노인들의 여가활동에서 여가몰입이 여가만족도와 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leisure commitment on leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction in the leisure activities of the aged. The data was collected from 147 of the aged who had participated in leisure activities at one of the aged colleges in Gyeong San city. In consequence of factor analysis of leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction, and life satisfaction, 2 factors of cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment, 2 factors of physical·social satisfaction and psychological·educational satisfaction, and 1 factor of life satisfaction respectively were extracted. The results were as follows: 1) Cognitive and behavioral commitment of leisure commitment had significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Cognitive commitment had more influence on leisure satisfaction than behavioral commitment. 2) Cognitive and behavioral commitment of leisure commitment had significant influence on life satisfaction. Behavioral commitment had more influence on life satisfaction than cognitive commitment. 3) Leisure satisfaction had significant influence on life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among positive affect, interpersonal relationship and subjective happiness of the aged who had attended the leisure programs of the leisure welfare facilities for the elderly. The data was collected from 200 of the aged who had participated in leisure programs in Daegu and Geyongbook province. PAS(Positive Affect Scale), QIRS(the Quality of Interpersonal Relationships Scale), and Subjective Happiness Scale of Lyubomirsky & Lepper were used. Regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data. The results showed as follows. 1) Positive affect, interpersonal relationship and subjective happiness had correlation each other and the correlation between positive affect and interpersonal was the highest. 2) Positive affect was positively associated with interpersonal relationship. 3) Positive affect had significant positive influence on subjective happiness, 4) Interpersonal relationship had significant positive influence on subjective happiness. Therefore various programs and supports for the aged should be developed and provided to improve positive affect, interpersonal relationship, subjective happiness.

This study examined the effect of elderly mental health on life satisfaction. The data was collected from 282 of the aged who had participated in leisure programs in Daegu and Keyongbook province. The mental health was measured as psychological well-being(PWB) of positive mental health and depression of negative one. T-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis with IBM SPSS 20 were used to analyze the data. The results showed as follows. 1) PWB, and depress were not significantly differentiated by gender, age, spouse, and religion but subjective health status. 2) Life satisfaction was not significantly differentiated by gender, spouse, and religion but age and subjective health status. 3) PWB had significant positive influence on life satisfaction. 4) Depress had significant negative influence on life satisfaction. Therefore various programs and supports for the aged to improve subjective health status and positive mental health should be developed and provided.
호텔 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 재방문, 추천의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to find out factors of hotel service quality and to investigate relationships among hotel service quality, guest satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention. 5 factors of hotel service quality were extracted and titled as hotel general facilities, front desk and door, room, Food & Beverage, and other facilities. The results indicate that Hotel service qualities of front desk & door, room, F&B, and other facilities have significant influences on guest satisfaction, and that the effect of hotel service quality on revisit and recommendation intention is significant. Guest satisfaction positively influences on both revisit intention and recommendation intention.
관광자의 퍼스낼리티 유형과 관광동기와의 관계에 관한 연구

It is necessary for tourism planners and marketers to grasp tourists in light of psychographics as well as sociodemographics in oder to properly develop and market their destinations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between tourists's personality type and motivation That is to prove the differences in tourism motivation across personality types. To classify the personality types of tourists, Plog's personality model of allocentric, midcentric, and psychocentric was used. In a questionnaire survey for the empirical analysis of this study, 248 tourists who visited Woopo wetland and Kanghwa participated. The findings indicated as follows: First, personality types were classified as allocentric(25.4%), midcentric(56%), and psychocentric(18.5%). Second, 5 factors(learning and sightseeing of nature, relaxation & escape, achievement and self-actualization, warm relationship with others & outdoor activity, and family together) of tourism motivation were identified after factor analysis. Third, tourism motivation exhibited significant differences by personality types. Forth, tourism motivation significantly influenced tourist satisfaction.

Ecotourism is currently a growing segment of tourism and will be a chief purpose for international leisure travel in the first part of the 21st century. Motivations and characteristics of tourists is necessary primary information for planning and executing sustainable economic tourism programs. The primary purpose of this study was to identify motivational and demographic characteristics of visitors who had traveled to Woopo wetland in the winter. It is considered as one of ecotourism destinations. The results indicated that visitors tend to be middle age with higher education than general population. Findings of this study regarding respondents' age, income, and education are very similar to the previous findings of summer research. It also identified their motivational characteristics and information source. The rating of wild bird observation of their motivations was higher than one of summer visitors. The specific sources for travel information are word of mouth, media, and travel magazines. They strongly noted the lack of facilities for rest and amenities, signposts, information board and interpreters at Woopo wetland. The complaint against parking lots was decreased because a parking lot was constructed at Sejinri. Most of the visitors showed the intention of revisit and recommendation to other people. Further work should attempt to position the accumulated information of ecotourists' psychographic and attitudinal characteristics.
스키장의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to develop scale items to measure servicescape of ski resort, to measure servicescape of ski resort to use them, and to find out relationships among servicescape, customer satisfaction and Behavioral intentions. Hypotheses were developed from reviewing the existing literature and tested empirically. The survey, based on questionnaire, was conducted in ski resort. The data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 and structural equation model by LISREL 8.51. As a result of factor analysis on servicescape of ski resort, 6 factors were extracted and titled "lift", "ski slope", "facilities layout", "safety facilities", "other facilities", and "ski equipments". The results of the study show that servicescape of ski resort has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, but has not relationship with behavioral intention. The customer satisfaction has a positive influence on behavioral intentions.
