      • 從分裂國家理論看李登輝的中國大陸政策(1988-2000)

        On 30 July 2020, Lee Teng-hui, who was the Seventh, Eighth and Ninth President of the Republic of China, passed away. He is highly respected by Tsai Ing-wen Administration for his commitment in promoting and strengthening the ROC sovereignty as well as historic contributions to the construction of Taiwanese national identity. Across Taiwan Straits, the People’s Republic of China government had accused him for engaging in Taiwan Independence. In retrospective of his policy shift from “One China, Two Governments” to “Two States Theory”, by Secession Theory perspectives, this paper argues that Lee’s Mainland China Policy was the end results of internal power struggle within Kuomintang and unsuccessful negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party. This paper also argues that “Two States Theory” may be advocates a “two Chinese states relations”, however, that is essentially different from the Democratic Progressive Party s “one China, one Taiwan” stand. Beijing’s failure to acknowledge this difference, and its unwillingness to recognize ROC as an equal party, will never encourage any Taiwanese authority to accept invitation to negotiate for China peaceful unification.

        토지·주택 건설부문 공공기관의 온실가스 배출량 관리방안 고찰

        본 연구에서는 토지 주택 건설부문의 공공기관들에 적합한 온실가스 관리방안을 제시하였다. 토지 주택 건설부문 공공기관들에서 시행하는 사업들은 공공성과 복합성이라는 특징을 갖게 된다. 이러한 사업특성을 반영하여 온실가스 관리영역 및 감축목표를 설정하고 온실가스 관리시스템을 구축하는 방안이 필요하다. 토지 주택 건설부문 공공기관들의 사업들은 대부분 사회기간시설들을 건설하는 것이므로 온실가스 저감노력을 모두 계량화하기가 어렵다. 따라서 온실가스를 계량부문과 비계량부문으로 구분하여 체계적으로 관리하는 방안이 적합함을 제시하였다. 온실가스 배출량 관리방안의 구체적 모델로서 한국토지주택공사의 사업 분야를 대상으로 종합적인 온실가스 배출량 관리방안을 예시하였다. This study was aimed to suggest a management strategy of GHG emissions for the public organizations in land and housing costruction sector. As public organizations' businesses are characterized as 'public' and 'comprehensive', these characteristics should be considered in scoping emissions, setting-up reduction target, building GHG inventory, and establishing management system. Since public organizations' activities in construction sector involve a wide range of social infrastructure construction projects, it is not easy to account their actions to reduce GHG emissions quantitatively. Therefore, this study suggested that a twofold approach is suitable for public organizations in construction area, classifying the measurable reductions and the immeasurable actions according to the their business characteristics. To give a concrete example, a GHG emission management system for the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) was proposed.

        Successful Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in a Centenarian Patient With Acute Myocardial Infarction

        While thoracic endovascular aortic repair is an effective treatment option for descending thoracic aorta pathology, it does have limita-tions. The main limitation is related to the anatomical difficulties when disease involves the aortic arch. A fenestrated, branched aortic stent graft and hybrid operation has been introduced to overcome this limitation, but it is a custom-made device and is time consuming to manufacture. Furthermore, these devices cannot be used in an emergency setting. We report two patients with massive descending thoracic aortic aneurysm and ruptured aortic dissection very near the aortic arch who underwent a procedure which we named the modi-fied chimney technique. The modified chimney technique can be used as a treatment option in such an emergency situation or as a rescue procedure when aortic pathology is involved near the supra-aortic vessels.

        CAD/CAM 3-unit bridges의 변연 적합도에 관한 연구

        연구 목적: 본 연구에서는CAD/CAM (computer-aided design / computer-aided manufacturing) 시스템으로 제작된LAVA (3M ESPE, Seefeld, Germany) 3-unit bridge와 통상적인 방법으로 제작된 PFG 3-unit bridge의 변연 적합도를 비교 분석해 보고자 한다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 레진치를 전부 도재관을 위한 삭제를 시행하고 인상 채득하여 레진 모형 (Exakto-form model resin, Bredent, Senden, Germany)을군당10개씩 제작하였다. 레진 모형의 인상을 채득하여 석고 모형을 제작하고 PFG, LAVA 3-unit bridge를 10개씩 제작하였다. 제작된 bridge를 레진 모형에 접착하고 실체 현미경(Stereoscopic microscope, Nikon DS-Fi 1, Nikon, Japan)을 사용하여 각 치아당 4점에서 변연 적합도를 측정하였다 (${\times}75$). 측정된 결과는 independent t-test로 통계 분석하였다 (${\alpha}$ = 0.05). 결과: 각 군에서 변연 적합도의 평균과 표준편차는 PFG bridge 중절치에서는 $97.1{\pm}18.7\;{\mu}m$, 견치에서는 $76.6{\pm}21.8\;{\mu}m$, LAVA bridge 중절치에서는 $90.4{\pm}26.7\;{\mu}m$, 견치에서는$110.2{\pm}30.2\;{\mu}m$ 이었다. PFG 3-unit bridge와LAVA 3-unit bridge에서 중절치에서는 통계적 유의성이 없었고, 견치에서는LAVA의 변연 간격이 큰 것으로 나타났다 (P<.05). 결론: PFG 3-unit bridge와 LAVA 3-unit bridge 두 군 모두 임상적으로 받아들여질 만한 변연 적합도를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to assess the marginal fit of three-unit bridges produced using LAVA CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing) system and conventional PFG in vitro. Materials and methods: #11, 13 resin teeth were prepared on dentiform, then duplicated. Twenty resin models were fabricated, ten for PFG 3-unit bridges and ten for LAVA 3-unit bridges. Each bridge was cemented on the resin model. Marginal discrepancy was measured with stereoscopic microscope (Nikon DS-Fi 1, Nikon, Japan) at a magnification of ${\times}75$. Independent t-test was done for the statistical analysis. Results: The mean marginal discrepancy values and standard deviations of the PFG bridges was $97.1{\pm}18.7\;{\mu}m$ for incisors, $76.6{\pm}21.8\;{\mu}m$ for canines; that of the LAVA bridges was $90.4{\pm}26.7\;{\mu}m$ for incisor, $110.2{\pm}30.2\;{\mu}m$ for canines. The mean marginal discrepancy between PFG and LAVA for incisor did not show significant difference (P<.05). But for canine, the mean marginal discrepancy of PFG bridges was smaller than that of LAVA bridges (P<.05). Conclusion: The LAVA CAD/CAM 3-unit bridges and the PFG 3-unit bridges showed clinically acceptable marginal discrepancy.

        도재전장금관을 위한 코핑의 변형에 관한 연구

        Ceramometal crowns are common restorations in fixed prosthodontics because of their casting accuracy, the high strength properties of the metal, and the cosmetic appearance of porcelain. However, deterioration of the initial fit of the metal coping has been observed after the porcelain firing cycle. The distortion due to repeated firing makes it difficult to fit crown margin and elicits microleakage. The major causes of distortion are the residual stress that accumulate during wax-up, casting, cold work and the induced stress caused by the mismatch of porcelain-metal thermal contraction. This study examined the marginal fit changes of metal copings in relation to repeated firing and the effects of heat treatment that reduce the distortion resulted from residual stress. The marginal changes of the copings that were treated with conventional method and those treated with heat before repeated firing, were evaluated. The metal die which represented preparations of a maxillary central incisor was fabricated, and 45 wax patterns were cast with nonprecious metal alloys. The heat treatment of each group was performed as follows. Group 1(control) : Casting - Devesting - Cold work - Firing Group 2 : Casting - Heat treatment - Devesting - Cold work - Firing Group 3 : Casting - Devesting - Cold work - Reinvesting - Heat treatment - Devesting - Firing The copings were fired 3 times. After each firing, the marginal fit changes were measured with inverted metallurgical microscope at the 4 reference points located at labial, lingual, and both proximal surface. Measurements were compared, and statistically analyzed. The results were as follows ; 1. In all groups, the highest value of marginal fit changes of the copings studied were found after the first firing cycle. 2. When the distortion of each experimental group at the first firing cycle were compared, group 1 exhibited the greatest changes($20-27{\mu}m$), followed by group 2($9-13{\mu}m$), and group 3($8-10{\mu}m$). 3. The copings treated with heat before devesting(group 2) revealed significantly smaller marginal fit changes than the copings treated with conventional method(group 1). (p<0.01) 4. The copings treated with heat after reinvesting(group 3) revealed significantly smaller marginal fit changes than the copings treated with conventional method(group 1). (p<0.01) 5. No siginificant differences in marginal fit changes were found between the copings treated with heat before devesting(group 2) and the copings treated with heat after reinvesting(group 3). (p>0.01)
