근대산업의 에너지원으로서 전력수요의 급격한 증대에 수반하여 전력계통의 초고전압화, 관련기기의 소형화 및 장기간에 걸친 성능의 안정성, 신뢰성이 절실히 요망 하겠금 되었다. 이로 인하여 전기절욘재료에 요구되는 제성능도 일반적으로 고도화되고 점점 가혹한 조건이 부가되고 있는 실정이라 하겠다. 근년 고분자화학의 급속한 진보와 고분자성형기술의 발달에 의하여 등장한 합성고분자재료는 그 물리, 화학적 성질 특히 전기적 성질에 많은 특징을 가지고 있으며 그 성능이 점점 높이 평가되고 있어 고분자재료의 진출이야말로 전기기기절연의 양상에 일대 변화를 줄것이라 하여도 지나친 표현이 아니겠다. 이와같이 고분자가 전기절연재료로써의 가치는 물가구조로 부터 기대되는 우수한 유전성과 전기절연성이 높이 평가되고 있는 점이라 하겠다.

The main purpose of this paper is to study on the nature of the traps in polymer. The polyethlene is typical of polymer material as to be selected for a sample. The current I$_{th}$ are obtained with an small external bias voltage from high density polyethylene which have been treated by the high-field application. Two peaks, P$_{1}$ and P$_{2}$ with maxima near 85.deg. C, respectively, appeared on the current I$_{th}$ spectrum. From the results of experiment, It is clear that The current I$_{th}$ arises from the drift, under the external field, of carriers released from the trap sites by the heating and the trap is surrounded by a potential barrier and trapping proceeds during the high-field treatment. The obtained results can suggest that polyethylene contains trap sites which have an important role in the electrical conduction and breakdown of polymeric materials.rials.

The main purpose of this paper is to study on the effect of contact state between metal-polymer interface in electrical conduction of polymeric materials under low field region. The electric conduction of polythylene (PE) sandwitched in between two gold (Au) electrodes was lower than that of PE Sandwitched in between two Aluminium (Al) electrodes under low external field. The discharge current of PE which have been treated by the high field application is also obtained some results under no external field. The obtained results can suggest that the material of electrode come to influence on the electrical conduction of polymeric materials and are important as a basis for analysing the data on TSC. It is also suggestive that results of observation must be considered in cases of insulation design of electrical machinery.

There are many methods to move or reduce the static electricity which often causes disasters in industry, etc. The methods may include grounding of a potentially-charged body, use of antistatic materials, humidification of an atmosphere, use of static electricity eliminators. Among those methods, the one utilizing antistatic materials is widely used in the industrial fields due to its effectiveness and inexpectiveness. In Korea, safety regulations and technical standards are not sufficient for applying to industrial fields as electrostatic disaster prevention measures due to the shortage of practically verified and reliable data. The propose of this paper is to examine the electrostatic characteristics of the antistatic materials and non-antistatic ordinary materials under the various conditions of different temperature and humidity.
PZT/PVDF O-3형 복합전체에 있어서 PZT 체적비 변화가 유전 및 압전특성에 미치는 영향

In this study, PZT/PVDF composites with O-3 phase connectivity were prepared by hot pressing method, and the dielectric and piezoelectric properties as a function of PZT volume fraction were investigated. A modified cubic model was introduced to explain the influence of the PZT volume fraction on the experimentally determined dielectric constant. As A n=0.125, the measured dielectric constant values agreed with the calculated values. It was found that dielectric constant .xi.$_{33}$ and piezoelectric coefficient d$_{33}$ increased with indreasing PZT volume fraction, and hydrostatic piezoelectric figure of merit d/aub h/.g$_{h}$ was improved relative to that of the PZT single phase material.l.l.l.
