ETCS L3 안전성 확보를 위한 연동장치와 레일절손검지장치 간 인터페이스 방안

본 연구의 내용은 국가 R&D 사업으로 추진중인 ‚자동운전을 지원하는 ETCS L3 급 고속철도용 열차제어시스템 핵심기술 및 궤도회로 기능 대체 기술개발‛과제 중 ETCS L3 기반 열차진로제어 기술개발 내용에 관련되는 부분에 대하여 기술하였다. ETCS Level 3 는 기존의 궤도회로를 사용하지 않으므로 궤도회로를 이용한 레일절손검지를 대치할 수 있는 안전시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ETCS L3 용으로 개발중인 DAS(Distributed Acoustic Sensing)기반 레일절손검지장치 (DBRD, DAS based Broken Rail Detector)가 EIS 로부터 진로 및 상태정보 등을 수신 받고 EIS 가 DBRD 로부터 레일절손검지 정보를 수신 받아 보다 안전하게 열차진로를 제어하기 위한 인터페이스 방안을 분석하여 제시하였다.

The signalling systems, which are currently used in Urban Transit, are mostly using track_circuit based train control systems. However, as the development of radio communication technology, the radio communication technology based train control systems (of railway systems) are developed. In addition, the relevant studies are promoted in many countries. In this paper, "Track circuit Based Train Control" system and "Communication Based Train Control" system will be studied.

For a short-term measurement to reduce an accident on a railroad crossing, it is necessary to find out the weakness and problems of existing equipment in the railroad transportation system. The analysis of railroad crossing accidents shows that main causes of accidents (24.9%) are the careless driving including an engine problem, damage on the safety equipment, slide on the snow, and an engine stop on the railroad crossing. Therefore, it is required to install a sensor, or to make a crossing gate at the exist for detecting obstacles on a railroad to prevent collisions among trains. This paper suggests 'a panel sensor using the strain gauge' to make up the weaknesses of the sensing Dead Zone, which are caused by using a laser method, and to detect any small objects passing railroads in order to reduce the errors, which are occurred in the earth magnetic field for controlling Exit Slide Crossing Arm Detector. The device, suggested in this paper, is verified with detecting any small objects passing the railroad, with judging entry decision clearly, and with controlling passing gate and obstruction warnings/cautions obstacles at the same time, through an experimental test.

본 연구의 내용은 국가R&D 사업으로 추진중인 “자동운전을 지원하는 ETCS L3 급 고속철도용 열차제어시스템 핵심기술 및 궤도회로 기능 대체 기술개발”과제 중 ETCS L3 기반 열차진로제어 기술개발 내용에 관련되는 부분에 대하여 기술하였다. 기존 ETCS L1/L2 전자연동장치(EIS)는 궤도회로를 사용 열차의 위치를 확인하는 방식이나 ETCS L3 기반 전자연동장치는 무선을 통해 열차위치정보를 RBC(Radio Block Center))로 부터 받아 역 구내에서 가상폐색(Virtual Block)방식의 시스템으로 구성한다. 이에 따른 ETCS L3 기반 전자연동장치의 기능 및 주변장치와의 인터페이스 방안을 분석하여 제시하였다. The contents of this study are related to the contents of ETCS L3-based train route control technology development among the "Development of core technology and alternative track circuit function of track control system for ETCS L3 high-speed railway supporting automatic operation" under the national R & D project. As described. Existing ETCS L1 / L2 , Electronic Interlocking (EIS) uses track circuit to check the position of trains, while ETCS L3, Electronic Interlocking receives train position information from the RBC(Radio Block Center) device over the air. It consists of a system of virtual block method. The purpose of this study is to analyze and present the function of ETCS L3 based Electronic Interlocking and interface with peripheral devices.

This paper shows two models of the duplex system having a fault tolerant system characteristic used in airplane and railway system. The architecture of these systems is based on MC68000, and we designed the single system, single duplex system, dual system and dual duplex system to evaluate the system characteristic. We calculate the failure rate of components using MIL-SPEC-217F and evaluate the reliability, avaliability, safety and MTTF(Mean Time To Failure) of the designed systems by Markov model. We choose our syystem depending on the developing system characteristic.
무선인식 시스템의 패시브 태그를 이용한 실내의 물체위치 추적

This paper proposed to recognize and tracking the ID and location when a person and objects moved from indoor using RFID a type of passive tag. An antenna was installed in both sides of a door due to the limitation of a recognition distance. And frequency bandwidth was used to the 134.2㎑ bandwidth to pass and bend several obstacles. Because a type of passive tag is a semi-permanent and miniaturization, it has applied to this paper.
