In this paper, we propose a novel defects inspection algorithm for TFT-LCD panels. We first compensate the distorted image caused by the camera distortion and the uneven illumination environment using the least squares method and the bezier surface. We find a starting point of each pattern. The reference frame, made by subtract method using several clean patterns, is compared to each pattern to find defects. The simulation example shows that our algorithm not only inspects the defects well, but also is robust to the 1-pixel error.

응집구조(Clique) 분석을 통해 HS 71류 귀금속의 성장가능성이 높은 국가들을 선별하고 한국의 위치를 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 2003년도, 2010년도, 2014년도 HS 71류 수출과 수입별로 그룹이 속한 노드 목록을 통해 구성국가를 확인하였다. 수출 응집그룹 분석 결과를 2003년도와 2014년도만 보면, 2003년도 수출응집구조분석 결과, 한국은 우리나라는 홍콩, 호주, 일본, 중국, 벨기에, 중국, 이스라엘 과 2개의 그룹에 응집되어 교역을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2014년 귀금속 수출 응집그룹 분석 결과, 크게 18개의 응집그룹으로 분류 되며 한국, 스위스, 미국, 영국, 홍콩, 인도, 태국, 중국, 일본, 호주 그룹이 가장 큰 응집력을 보였다. 수입 응집그룹 분석 결과를 2003년도와 2014년도만 보면, 2003년은 크게 17개의 응집그룹으로 분류되며 영국, 미국, 벨기에, 중국, 독일, 이탈리아, 남아프리카, 홍콩 그룹이 가장 높은 응집력을 보이고 있으며, 한국은 영국, 미국, 서아프리카, 일본, 홍콩, 스위스 그룹에 포함되었다. 2014년도는 크게 19개의 응집그룹으로 분류되며 스위스, 독일, 중국, 영국, 미국, 홍콩, 이도, 일본, 태국, 이탈리아, 벨기에, 프랑스, 싱가포르 그룹이 가장 높은 응집력을 보이고 있다. 우리나라는 26.3%에 해당하는 총 5개의 그룹에 포함되어 있다. 응집구조분석을 통하여 성장가능성이 높은 국가들을 선별할 수 있으며, 긴밀한 무역 관계를 맺음으로써 무역의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. Purpose : Countries with high growth in HS 71 precious metals trade and Korea’s relative position can be identified. Research design, data, methodology : By utilizing Clique analysis, export coherent group analysis for years 2003 and 2014 show Korea trading and positioned in 2 groups along with Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, China, Belgium and Israel. Results : In 2014, countries were categorized into 19 coherent groups with Switzerland, Germany, China, U.K., U.S., Hong Kong, India, Japan, Thailand, Italy, Belgium, France and Singapore groups having the highest coherency. Korea was included in 5 groups with is 26.3% of the total groups. Conclusions : Through clique analysis, nations with high growth potential can be identified and by establishing close trade relationship with them, trade efficiency can be raised.

일반적으로 탑재 교정을 위한 교정 반사경 구동장치는 교정임무 수행 시에는 주광경로상의 전개위치로 반사경을 구동하며, 교정 후에는 주광경로와 이격된 수납위치로 반사경을 구동한다. 교정 반사경 구동장치의 결함 발생 시에는 반사경이 전개된 상태로 남아 주광경로를 차단하지 않도록 반사경을 강제 수납한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 결함 안전장치를 가지는 교정용 반사경 구동장치는 구동을 위한 스텝모터, 전개 및 수납 상태확인을 위한 마이크로 스위치, 베어링과 스프링의 기능을 동시에 갖는 피봇베어링 등으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 상기의 기능을 갖는 교정 반사경 구동장치 구현을 위한 구동장치 구성을 제안하였으며, 구성요소의 최적화 설계치를 도출하고 기능시험을 통해 결함안전 기능을 갖는 교정 반사경 구동장치의 유효성을 검증하였다. Calibration mirror mechanism has been widely used for on-board calibration with black body. The calibration mirror is deployed to reflect the radiation energy from the black body to the image sensor for calibrating the sensor system. After the calibration, the calibration mirror is stowed not to hide a main optical path. It also has a fail-safe function which can stow the mirror by just removing the input power of motor when the calibration mirror is stopped at certain position during the calibration. In the present work, the operation concept, design, torque analysis and functional test results of the calibration mirror mechanism with the aforementioned function have been introduced and investigated.

Lead-free piezoelectric ($Na_{1/2}K_{1/2}$)$NbO_3$ ceramics doped with CuO and $MnO_2$ were fabricated using the conventional oxide-mixing technique. With increasing content of CuO and $MnO_2$, the dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_{33}$) and mechanical quality factor($Q_m$) value increased, while electromechanical coupling factor($K_p$) and piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) decreased. The piezoelectric and dielectric properties ($Na_{1/2}K_{1/2}$)$NbO_3$ ceramics doped with CuO 2.461 wt% and $MnO_2$ 0.538 wt% at sintered temperature $1050\;^{\circ}C$ were attained ${\varepsilon}_{33}$ = 403, $K_p$ = 15, $Q_m$ = 122 and $d_{33}$ = 36 pC/N. Based on response surface methodology results using design of experiment, it was concluded that ($Na_{1/2}K_{1/2}$)$NbO_3$ doped with CuO 0.477 wt% and $MnO_2$ 0.269 wt% has possibility composition of being used for piezoelectric transformer.
스포츠시설운영업체의 위기관리 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze a moderating effect on the relationship between levels of risk management and organizational performance in the sport facility businesses(SFBs). In order to accomplish such study purposes, a survey methodology was employed with a total of 300 employees from sport centers located in B metropolitan city. With 237 usable questionnaires, the dada were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Accordingly, following findings were derived from current study. First, levels of risk management factors had positive effects on organizational performance and market risks, environmental risks and management risks had unique relations with the dependent variable. Second, the factor of risk management system had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between and levels of risk management and organizational performance. Moreover, the effect of market risks was getting higher as the system factor entered to the regression model.

The purpose of this was to analyze the probability of legal risk factors, conditions of risk management capability and hindering factors of risk management in fitness clubs. In order to accomplish such a study purpose, this study employed a survey methodology with a total of 300 employees from both public and private fitness clubs located in Busan Metropolitan City. The questionnaires developed on previous studies were validated through exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency test. With valid 237 questionnaires, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent t-test and multiple regression analysis. Accordingly, followings were derived from current study. First, factors such as disabled persons’ facility usage, facility maintenance, inappropriate equipment usage and employees’ income and wellbeing had the high probability. Second, private fitness clubs had higher probability levels of legal risk factors including facility, employee and management than public ones. In contrast, public fitness clubs had a higher level of risk management condition. Third, for both public and private fitness clubs, the probability and hindering factors had negative effects on management performance but the condition factor of risk management capability had a positive effect on management performance. In conclusion, findings suggested fundamental information that helps develop risk management strategies for legal issues occurring in fitness clubs.
