        R-러닝 로봇의 활동성에 기초한 통합적 신체활동 프로그램이 유아의 신체활동 참여 및 신체표현에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 R-러닝 로봇의 활동성에 기초한 통합적 신체활동 프로그램이 유아의 신체활동에 대한 참여와 창의적 신체표현에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. R-러닝 로봇의 활동성에 기초한 통합적 신체활동 프로그램은 유치원 교육과정과 누리과정 및 기존의 현장적용 사례를 기초로 하여 총 10주차 21개 활동으로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 서울소재 유치원 2개 기관의 59명으로, 실험집단은 제니보를 활용하고 있는 시험유치원으로 개발된 프로그램을 적용 하였고, 통제집단에는 로봇을 활용하지 않고 일반적인 신체활동을 운영하였다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 세 집단의 신체활동 참여수준은 McWilliam(1998) 과 이경옥과 이근영(2002)의 연구에서 사용한 참여수준 도구를 참고하여 이경옥과 이상희(예정)가 개발한 유아의 신체활동 참여수준 관찰 도구를 사용하였으며, 창의적 신체표현은 Krechevsky(1998)가 고안한 Project Spectrum: Preschool assessment handbook검사 도구 중 창의성 신체표현 부분을 이만수(2006)가 수정한 도구를 본 연구에 맞게 수정·보완하여 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 19.0을 사용하여 기술통계를 산출하고, 집단별 신체활동 참여수준은 t-test, 창의적 신체표현은 사전검사 결과를 공변인으로 하여 공변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 R-러닝 로봇의 활동성에 기초한 통합적 신체활동 프로그램은 유아의 신체활동 참여수준, 창의적 신체 표현 등에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 유아교육현장을 위한 로봇기반 교육 프로그램 개발 및 로봇기반 교육 활용에 있어 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. More and more often, robots are being employed in the classroom for the purpose of teaching cognitive skills. This study considers the practical implications of using robots in conjunction with physical activities. Specifically, the effect of an integrated physical activities program using robots on young children`s participation level and creative expression is examined. The program consists of 21 physical activities. Its construction is based on the Korean National Kindergarten Curriculum and the few existing cases of real-life applications. Subjects are 88five-year-olds from three kindergartens in Seoul divided into an experimental, a comparative and a control group. Twice a week for 10 weeks, the experimental group used a model kindergarten wherein robots were already in practical use. The comparative group applied the robotic program developed by the institution itself. The control group ran a general physical activities program without using the robot. The participation level in physical activity and creative physical expression of three the groups were compared and analyzed. The results indicate that an integrated physical activity program using robots has a positive and statistically significant effect on children`s participation in physical activity and creative physical expression. The development of various programs and application of strategies for effective R-learning education are suggested.

        백차 열수추출물의 자외선 조사에 의한 피부염증 및 피부장벽손상 완화 효과

        백차 열수추출물의 염증 및 피부장벽 손상완화 효과를 알아보기 위해 생후 6~7주령 암컷 SKH-1 hairless 마우스 등 부위에UVB를 12주간 조사하여 피부노화를 유발시킨 후, 실험동물을정상군(N), 대조군(UVB+saline, C), 양성대조군(UVB+0.01%retinoic acid, PC), 실험군1 (UVB+1% white tea water extract, E1), 실험군2 (UVB+2% white tea water extract, E2)로 나누어 1일 2회, 주 5일, 4주 동안 매회 200 ${\mu}L$씩 시료를 도포하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. (1) 피부 홍반도 측정에서, 실험 4주 후 C군에비해 PC, E1, E2군은 각각 31, 41, 46% 유의하게(p<0.001) 낮았다. (2) 수분함량 측정에서, 실험 4주 후 C군에 비해 PC, E1, E2군은 각각 190, 207, 225% 유의하게(p<0.001) 높았다. 경표피수분 손실량(transepidermal water loss, TEWL) 측정에서, 실험 4주후 C군에 비해 PC, E1, E2군은 각각 61, 79, 85% 유의하게(p<0.001) 낮았다. 조직학적 관찰에서, C군에 비해 E1, E2군은 표피층과 진피층의 비후, 비만세포수와 탈과립 정도가 현저하게 경감되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합할 때, hairless 마우스를 이용한in vivo 실험에서 백차 열수추출물 경피 도포는 자외선 조사로 인해 유발된 피부장벽 손상 및 염증 반응에 상당한 개선 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. To investigate the alleviative effect of white tea water extract on the inflammation and skin barrier damage, skin aging animal model was produced by the irradiation of UVB to the backs of hairless mice for 12 weeks. And then experimental materials were applied topically for 4 weeks. At the 28th day of experiment, positive control (PC, 0.01% retinoic acid treatment) and experimental groups (E1, 1% white tea water extract treatment; E2, 2% white tea water extract treatment) had significantly (p<0.001) lower values of both skin erythema index and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) than the control (C, saline treatment) group. The appearance of mast cell and the degree of its degranulation in dermal and subcutaneous layers were remarkably reduced in E1 and E2 groups compared to the C group. It is found that white tea water extract is effective in skin barrier damage and inflammation in hairless mouse.

        한국무용기본 팔허리감기 동작의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the Winding Waist movement`s characteristics of Korean Dance by analyzing the movement kinematically and present scientific method of training the movement. The subjects of this study were consisted of 2 skilled dancers and 2 unskilled ones. To see the process of the Winding Waist movement followed by the degrees of skill, among movements which subjects of this study did repeatedly, successful movement was selected and presented. And to analyze the Winding Waist movement, three kinematic variables were measured. The results of analysis as follows; 1. As for the joint angles control, skilled dancers were able to control the velocity of movement, while unskilled ones lacked controlling power it. 2. In the case of position of arm, unskilled dancers lacked controlling power the position of arm. 3. In the case of the transfer of momentum, skilled dancers had ability to transfer the momentum from a larger segment to a smaller segment.

        예비유아교사의 R-러닝 전문성 향상을 위한 학생 동아리 프로그램

        본 연구에서는 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 R 러닝에 대한 전문성 향상을 위한 학생 동아리 프로그램을 개발하고 예비유아교사의 R-러닝 전문성 변화과정을 살펴보았다. 예비유아교사의 R-러닝 전문성 향상을 위한 학생 동아리 프로그램은 R-러닝 기초지식 습득, R-러닝 활동계획, R-러닝 현장적용, 활동 및 자기 평가로 구성되었다. 프로그램 운영 후 예비유아교사의 전문성 변화과정을 살펴본 결과, 프로그램에 참여한 예비유아교사의 R-러닝에 대한 인식이 긍정적으로 변화하였으며, R-러닝 지식과 조작기술이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따르면 예비유아교사가 현직교사가 되었을 때 R-러닝을 효율적으로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 즉 본 연구에서 개발한 R-러닝 학생 동아리 프로그램은 예비유아교사의 R-러닝 전문성 향상에 긍정적으로 기여하며, 이후 R-러닝 학생 동아리 프로그램을 통하여 R-러닝 전문성을 강화하고 유아교육현장 적용 능력을 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. This study suggested a model for students’ learning community program to improve the R-learning professionalism of pre-service teachers in early childhood education. For R-learning in early childhood education, pre-service teachers need basic knowledge of planning and practicing ability in R-learning activities, and assessment of R-learning practice. To examine the appropriate program, this study observed the change of pre-service teachers’ professionalism during the operation of the students’ learning community. The results suggested that the students learning community had positive effects on the professionalism of pre-service teachers ; as a result of their activities (1) the pre-service teachers had acquired R-learning knowledge and operating skills; (2) the students’ learning community played a significant role in changing awareness of R-learning in more positive ways ; (3) by applying hands-on practice, pre-service early childhood teachers learned various R-learning teaching methods that helped them in planning and practicing activities with robots. In conclusion, this study confirmed that the students learning community is an adequate program to improve pre-service teachers’ R-learning professionalism.

        여성의 체성분 ( Body Composition ) 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for exercise prescription, weight control and standard amount of body fat among Korean women with age 19 or above. For the purpose, we analysed the body composition of 430 female aged between 19 and 65 who live in Seoul metropolitan area and carry out normal daily life. For the measurement, we used $quot;Inbody 2.0$quot; made by Biospace Corporation(Seoul, Korea) which uses BIA as its measurement mechanism. In statistical analyses, we used SAS and calculated mean, maximum, minimum and standard deviation of the body composition variables for each age group. The significance of the difference between each age groups was tested via General Linear Models Procedure and a follow-up test using T tests(LSD)for each variables was added to this procedure. In both tests, a significance level of 5%(confidence level 95%) was adopted. The body composition variables used in this study consis of weight(kg), body fat mass(kg), muscle mass(kg), percent body fat(%), fat distribution and BMI. The body composition variables were used to assess the nutritive condition(protein, fat, mineral) and the upper - lower balance & right left balance. The analysis of body composition revealed that women in their 50s or older contained relatively high percentage of body fat and especially showed greater fat component in their abdomen. However, most women in their 20s turned out to be underweight in both fat, lean body mass and muscle mass. On the other hand. 27.9 percent of the subject were overweight. Noteworthy is the fact that 20.0 percent of the subject showed to have absolutely excessive amount of fat whereas much higher 50.5 percent have excessive ratio of $quot;fat/body weight$quot;. This indicates that lo body fat is a better scale to measure obesity. Without any change in body weight, the obesity may vary according to the proportion of body fat. Unless people do not exercise, they may lose their muscle with ageing(Foster Burns., S. Boyd(1999)., Travis, Shirley., All, Anita. C., Bernard, Marie(1999)). Therefore, those who do not exercise but are able to maintain their weight need to check their body composition to prevent obesity. The muscle component seems to vary with age. The under-muscle type who has less muscle compared to their body weight could be found mainly among the female in their 20s. Among the subject in their 30s, many turned out to be proportionate overweight, which implies that they have excessive amount of fat and may run into a health problem. Among the subject in their 20s frequently found is the under-muscle type and, furthermore, the under-muscle cases are rather evenly divided among underweight, normal weight and overweight. Also, among the proportionate type, the frequency of underweight were roughly similar to that of overweight. All these imply that we ought to throughly examine the reason of the complex phenomena so that we can properly teach the female on health, exercise and life style and prescribe exact fitness therapy for them(Girandola, R. N.,1976). The nutritious condition of the subject revealed that the female in their 20s has excessive fat in the body but lacks protein, which seems to have stemmed from a wrong diet. More importantly, we can find the deficiency in inorganic substance among the subject in their 50s or older. From this, the possibility of osteoporosis might be inferred. Out of the subject in their 20s, both lower limb infirmity and upper limb infirmity could be found and, in addition, unbalanced development between left and right side of the body was discovered. For these people, we need to identify the reason of infirmity or imbalance so that we can prescribe right fitness therapy. The finding of the study rings the alarm to the health of the female in their 20s. We need to throughly examine the factors that affect their health.

        유아 동작에 기초한 interactive 동화콘텐츠 개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 유아교육의 동작요소를 고려하고 동작인식기술을 활용하여 유아 동작에 기초한 interactive 동화 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 본 interactive 동화 콘텐츠는 유아교육전문가와 컴퓨터공학전문가의 협의과정을 거쳐 교육, 기술, 재미 요소를 고려한 콘텐츠이다. 먼저 유아동작교육에서 기본동작 요소를 추출하였고, 추출된 동작에 기초하여 인터페이스를 구성하였다. 개발된 콘텐츠는 예비연구를 통해 콘텐츠의 적합성을 평가하였으며, 유아가 수행하는데 어려움이 없도록 동작요소를 수정하였다. 개발된 콘텐츠는 멀티미디어 동화 콘텐츠의 한계를 극복하고 동작인식기술의 이점을 극대화하여 유아가 동작을 통해 매체와 상호작용하게 함으로써 교육, 기술, 재미의 요소를 통합한 interactive 콘텐츠의 새로운 가능성을 보여주고 있다. In this study, the interactive content of children"s story has been developed to utilize movement activity of children. The Content included an element of fun, educational, technology that the content has been developed through professionals conference. First, the basic elements in movement education were extracted and the interface is constructed based on that. The developed content evaluated the suitability through a pilot study. Children were modified to make it easier to perform. The developed content had overcome the limitations of movement activities and multimedia content and the dynamic motion recognition technology helped interaction of children and the media. This study provides new possibilities of interactive content.
