        The retail store, which appears in various ways of the modern city, is the architectural result that the merchandise is finally delivered to consumers. The relationship between the commerce based on manufacturing and distribution and the retail store as urban architecture can be understood not only from the viewpoint of economics and business administration but also the problem of the formation of urban history and urban organization. The modern industrial development in Korea had been progressed by the state led, as the manufacturing and distribution developed in turn. This social and economic situation influenced the formation of the retail store of the city. This is different from the West, which the development has been conducted together. The cosmetics sales space, which is the subject of this study, has changed in various forms from the 1960s to the 1990s. Cosmetics brand retail shop is a corporate brand-based space, but paradoxically, it has a historical characteristic of urban architecture in that it is branding city street. This specificity of Seoul is unexplained by the development process of the Western and does not exist as a physically huge or special construction sometimes. However, it operates as a urban architecture in Seoul where the complicated.

        드론 군집을 위한 실시간 다중 임무계획 및 궤적계획 알고리즘

        This paper proposes a real-time algorithm of multiple task planning and trajectory planning for drone swarms. The multiple task planning is based on the CAPT (Concurrent Assignment and Planning of Trajectories) algorithm, and especially, it plans multiple task considering task priority and a required minimum number of agents for each task. Also, the trajectory planning adopts minimum snap trajectory generation to produce dynamically feasible trajectories for drones of multi-rotor types, and it guarantees collision avoidance between neighboring agents in free aerial space. The proposed algorithm is implemented in the ROS (Robot Operating System) environment, and simulation results show feasibility and real-time capability of the proposed algorithm.

        사회복지정책 참여자로서 NPO의 발전방향에 관한 연구 - 조직평가를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 높은 기부금 수입을 통해 지속가능한 운영을 유지하고 있는 10개의 복지 NPO의 특성을 사례분석을 통해 탐색하였다. 다음으로 선행연구 검토를 통해 평가 기준을 도출하여 해당 NPO 기관을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 논의를 토대로 국내 복지 NPO의 지속가능한 성장과 발전을 위한 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 평가결과 기부금 수입이 높은 국내 복지 관련 NPO들은 모두 투명성이 높고, 재무안전성이 높았다. 또한 효율성 부분에서도 3점 후반대 이상으로 비교적 높은 효율성을 보였다. 또한 기부자들과 소통하기 위해 다양한 SNS를 사용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 NPO들이 기부자들의 중요성을 인지하고 기부금 활성화에 최선을 다하고 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 NPO가 독립적인 활동을 할 수 있도록 학술적 · 정책적 함의를 제시하고자 한다. This research navigated a case study of the characteristics of 10 welfare NPOs that maintain sustainable operation through high donation income. And, evaluation criteria were derived through a review of previous studies, and NPO institutions were evaluated. Finally, based on these discussions, he presented the direction of development for the sustainable growth and development of domestic welfare NPOs. The findings of the study indicate that: All domestic welfare-related NPOs with high donation income were highly transparent and financially secure. Also, in terms of efficiency, it showed relatively high efficiency in the latter half of the 3-point range and above. And I confirmed that I use various SNS to communicate with donors. This is a result showing that NPOs recognize the importance of donors and are doing their best to activate donations.

      • 플라즈모닉 격자구조를 이용한 편광감응형 가변 흡수체

        A broadband tunable absorber is designed and fabricated. The tunable absorber is comprised of a dielectric-metaldielectric multilayer and plasmonic grating. A large size of tunable absorber device is fabricated by nano-imprinting method. The experimental results show that over 90% absorption can be achieved within visible and near-infrared regimes. Moreover, the high absorption can be controlled by changing the polarization of incident light. This polarization-sensitive tunable absorber has practical applications such as high-efficiency polarization detectors and transmissive polarizer.

        실제지형을 고려한 고정익 무인항공기의 최적 경로계획

        This article describes a path planning algorithm for fixed-wing UAVs when a real terrain should be considered. Nowadays, many UAVs are required to perform mission flights near given terrain for surveillance, reconnaissance, and infiltration, as well as flight altitude of many UAVs are relatively lower than typical manned aerial vehicles. Therefore, real terrain should be considered in path planning algorithms of fixed-wing UAVs. In this research, we have extended a spline-RRT* algorithm to three-dimensional planner. The spline-RRT* algorithm is a RRT* based algorithm, and it takes spline method to extend the tree structure over the workspace to generate smooth paths without any post-processing. Direction continuity of the resulting path is guaranteed via this spline technique, and it is essential factor for the paths of fixed-wing UAVs. The proposed algorithm confirm collision check during the tree structure extension, so that generated path is both geometrically and dynamically feasible in addition to direction continuity. To decrease degrees of freedom of a random configuration, we designed a function assigning directions to nodes of the graph. As a result, it increases the execution speed of the algorithm efficiently. In order to investigate the performance of the proposed planning algorithm, several simulations are performed under real terrain environment. Simulation results show that this proposed algorithm can be utilized effectively to path planning applications considering real terrain.

        드론 군집을 위한 임무점 중요도를 고려한 실시간 임무할당 및 궤적계획 알고리즘

        This paper describes a real-time algorithm of task allocation and trajectory planning for drone swarms. The task allocation algorithm is designed based on the CAPT algorithm, and especially, it allocates tasks considering task weights. Also, the trajectory planning algorithm generates minimum snap trajectories which are dynamically feasible for drones of multi-rotor types, and guarantees collision avoidance between neighboring agents. The proposed algorithm is implemented using various libraries, and can be executable in the ROS environment, and simulation results confirm feasibility of the proposed algorithm.

        대규모 군집을 위한 3 차원 경로계획 알고리즘에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a three-dimensional path planning algorithm for a large-scale swarm. The proposed algorithm is based on the Eulerian approach that controls spatial characteristics which is an agent density vector. This algorithm has three phases, which are environment abstraction, optimal transport, and collision avoidance, respectively. The algorithm can be applied to a largescale swarm of 1000 agents or more, and it guarantees collision avoidance between obstacles existing in the given flight environment and the surrounding agents. We carried out simulation using two scenarios, and as a result, it was confirmed that the proposed algorithm is suitable for three-dimensional path planning for a large-scale swarm.

        일중독이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일중독이 조직에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 일중독 유형을 성취지향적, 열정적, 강박적 일중독으로 구분하여 일생활균형, 조직몰입, 직무만족과의 관계를 분석하였다. 가설검증을 위해 요인 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석, 공분산구조분석, Sobel 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세 가지 일중독의 유형 모두 일생활균형에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 일생활균형은 전반적으로 조직몰입과 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 성취지향적 일중독은 조직몰입에는 긍정적 영향을 직무만족에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난데 반해, 열정적 일중독은 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 강박적 일중독은 조직몰입과 직무만족에 부정적 영향을 미친다. 일중독 유형에 따라 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타난 것은 일에 대한 태도를 유형화하여 유형별로 다른 동기부여 전략을 구사할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This research aims to analyze the relations among work-life balance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction by dividing into performance-oriented, enthusiastic and obsessional workaholism to examine how workaholism impacts on the organization. This study utilized factor and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, covariance analysis, and Sobel analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The findings indicates that all types of workaholism are effective in the work-life balance, while the work-life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Additionally, performance-oriented workaholism has a positive influence on organizational commitment, but negative influence on job satisfaction. However, enthusiastic workaholism has a positive impact on job satisfaction. Lastly, obsessional workaholism was found to have a negative effect on both of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Based on this study, it suggests that organization needs to show different motivation strategies according to typological approach to employee’s job attitude.

        온라인 구매환경에서 제품 관여도와 연령 집단에 따른 지각된 품질이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 : 정보원천과 소셜미디어 플랫폼 조절효과

        The expansion of the online market is expected to change the purchasing environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in the moderating effect of each characteristic on perceived quality and purchase intention according to the group according to product involvement and purchaser age. The first step is to identify the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms through a literature review. Next, when perceived quality affects purchase intention, we verify the moderating effect according to the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms. The moderating effect is verified at the stage by dividing it into a group according to product involvement and a group according to age. The following results were confirmed throughout the study: First, perceived quality significantly affects purchase intention. Second, in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention, the influence of the moderating effect is different depending on the high-involvement product and the low-involvement product. Third, it was confirmed that there was a difference in the moderating effect of online information sources and social media platforms in the relationship between perceived quality and purchase intention according to age. This study intends to increase consumers purchase intentions by identifying specific age groups and product groups of involvement and establishing strategies suitable for the characteristics of online information sources and social media platforms.
