중온수 흡수식 냉동기용 유하 액막식 재생기의 전열관 성능 특성에 관한 연구

The objective of this study is to investigate the changes of the performance of a hot water absorption chiller as influenced by the characteristics of the heating tubes inserted in its generator. The absorbent and the refrigerant flowing inside the generator are LiBr and water, respectively. The experiments were done based on a 58% absorbent concentration. In the experiments, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the absorbent and the inlet and outlet temperature of the refrigerant in the generator are measured. Also, the pressure of the generator and the flow rate of the refrigerant and the absorbent we measured. A Labview program was used for the measurements. Tests were conducted on different types of heating tubes using the same experimental conditions and the values of the overall heat transfer coefficient are determined. With this, the type of heating tubes that results to the improvement of the performance of the absorption chiller can be identified.

This study was carried out a numerical analysis the effects of how to configure refrigerant heat exchanger on the performance of type II absorption heat pump. There are two kinds of heat exchange methods, solution to refrigerant and waste hot water to refrigerant. When the waste hot water is bypassed to the refrigerant heat exchanger, steam mass rates ars increased compared to the standard model. When the solution was bypassed to the refrigerant heat exchanger, steam mass rates are lower than in the case where the waste heat water was used in the refrigerant heat exchanger. Thus, in constructing the refrigerant heat exchanger, it is possible to obtain a higher Steam mass value by using waste water than by using a solution.

In this study, the thermal conductivity properties of MWCNT/epoxy matrix composites were investigated. The composites were fabricated by mixing multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) and thermosetting resin matrix. As generally known, MWCNT have high thermal conductivity. In order to determine the influence of MWCNT concentration on the thermal conductivity of the material, the weight ratio of the MWCNT was varied (2.5 wt.%, 5 wt.%, 10 wt.%, and 15 wt.%). Also, the MWCNT were processed by ball milling at various milling times (15 min, 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min) to increase its bulk surface area. Furthermore, the compatibility of MWCNT with other filler materials was considered.
