        Recently the number of passengers using urban railway has been increased by reasons of the reductions of car use due to high fuel prices and the enlightenment about the environment. Above all the noise and the vibration coming from the friction between the wheel and the rail of trains in operation which is not only a factor that hinders riding comforts but causes civil complaints. Furthermore the noise has become social issues from tightening the relevant regulations by the government since January 2010. Although ballasted tracks were constructed on urban railways at the time of opening they have been changed into slab tracks because slab tracks require much less maintenance. However in view of sound absorptivity of track slab tracks have 10 times less capability than ballasted tracks(ballasted track : 0.5~0.6 / slab tracks : 0.06) results more noise than that of ballasted tracks as much as 3dB(A) since slab tracks emit more reflection noise. Therefore in order to minimize reflection noise on slab tracks noise abatement system has been developed as a national R&D program to apply on-site test. It is assumed that the construction technology developed in this study can be used not only as basic data for the on-site test for the noise reduction in urban railway but as an efficient construction method.

      • 도시철도 궤도구조별 궤도틀림 정비기준 재정립 연구

        본 논문의 목적은 궤도구조별 정비기준을 차별하여 궤도의 안정성 향상으로 열차안전 운행을 확보하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 서울메트로에서 사용중인 궤도틀림 정비기준을 검토하고 종합검측차의 검측데이터를 통해 표준편차 관리법에 의한 궤도상태별 궤도틀림 진행정도와 표준편차가 시계열에 따라 변화는 진전율 및 종합검측차 지적개소 연도별 변화추이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 자갈도상 정비기준에서 벗어나 궤도구조별 정비기준 정립이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this paper, a structure-specific track maintenance standards to improve the stability of the orbit to differentiate safely secured to the rail. In this paper, must track maintenance standards being used by Seoul Metro review and comprehensive inspection of inspection data standard deviation control law must be conducted by a track orbit of the degree and rate of change in progress in accordance with the standard deviation in the time series and comprehensive inspection points in the car by changing. As a result, the gravel roadbed maintenance standards will need an overhaul-per-track standard formulation off.

      • 궤도상태별 궤도틀림 진전 분석

        본 논문에서는 도시철도의 경우 궤도틀림에 대한 유지보수 개소의 선정을 검측된 각 검측항목의 값을 토대로 일정 한계치를 벗어난 구간을 보수대상으로 하거나, 전체적인 검측 값들의 추세를 경험적 측면에 근거하여 주관적으로 판단하여 결정하고 있어, 정기적인 종합검측차의 검측데이터 출력 결과를 이용, 표준편차 관리법에 의한 궤도상태별 궤도 틀림 진행 정도와 표준편차가 시계열에 따라 변화는 진전율을 살펴보고, 국내, 외에서 적용하고 있는 궤도품질기준을 서울메트로 일부 구간의 궤도상태와 비교 분석하였다. This paper is In urban railroad, Selection of track maintenance on track irregularity is aimed at track maintenance subject which get out constant threshold value on the basis of track geometry value, or judge general threshold value subjectively on the basis of empirical side. and subjectively determine the track maintenance by general threshold value on the basis of empirical side. In this paper, The progressing degree and deviation management of the track irregularity classified track structure, radius of curve by standard deviation management using regular outing data of track inspection car check changing a rate of progress depending on time series and analyse part of track condition in Seoul Metro by internal and external track quality criteria.

      • 도시철도 레일 누적통과톤수에 따른 레일마모 분석

        본 논문은 도시철도 열차운행에 따라 곡선부에서 발생되는 레일마모에 대하여 마모진전을 예측하고 이를 통하여 레일마모를 체계적으로 관리하고자 서울메트로에서 측정된 마모데이터를 기초로 하여, 부설된 레일의 누적통과톤수에 따른 레일마모 발생 추이를 곡선반경, 레일종별에 따라 회귀분석을 통하여 레일마모 진전율을 비교 분석하였으며 또한 레일 누적통과톤수에 따른 마모 진행 중 레일연마차에 의한 레일연마 후 마모의 진행 추이를 분석하였다. 이 결과 레일 누적통과톤수에 따른 레일마모 진전은 곡선반경, 레일종별에 따라 각각 다른 마모발생 추이를 보였으며, 레일연마 후 일정기간 마모 진전율이 둔화되는 것을 확인하였다 In order to predict progression of wear in the curves with operation of urban railway and, based on this, systematically manage rail wear, this study, based on data on wear measured by Seoul Metro, conducted comparison analysis on rail wear progression rate according to accumulated passing tonnage on installed rail through regression analysis by radius of curve and different rail grades, and during the progression of wear based on accumulated traffic tonnage, analyzed the progression trend of wear. As the result of the analysis, it was verified that rail wear progression based on accumulated traffic tonnage showed different trend according to radius of curve and different rail grades and after rail grinding, wear progression rate slows down for a certain period.

      • 도시철도 콘크리트궤도의 유형별 초기시설 투입비용 분석

        The total length of Korean urban railways reaches 1,200km. Urban railway used to be installed with ballasted tracks by reason of low cost at the time of construction slab tracks are now being installed due to the reasons of the improvement in safety lengthening service life and more economical method in terms of maintenance. The length rate of slab tracks has exceeded 70% of the domestic urban railways with the methods ranging from STEDEF LVT ALT Eidan-type B2S to RHEDA. This study surveyed the share of domestic slab tracks and compared and evaluated the input cost at the initial stage by the types of slab tracks. Construction processes have been standardized by the existing design documents and calculated the initial input cost for the length of 1km of a hypothetical straight line. Cost breakdown structure was evaluated as materials cost construction cost equipment cost indirect cost etc. It is expected that this study will be used in selection & evaluation which is considering the economic feasibility of slab tracks.

      • B2S궤도시스템의 초기 시설 투입비용 분석 (Initial Investment Cost Analysis of Facilities of B2S Track System)

        B2S(Ballasted track To Slab track) that is track system has been first developed in 2004 with foundation of rich experience and know-how of subway track upkeep and mending of facilities in 36 years to improve an existence pebble track at a concrete track. ‘B2S’ is admitted technology through patent registration in the domestic and Europe and it’s made by a factory and put together at field, so it’s able to construct precisely and to reduce a construction period. In addition, safety, the ecological balance and durability are excellent, and walking, cleaning, etc. has the advantage of easy maintenance. ‘B2S’ is currently laying 27.7㎞ at Seoulmetro as of end of 2010 standard, but it’ll be expected to be applied to a domestic Metro more from now on. It is possible to classify the total cost resolution structure of B2S system by R&D cost, test production and experiment cost, the initial facility cost, maintenance cost, disposal cost. In this research, it seems useful for selection evaluation which considered the life cycle cost or economics of the concrete track structure by analyzing an initial cost of facilities.

      • 철도용 레일체결장치 부품·소재의 실험적 연구를 통한 신뢰성 설계 방안

        Railway rail fastening system is the critical device which gives big influences to not only the vehicle driving stability and the orbit's structural stability against the impulsive load but also the noise vibration and the ride comfort. As a part of the low-carbon green growth the importance of the railroad industry is getting highlights on its excellent energy-efficiency and eco-friendliness. However so far the Korea's domestic rail fastening system technology is not so good and the technical reliance to abroad is very heavy. In this study we conducted comparative analysis on the rail fastening system with new and used one of the same type. And those systems are imported by Seoul Metro and are being used by it. With this basis we developed the components and the materials and then established the durability assessment methods appropriate to the Korean domestic circumstances. And through the reliability qualification test on the 7 parts of the rail fastening system we've improved the reliability and guaranteed the 15 years of service lifetime. (B10life15) Establishment and standardization of Reliability Standard on the parts of the rail fastening system such as anti-vibration pads guide-plate screw spike made it possible to perform the internationally fair assessment. And it is thought that we can satisfy the manufactures' and consumers' needs of cost-cutting and qualification security by shortening of assessment period on rail fastening system.
