Active Inductor를 위한 능동대역통과필터의 설계 및 제작

In this paper, Active Band Pass Filter using AI(Active Inductor) is designed and fabricated. Active Inductor represented 1.74 nH inductance only using Single P-HEMT (Psedomorphic High Electron Mobility : ATF-34143 producted by Agilent) and its characteristies are similiar to ideal 2 nH inductor. The whole circuit was fabricated on the Teflon substrate ( ε_(y)=3.38, T=0.78mm) using a microstrip line and ADS(Advanced Design System) was used in order to design and optimize. The results between simulation and measurement of Active Band Pass Filter have good agreements. The results indicate that Active Band Pass Filter using AI (Active Inductor) adequate for recievers of IMT-2000 User Equipments

1920~30년대 `조선귀족`의 경제상황과 조선총독부의 귀족정책

The Japanese imperial authorities wanted the Joseon aristocratic figures to lead the task of industrial development in their colonized world, set a standard for their subordinate people, and contribute to the overall stabilization of their colonized society. Yet they never stood up for the task, and instead they ruined themselves both morally and financially, either with an extravagant lifestyle of their own, or with gambling, wasting money and concubinage. They also fell because of their own failures they committed in their financial investments. Song Byeong Jun`s house also invested a huge amount of money and suffered a devastating failure. And such failure was never a rare case. Some people even loaned money from others to venture into highly profitable yet risky businesses, and then failed miserably. The decline of the Joseon aristocracy that continued since the 1920s turned out to be not a small problem for the Joseon Governor General office. Members of the Joseon aristocracy were being ridiculed by the public. The one thing they did in favor of the Japanese colonial ruling of Joseon, would have been the fact that they managed to eliminate the people`s last remaining shred of sentimentality of the past, by showing the public the ultimate annihilation of themselves, the past rulers that had been in the highest places of the lost dynasty. Yet in spite of all that, the Joseon Governor General office had to invest a lot of money and found the Changbok hwae foundation. The foundation sent money to the fallen members of the Joseon aristocracy every month so that they could maintain their own prestige. Those Joseon aristocratic figures were already absorbed into the Japanese empire`s national polity(with no other than the Denno at the center), so the Japanese authorities could not afford to let them continue their collapses and eventually die out.

혁신형 중소제조기업의 생산전략과 린(Lean) 생산방식의 현대적 의미

본 연구의 목적은 혁신형 중소제조기업의 생산전략과 린(Lean) 생산방식의 현대적 의미에 대한 알아보고자 한다. 이에 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 제시한다. 첫째, 생산전략에 따라 린 생산활동 요인이 각각 다르게 존재하는 것이다. 둘째, 내부프로세스에 중점을 둔 전략만을 지향하기 보다는 다양한 종류의 상품 공급, 고객 요구된 상품 공급 등 시장과 고객의 다양한 요구를 만족시키는 시장 지향성 생산전략에 중점을 두고 전략을 설립하는 것이 생산성과를 보다 향상할 수 있는 것을 보았다. 셋째, 생산전략이 효율적인 생산성과를 향상할 수 있는 영향에서 린 생산 활동이 중요한 역할로 존재하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the production strategy of innovative small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and the modern meaning of lean production methods. Therefore, the research results are presented as follows. First, there are different factors of lean production activity depending on the production strategy. Second, focusing on the market-oriented production strategy that satisfies the diverse needs of the market and customers, such as supplying various types of products and supplying products requested by customers, rather than just focusing on strategies focused on internal processes, establishing strategies I saw something that could be improved. Third, lean production activity plays an important role in the effect that production strategy can improve efficient productivity.

증례 : 지네 교상에 의한 미만성 관상동맥 연축 1예

본 증례는 지네 교상 후 전신적 부작용의 하나로서 미만성 관상동맥 연축에 의한 심한 흉통을 보였으며, 혈관 확장제의 투여 후 호전되었던 예로서 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The centipede is an elongated and multi-segmented arthropod with a venom apparatus that consists of modified legs on either side of the body just behind the head. Generally, centipede envenomation causes local tissue swelling, redness, pruritus, swollen and painful lymph nodes, headache, nausea, vomiting and anxiety. Adverse systemic reactions such as acute renal failure, rhabdomyolysis and acute myocardial infarction have been associated with centipede bite. We experienced a case of a 57-year-old man who complained of severe chest pain after a centipede (20 cm in length) bite. The electrocardiogram recorded at the emergency medical center showed ST-T changes in the precordial leads. The levels of cardiac enzyme were not elevated [creatine kinase (CK) 101 U/L (35~172), CK-MB 5.1 U/L (2.3~9.5), troponin I 0.06 ng/mL (0~0.05), troponin T 0.02 ng/mL (0~0.1)]. He had a history of percutaneous coronary intervention in the left circumflex artery under the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction 4 years ago. The emergency coronary angiogram revealed severe diffuse coronary artery spasm in the left coronary artery, which was improved after intracoronary nitroglycerin injection, and patent previously placed stent in the left circumflex artery was noted. He improved after medical treatment and was discharged on the eleventh day without any remained subjective symptoms.(Korean J Med 73:92-95, 2007)

식민지 학교 공간의 형성과 변화 ― 보통학교를 중심으로 ―

The general population of the colonized Joseon in the 1910s were very much resistant to the idea of Normal school(普通學校) education designed by the Japanese imperial authorities with military aspects emphasized. But such refusal and rejection turned out to be only temporary. Since the 1920s, people were always overly eager to have their children educated. And the Japanese authorities were able to establish the Normal school education system as a primary education system, inside the colonized Joseon. But such establishment of primary education did not mean that every Korean received the equal opportunity to be educated. It meant that the process itself was established as a routine that everyone should submit oneself and go through. There were more people who were excluded from such official education than people who were accepted, but people in the case of the former started to consider them as abnormal cases, and the classification system inside the colonized Joseon was legitimized in the process. Normal schools were also important assets in local regions. The Joseon Govenor General office acted as a benefactor by permitting the opening of schools and supplying them with assistance, but most of the cost was handled by the colony population. Yet the schools were put under strong control of the Joseon Governor General office. The violent nature of the ruling system inside colonized Joseon, was being well-mirrored in the social relationship in and outside of the schools as well.

이번 연구에서는 아시아 국가에서 진행성 결장직장신생물의 발생가능성을 예측하는 데 유효한 임상 위험도 점수체계를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 11개 아시아 국가의 3차병원급 기관에서 전향적 다기관 연구를 진행하였다. 대장내시경 선별검사를 받은 860명의 무증상 환자들을 분석하여 진행성 결장직장암의 중요한 위험인자들을 분석하였으며, 나이, 성별, 가족력, 흡연력 등을 포함하는 위험인자들을 고려하여 0에서 7점까지의 범위를 가지는 점수체계를 개발하였다 (Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening [APCS] score). 임의로 점수에 따라 평균 위험군(APCS score: 0-1), 중등도 위험군(APCS score: 2-3), 고도 위험군(APCS score: 4-7)으로 분류하였고, 결정된 점수 체계를 이용하여 전향적 연구를 진행하였다. 2006년 1월부터 2007년 12월까지 1,892명의 환자를 대상으로 APCS score를 분석한 후, 대장 내시경 검사를 시행하여 이를 분석하였다. APCS 분류에서 559명(29.5%)은 평균위험군, 966명(51.1%)은 중등도 위험군, 367명(19.4%)는 고도 위험군으로 평가되었으며, 대장 내시경 검사 상 각 군에서 진행성 신생물의 유병률은 각각 1.3, 3.2, 5.2%였다. 중등도 및 고도 위험군에서 진행성 신생물의 유병률은 평균 위험군에비해 각각 2.6배(95% CI 1.1-6.0), 4.3배(95% CI 1.8-10.3)가높았다. Helicobactor pylori 의 검출을 위한 Ultrarapid Urease Test 의 유용성에 관한 연구

N/A Objectives: A variety of methods have been developed for the detection of Helicobacter pylori in gastric mucosa. However they have a major disadvantage which is the time required or may be limited by expense. It has been reported that changing the incubation condition permitted ultrarapid diagnosis (ultrarapid urease test). We have examined the diagnostic efficacy of ultrarapid endoscopy room test and compard it with other diagnostic techniques in various gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: 110patients were performed gastroduodenoscopy. Alsco, antral biopsy specimens were taken for ultrarapid endoscopy room test' (1minute and 5minute records), CLO test and histologic test (Hematoxylin & Eosin, Giemsa stain). We have determinde immunoglobulin-G titer for Helicobacter pylori. Results: Using histologic test as the gold standard, ultrarapid urease test produced a sensitivity of 85.7% (1 minute record), 91.4% (5minute record) respectively and a specificity of 92.9% (1minute record), 78.6%(5minute record) respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of the test was 87.8% in 1 minute and 5minute record. Conclusion: Ultrarapid urease test is a rapid, inexpensive, easily available and reliable technique for the detection of Helicobacter pylori in endoscopy room.

When a Flight Control System is developed, it makes much important to design but also to test for system. The monitoring facilities use to verify and validate a flight control system. In flight condition, air vehicle would get bunch of sensor data. in real time. We should support a similar condition to air on ground. In this time, Processor Interface monitor all of sensor data and calculated, calibrated data.

한국 혁신형 중소기업의 인력지원정책에 관한 연구

세계경제가 글로벌(global)화 되면서 국제무역 질서가 개편되고, 기술혁신이 가속화되는 가운데, 중소기업은 국내적으로는 산업구조의 변화로 인해 여러 가지 어려운 환경에 처하게 되었다. 4차 산업혁명시대에는 대기업의 역할보다 변화와 혁신에 신속한 대응력을 보유한 중소기업의 가치의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 정부는 중소기업의 인력 수급의 어려움을 해소하기 위해 인력지원정책을 실행하고 있으나 그 효과가 미미한 것으로 알려졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 문헌연구를 통해 한국 중소기업 인력지원정책에 대한 이론을 고찰하고, 중소기업의 인력지원정책의 현황에 대해 살펴보며, 산업기능요원 제도와 고용허가제도, 그리고 인력채용패키지 제도와 외국인 산업연수 제도를 분석해보자 하였다. 또한 본 연구는 한국 중소기업 인력지원정책에 대한 문제점을 연구하여 산학연계 맞춤형 인력양성 사업과 해외 고급 기술 인력도입 지원 사업에 관한 경제 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과는 먼저, 한국 정부는 외국인의 국내적응 지원프로그램의 연구 개발과 우수 외국인력 유치를 위한 사회적 인프라 구축 및 외국인 인력정책을 개선해야 한다. 둘째, 한국 정부는 실업계 고등학교나 전문대학에 대한 체계적인 지원을 통해 중소기업에 보다 많은 전문 인력들이 유입될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 중소기업 인력난 문제 해소를 위한 현장체험을 잘 활용하는 효과적인 교육훈련을 실시해야 한다. As the global economy becomes global, the international trade order has been reformed and technological innovation has accelerated, so that SMEs are in a difficult environment domestically due to changes in the industrial structure. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the value of SMEs with rapid responsiveness to change and innovation is emerging rather than the role of large corporations. The government is implementing a manpower support policy to solve the difficulty of supply and demand for SMEs, but the effect is known to be insignificant. This study investigated the theory of human support policy for small and medium-sized enterprises in South Korea, the status quo of human support policy for small and medium-sized enterprises, industrial skilled workers system, employment permit system, human recruitment plan system and foreign industrial training. Based on the results of the study, first, the Korean government should improve foreign labour policies by establishing social infrastructure for R & D of foreign family adaptation support programs and attracting foreign workers. Second, the Korean government should provide more professional workers to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through systematic support for vocational high schools and universities. Third, effective education and training should be conducted to make full use of on-the-job experience and solve the labour shortage problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Adult-onset Still`s disease (AOSD) is a rare systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), steroids, disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs), immunosuppressives and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) have been used to control the disease. It was suggested that several pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin (IL)-5, IL-8, IL-18, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, play an important role in its pathogenesis. Recent reports showed the clinical effectiveness of TNF-α blockers (infliximab and etanercept) in refractory AOSD. We report a case successfully treated with etanercept in the early AOSD refractory to the combination therapy of high-dose prednisolone and cyclosporine (CSA).
