Objectives The study was conducted to evaluate the recent treatment and study trends of tic disorder by reviewing domestic and international randomized controlled studies. Methods The acupuncture treatment on tic disorder randomized control study articles (published by June 10th, 2016) were selected from seven academic literature archives; NDSL, OASIS, KTKP, Pubmed, J-STAGE, CNKI, and CINAHL. Results Ten articles were identified after searching. These studies were analyzed by year, diagnostic criteria, intervention, evaluation criteria, treatment points, treatment effect, treatment duration, and 'Risk of Bias' assessment. Conclusions According to the articles, acupuncture was effective in treating tic disorder. However, additional well-designed randomized controlled studies will be required to justify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment on tic disorder.

The interest in abdominal obesity management is increasing as an indicator of metabolic syndrome that boosts the risk of chronic disease occurrence. The study examined 45 middle-aged women between aged 35 to 59 years (living in Gyeongnam, Busan) with BMI 23kg/m², WHR 0.80, and Waist Circumference 80cm. We conducted the experiment from Feb.1, 2016 to May 31, 2016, twice a week, 12 times in total, to find out the effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and hand therapy on the BMI, abdominal size, abdominal obesity rate, and blood index of the participants. A statistical analysis using the SPSS 20.0 program showed a significant difference in the two groups before and after the therapy, for example, body mass index (F=8.205, p<0.001), BMI (F=7.460, p<0.001), abdominal obesity rate (F=4.841, p=0.005), and waist size (F=148.111, p<0.001). While there was no significant difference between the groups, the blood index illustrates a significant result in decreasing the level of triglycerides (t=3.686, p=0.001) by extracorporeal shock wave therapy. We hope that the study on machine and hand therapy will provide the basic data for the effective abdominal o obesity management in the medical field.

In this study, we have examined the effects of the benefits of relationship of medical skin care brands on brand identification, satisfaction and loyalty, targeting consumers who have used the growing medical skin care services. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey, targeting 500 people, both men and women, aged at 18 years or more, who have experience in the use of medical skin care residing in the Busan and Gyeongnam region. Among them, a total of 494 questionnaires were finally used for analysis. The benefits of relationship have been classified as two factors: social benefits and convincing benefits. These two factors were found to have affected the brand identification. Convincing benefits (path coefficient = .366) have slightly higher impact on the brand identification than social benefits (path coefficient = .187). Also, it has been found that the brand identification has affected satisfaction (path coefficient = .196), and in turn the satisfaction has affected loyalty (path coefficient = .904). As the result of this study, it is revealed that the benefits of relationship have an effect on both satisfaction and loyalty through brand identification as its media. In this regards, this study has its significance in establishing the causal relationships between them.

비교과 교육과정 개발 및 운영 개선 방안 탐색: A대학 운영자의 인식을 기반으로

본 연구의 목적은 비교과 교육과정 운영자가 인식하는 비교과 교육과정 개발 및 운영의 개선 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 비교과 교육과정 운영자들이 가지고 있는 비교과 교육과정의 의미, 비교과 교육과정 개발 및 운영에 대한 인식에 대해서 A대학의 비교과 교육과정 운영자들을 대상으로 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 면담 자료 분석결과, 운영자들은 비교과 교육과정이 역량 함양에 도움이 되고 전공 교과 교육과정과 연계되며 다양한 학습 기회를 제공한다고 인식했다. 운영자들의 업무경력은 대부분 1년 이하였고 다른 업무들을 많이 맡고 있었다. 이는 비교과 교육과정 개발 및 운영에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 운영자들은 비교과 교육과정을 개발할 때 기존의 학생 참여 프로그램을 비교과 교육과정으로 운영했고 핵심역량과 연계하고 학생들의 요구와 만족도를 고려했다. 그리고 다른 학교 사례나 관련 자료들을 참고하고 프로그램 간 연계성을 갖추려고 했다. 그러나 핵심역량 연계를 어려워했고 결과 중심의 평가와 개발 경험 부족, 부서 간 소통 부족을 문제시했다. 비교과 교육과정을 운영할 때에는 참여 독려를 위한 홍보와 학생들의 반응을 중요시했다. 그러나 학생 모집이나 적극적 참여유도를 어려워했고 운영 전반에 대한 정보 부족, 운영인력 및 지원 부족, 질 관리의 어려움, 운영시스템 분산을 문제시했다. 이러한 분석결과를 기반으로 본 연구에서는 비교과 교육과정 개발 및 운영 개선 방안으로 운영자의 핵심역량 이해 증진, 부서 간 소통 및 협력, 지원 확대, 학생 보상체계 보충, 운영인력 보충, 관리 운영시스템 일원화, 질적 성과평가 방안 마련 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore strategies to improve the development and implementation of extracurricular programs at a university in Korea. This study researched the perspectives of administrators of extracurricular programs including the curriculum"s meaning, and the development and implementation of extracurricular programs. A qualitative study was conducted on extracurricular program administrators at A University in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the interview data, the administrators recognized that extracurricular programs help build students’ competencies linked to the curriculum of their major, and provided a variety of learning opportunities. However, most of the administrators had less than one year’s experience in their positions and were assuming multiple roles as well. This negatively influenced the development and implementation of extracurricular programs. When developing the extracurricular programs, the administrators linked them with core competencies, and considered the needs and satisfaction of students. Also, the administrators tried to establish links between programs by referring to examples or related materials from other schools. However, it was difficult to link core competencies, administrators lacked experience in results-oriented evaluation, and there was insufficient communication between departments. While managing the extracurricular programs, administrators realized the importance of publicity to encourage student participation. However, it was difficult for them to recruit students and encourage active participation. The programs were further affected by the lack of information on overall operation, shortages of operational staff and support, difficulties with quality control, and complications with the distributed operating system. Based on these results, this study aims to improve the understanding of administrators’ core competencies and raise awareness of the need to promote communication and cooperation between departments, expand support, increase student compensation, better meet staffing requirements, unify the management and operation system, and improve the performance evaluation system. An overall evaluation plan was suggested.

손자녀 양육을 지원하는 조부모의 경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

연구목적: 본 연구는 손자녀 양육을 지원하는 조부모의 경험을 탐색하고, 그들이 공유하는 경험과 가치, 인식을 돌봄 윤리 측면에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 손자녀 양육을 지원하는 조부모를 주제로 수행된 질적 연구를 메타분석하여 그들이 보여주는 경험의 의미를 종합적으로 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 질적 메타분석 방법을 적용하여 개별 질적 연구물의 분석 결과에 대한 재해석을 시도하였다. Noblit과 Hare (1988)가 제안한 단계에 따라 연구가 실시되었으며, 메타 문화기술지 분석이 이루어졌다. 2019년 11월을 기준으로 영유아기 손자녀 양육을 지원하는 조부모에 대한 연구 10편의 연구를 선정하였다. 연구결과: 연구 속에서 드러난 손자녀 양육을 지원하는 조부모의 경험을 질적 메타 분석한 결과, ‘양육의 시작’, ‘변화의 기로’, ‘갈등과 혼란’, ‘행복과 통찰’의 4가지 주제와 ‘혈연’, ‘2세대 성장’, ‘경제적 이유’, ‘기관 불신’, ‘가족 내 변화’, ‘관계망 변화’, ‘사회 제도에 대한 요구 변화’, ‘건강악화’, ‘소진의 경험’, ‘역할갈등’, ‘자기 생활 박탈’, ‘관계의 즐거움’, ‘새로운 가치발견’의 13가지 핵심개념이 도출되었다. 결론: 손자녀를 양육하는 조부모의 경험은 주로 돌봄 제공자로서 위치하고 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 돌봄의 상호호혜적 관점에서 돌봄 제공자의 필요와 어려움에 공감하는 경제적 지원, 사회적 관심, 조부모 양육 교육 프로그램 등 돌봄의 선순환이 일어날 수 있는 제도적 보완이 필요함을 논의하였다. Objective: This study examines the experiences of grandparents supporting grandchild-rearing from the aspect of care ethics. To this end, a meta-analysis was conducted on qualitative research focused on the theme of grandparents supporting grandchild-rearing. Methods: : This study reinterprets the results of previous qualitative research by applying the qualitative meta-analysis method. As a reference point as of November 2019, 10 studies focusing on grandparents supporting grandchild-rearing during infancy were selected, and the steps suggested by Noblit and Hare (1988) were followed. Results: Four themes and 13 core concepts are noted among the experiences of grandparents supporting grandchild-rearing. The four themes are beginning of rearing, crossroads of change, conflict and confusion, and happiness and insight. The 13 core concepts derived are as follows: blood ties, second-generation growth, economic reasons, disbelief in childcare facilities, change in family network, change in relations, change in demand for social systems, worsening health, experience of exhaustion, role conflict, the disappearance of personal life, the joy of relationships, and discovery of new values. Conclusions: The experiences of grandparents supporting grandchild-rearing were primarily that of care providers. This study discusses the necessity for institutional supplementation that may trigger the virtuous cycle of care, such as financial support, social interest, and education programs for grandparents, to help empathize with the needs and difficulties of care providers.
