        12주간 코어운동프로그램이 실천 유형에 따른 척추 측만증에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of core exercises for scoliosis patients(Cobb’s angles ranging from five to 15 degree), and the effects of core exercises were further investigated by comparing those with doing core exercises individually and those with doing group core exercises. For the purpose, data was collected from 52 male university students from K university and M university in C city. For 12 weeks, 27 male university students and 25 male university students had participated in individual core exercises and group core exercises respectively. Cervicothoracolumbar scenography was used to assess the effects of core exercises for scoliosis patients. Paired-sample T test and Independent-sample T test were conducted for data analysis using SPSS 19.0. Findings indicated that the both individual core exercises and group core exercises showed significant effects on the improvement of Cobb’s angles. Findings also indicated that group core exercises were more effective than individual core exercises. Practical implications based on the literature were provided in the discussion section.

        여대생의 코어운동 형태에 따른 척추측만증 개선 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of core exercises for female university students with scoliosis patients(Cobb’s angles ranging from ten to 15 degree) through a 15 week core exercise program, and the effects of the core exercise were further investigated by comparing those with doing individual core exercises and those with doing group core exercises. For the purpose, data was collected from 19 female M university students in C city. For 15 weeks, 9 female university students and 10 female university students had participated in individual core exercises and group core exercises respectively. Cervicothoracolumbar scenography was used to assess the effects of core exercises for scoliosis patients. Split plot Factorial Design and Repeated Measures ANOVA with three time points were conducted for data analysis using SPSS 19.0. Findings showed that group core exercises made significant improvements of Cobb’s angle symptoms both eight weeks and 15 weeks of measurement points, but individual core exercises showed a significant improvement of Cobb’s angle symptom only on 15 weeks of measurement point. These findings indicated that group core exercise programs are more efficient than individual core exercise programs. In the light of exercise adherence, theoretical and practical implications were provided in the discussion section.

        순환운동과 유산소운동이 비만중년여성의 신체조성과 체력 및 대사증후군요인에 미치는 영향

        A paucity of research has been conducted on the different effects of circuit training and aerobic exercise for middle-aged obese women. Thus the purpose of this study was to compare the effects of circuit training and aerobic exercise on body composition, physical fitness, and metabolic syndrome factors for middle-aged obese women. Ten participants attended 12 weeks circuit training program and another 10 participants attended 12 weeks aerobic exercise program. Data was collected before and after the 12 weeks programs. Collected data was analysed using repeated measures ANOVA. The results showed significant improvements of body composition for both groups. In addition both groups showed significant improvements of metabolic syndrome factors. These findings indicated that there is no significant differences of training effects between circuit training and aerobic exercise for middle-aged obese women.

        연속운동과 분할운동이 중년 남성의 혈중지질 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the effects of blood lipids change for continuous exercise and accumulation of short duration exercises on middle age male. Twenty middle age males were assigned to regular exercise group(A group: n=10) or devision exercise group(B group: n=10). The subjects in regular exercise group went through the circuit training at 60-75% HRmax for 30 min/day, 4 times/week for 12 weeks and devision exercise group went through the circuit training at 60-75% of HRmax for 10 min×3ste/day, 4 times/week for 12 weeks. Dependent variables were measured and compared between two groups as well as between pre and post test. The results were as follows: There were not significantly interaction effects the TC, HDL-C, TG and FBG in two groups. but LDL-C was significant interaction effects in two groups. There were significantly decrease to TC, LDL-C, TG and FBG for post exercise in two groups. in conclusion, the exercise time devision has a positive effect of blood lipids.

        지역의 종합형 스포츠클럽에서 나타나는 회원 간의 자원 교환관계

        This study tried to understand the conflict culture inherent in a comprehensive sports club from the point of view of Homans` exchange theory. Specifically, the relationship of members` exchange of resources in the comprehensive sports club was examined in terms of the activity and operation processes. To do this, this study employed case study, one of the intellectual traditions of qualitative research. The B comprehensive sports club in A area was selected as the research environment and 9 users of the B comprehensive sports club participated in this study. Data were collected through participation observation, in-depth interviews, and this research-related literature anlaysis. Data were analyzed through transcription, open coding, in-depth coding, and interpretation. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the exchange relationship that occurs during the activity of the comprehensive sports club, resource exchange is formed between members and members and between members and lecturers, based on distributional definition and the proposition of deprivation-saturation. In exchange theory, the exchange relationship is maintained when the costs and compensation in the exchange relationship are balanced, which is the definition of distribution, and the value of the compensation becomes less and less as the number of the specific compensation has increased in the near past, which is the proposition of deprivation-saturation. Second, in the process of operating a comprehensive sports club, exchange occurred, based on rationality proposition and deprivation-saturation proposition. The rationality proposition is that an individual chooses a particular behavior among various behaviors based on the rewards given to the individual and the value the behavior has. In other words, an individual chooses a reasonable behavior that he or she expects to receive the most compensation, and when the appropriate compensation is given, the club and the number of members are well maintained.

        한국무용 참여자의 흥 지각, 여가열의와 진지한 여가 간의 인과모형

        The purpose of this study is to identify the causal model of Korean dance participants" perception of Heung, leisure engagement and serious leisure. The subjects of this study were 600 females in their 40-70’s who have participated in Korean dance classes of culture centers. Multiple regression analysis was performed for the analysis of the model to examine the effect of the Korean dance participants’ perception of Heung on the leisure engagement and the serious leisure, and the structural equation model analysis was performed by Amos 19.0 statistical program. The results are as follows. In the causal relation between the perception of Heung in Korean dance and the serious leisure, the perception of Heung in Korean dance has a significant effect on the serious leisure. Specifically, it can be seen that there is a significant direct/indirect influence on the effect resolution of the path coefficient of the research hypothesis on the basis of the final model analysis results. This result confirms that the feelings such as stress relieving, emotional/physical health, and healing through Korean dance activities lead to the sustainability of leisure activities and satisfaction. In the causal relation between the leisure engagement of Korean dance and the serious leisure, it can be seen that the leisure engagement of Korean dance has a significant effect on the serious leisure. This confirms that self-confidence, health, immersion into activities and the development of challenge that Korean dance participants experience through Korean dance activities increase individual satisfaction, perseverance, endeavor, and passion for dance and sustain leisure activities.

        종합형 스포츠클럽에서 나타나는 회원 간의 권력 차이와 균형화 전략

        The purpose of this study is to understand the conflict culture inherent in comprehensive sport clubs. Specifically, this study attempts to examine social behaviors and interactions that occur in interpersonal relationships and to reinterpret interests-involved relationships and conflict cultures from the exchange theory perspectives. For this purpose, this study adopted qualitative research method. Using purposive sampling method as a non-probability approach, this study selected eight member of the comprehensive sport clubs and one administration staff. Data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews, and text analysis was conducted for data analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the power differences that occur between members in comprehensive sport club are the power differences between the existing members and the new members and between the beginner and the intermediate players, and the conflicts due to the instructor"s club operation approaches. Second, the balancing strategies among members in comprehensive sport clubs are to terminate sport club membership, join other sport clubs, and pursue new networks.
