. The chaos signals that are calculated numerical and statistical process with computer simulation have proved chaos properties; aperiodicity, fractal structure, chaos attractor etc. The time series of the equation have extremely rich dynamics and the 3D²CGE is indeed chaotic. Specially, the dynamic bifurcation structures are represented using varying initial values and control parameters such as α , β , μ , κ , γ , ε , Φ . Finally, we demonstrate the probability density of chaos signals and randomness properties of proposed equation.
