        적혈구 막에 관한 연구 ( 1 ) Palmityoyl Carnitine 에 의한 소 적혈구 막의 용해

        The mechanism of solubilization of the ox-erythrocyte membrane was investigated with palmitoyl carnitine. When the membrane was treated with palmitoyl carnitine, the membrane protein, phospholipids and cholesterol were completely solubilized. It was confirmed that lipids were not liberated from membrane lipoprotein and not form micelles with palmitoyl carnitine. As a consequence, membrane was solubilized as a form of lipoprotein. In the present study, the results indicated that the erythrocyte membrane was solubilized by involvement of ionic and hydrophobic interaction of membrane lipoprotein with palmitoyl carnitine. The solubility of erythrocyte membrane depended upon the degree of the hydrophobic binding with palmitoyl carnitine. In the complete solubilized membrane, the activities of ATPase (Na^+, K^+-dependent) and glucose-6-phosphatase were not affected or rather slightly increased of 28% and 56% as compared with intact membrane, respectively. The effect of pH on solubilized membrane protein showed that 92% of protein was precipitated at pH 5.0. In polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with Tris-glycine buffer, pH 8.3, solubilized membrane protein was separated into 8 bands with molecular weight ranged from 450,000 to 70,000.

      • 적혈구 막에 관한 연구(I) Palmitoyl Carnitine에 의한 소 적혈구 막의 용해

        소의 적혈구막을 palmitoyl carnitine으로 처리하였을 때 단백질, 인지질 및 cholesterol이 동시에 완전히 용해되었고 palmitoyl carnitine에의 한 지질의 유리 및 micelle의 형성이 없는 것으로 보아 적혈구막은 lipoprotein 형태로 용해됨을 알았다. 소 적혈구막의 용해는 palmitoyl carnitine이 막의 lipoprotein과의 친수성 결합과 소수성 결합을 하므로써 용해되며 용해도는 소수성 결합 정도에의 존한다고 본다. Palmitoyl carnitine에의 한 혈구막 용해에 있어서 ATPase($Na^+$, $K^+$ dependent)와 glucose-6-phosphatase의 활성도는 저해 받지 않았으며 오히려 palmitoyl carnitine의 농도에 따라 각각 28-43%, 56-110%가 증가하였다. 용해된 막단백질에 있어 pH에 따른 용해도의 상태는 pH 5.0에서 92%의 단백질이 침전되었다. 용해된 막단백질을 Tris-glycine buffer, pH 8.3로 polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis를 행하였을 때 분자량이 450,000-70,000인 8개의 band로 분리되었다.         교육대학교 ‘초등무용교육’ 강의의 교육적 의미 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 ‘초등무용교육’ 강의의 실천 과정을 분석하고, 이에 참여한 초등학교 예비교사의 수업 경험을 토 대로 교육적 의미를 탐색하는데 있다. 이는 교육대학교 무용 관련 강의의 활성화와 프로그램의 다양화 측면에서 도 움을 줄 것이다. 또한 초등학교 예비교사들에게는 즐거운 무용 수업이, 학생들에게는 신나는 무용 수업이 될 것이 다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로는 사례연구 방법을 사용했다. ‘초등무용교육’ 강의 사례연구를 위한 자료 분석 방법으 로 수업 과정 분석과 심층면담을 실시하였다. 우선, 수업 과정 분석을 통해 ‘초등무용교육’ 의 강의 과정을 계획, 준 비, 실천으로 나누어 제시하고, 분석하였다. 또한 ‘초등무용교육’ 강의에 참여한 초등학교 예비교사를 대상으로 심 층면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과, ‘초등무용교육’ 강의의 교육적 의미는 크게 네 가지 범주로 나타났다. 첫째, 무용 수 업에 대한 흥미와 자신감 인식; 둘째, 무용 창작을 위한 소통 능력 신장; 셋째, 모니터링을 통한 적극적 감상 태도 증진; 넷째, 저널쓰기를 통한 자기 자기반성적 시각 견지로 나타났다. This study selected the subject of dance education of elementary school in terms of activating education college classes and diversifying programs for pre-service teacher. Specifically, the practice process of pre-service teacher lecture is presented, and the direction of development is proposed by exploring the characteristics of the elementary education lecture of education university. A case study method was used as a research method. The results of the study divided the course of dance education of elementary school into planning, preparation and practice and explored its features. As a result, the dance education of elementary school lecture features four main categories. First, creation, second, monitoring, third, communication, fourth, journal. Finally, through the dance education of elementary school course, which is one of the classes for physical education and advanced courses at the education college, the pre-service school teachers feel the importance of dance education, their ability to create, appreciate and communicate has changed and grown, and they have provided a platform for applying and implementing it at the elementary school site.

        초등학교 교사의 표현 영역 수업 준비에 필요한 요소 탐색

        본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 표현 영역 수업 준비에 필요한 요소를 탐색하여 원활한 표현 영역 수업 진행에 도움을 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 초등학교 체육과 표현 영역 수업의 활성화에 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 특정 사례를 주제로 자료를 수집하고, 본 연구자의 경험과 통찰을 통해 현상의 의미를 해석하는 근거이론과 그 이론에 해석까지 붙이는 해석적 사례 연구 방법을 활용하였다. 또한 온라인 공간에서 자료를 수집하고 그대로 저장하며, 연구 참여자들이 자료를 확인하는 동시에 범주화 작업이 가능한 인터넷 질적연구를 활용하였다. 본 연구는 A 교육대학교 교육전문대학원 석사 학위과정 계절학기 대학원생 15명 중 평소 표현 영역에 관심이 있고, ‘무용교수법’ 강의를 수강한 9명을 선정하였다. 선정한 연구 참여자 9명에게 SNS를 통해 초등학교 교사의 표현 영역 수업에 필요한 요소 관련 설문지에 답을 요청하였으나 6명만 참여하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 초등학교 교사의 표현 영역 수업 준비에 필요한 요소는 다음과 같다. 교사는 학생의 지식·이해 요소를 가르치기 위해 교육과정을 이해하고, 참고 자료와 다양한 콘텐츠의 연구 등이 필요하다. 교사는 학생의 과정·기능 요소를 가르치기 위해 교수법을 연구하고, 실기 활동 참여를 통한 실기 능력의 향상 등이 필요하다. 교사는 학생의 가치·태도 요소를 가르치기 위해 자신감을 상승시키고, 표현 영역에 대한 부정적인 인식을 긍정적으로 개선 시키며, 학생의 참여와 표현에 대해 적극성을 높일 수 있도록 자연스러운 참여 분위기와 공간 구성 등이 필요하다. 본 연구자는 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언한다. 본 연구에서 언급한 교사의 초등학교 교육과정 체육과 표현 영역 이해와 함께 초등 무용교육의 의미를 재해석하는 연구가 필요하다. 표현력, 창의력, 예술적인 능력 등을 향상시키는데 도움이 되고, 더 나아가 신체활동 문화를 전 생애 동안 즐길 수 있으며, 문화적 소양을 내면화하여 추구할 수 있도록 신체활동 문화 향유 역량을 기르기 위한 다양한 문화·예술교육과 함께 창의·인성교육의 초등 무용교육에 대한 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to help the smooth progress of the expression area class by exploring the elements necessary for the preparation of the expression area class of elementary school teachers. Through this, it is intended to help vitalize physical education and expression areas in elementary schools. The method of this study was to collect data on a specific case, and use the grounded theory to interpret the meaning of the phenomenon through the researcher's experience and insight, and the interpretative case study method to add interpretation to the theory. In addition, the Internet qualitative research, which collects data in the online space and stores them as they are, and enables research participants to check data and categorize it at the same time, was used. In this study, among 15 seasonal semester graduate students in the master's degree program at the Graduate School of Education, A University of Education, 9 students who were interested in the area of expression and took the 'Dance Teaching Method' lecture were selected. Nine selected research participants were asked to answer a questionnaire related to elements necessary for elementary school teachers' expressive class through SNS, but only six participants participated. As a result of this study, the elements necessary for elementary school teachers' preparation for expressive class are as follows. Teachers need to understand the curriculum and study reference materials and various contents in order to teach students knowledge and understanding. Teachers need to study teaching methods to teach students' process and functional elements, and improve practical skills through participation in practical activitie s. Teachers need a natural participatory atmosphere and space composition to increase students' confidence in teaching values and attitudes, positively improve negative perceptions of the area of expression, and increase students' active participation and expression. Based on the results of the study, this researcher makes the following suggestions. It is necessary to conduct a study to reinterpret the meaning of elementary dance education along with the teachers' understanding of the physical education and expression areas of the elementary school curriculum mentioned in this study. It helps to improve expressiveness, creativity, artistic ability, etc., and furthermore, it is possible to enjoy physical activity culture throughout life, and various cultural and artistic education to develop the ability to enjoy physical activity culture so that you can internalize and pursue cultural knowledge. Along with this, research on elementary dance education for creativity and character education is needed.

        초등학교 무용 관련 주제의 학회지 연구 방향 탐색

        본 연구는 무용 관련 주제의 학회지 내 초등학교 관련 연구 방향 탐색으로 초등학교 무용교육에 관한 어떤 연구가진행되고 있는지 파악하고, 앞으로 어떠한 연구가 필요할 것인지 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 학회지, 논문 등을 수집하여 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구는 2020년 한국연구재단 등재지 2192 중 예술체육학 대분야, 무용 중분야에 해당되는 7개의 학회지-대한무용학회 논문집, 무용역사기록학, 한국무용과학회지, 한국무용교육학회지, 한국무용연구, 무용예술학연구, 우리춤과 과학기술-에서 2011년부터 2020년까지 총10년에 걸쳐 학회지에 게재된 논문들 중 ‘초등학교’라는 주요어를 중심으로 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과, 앞으로 필요한 연구 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예술강사 지원사업으로 이루어지는 문화예술교육에서 벗어나 체육 교과 내에서표현 영역에 해당하는 학교 무용교육에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 학생들의 바른 생활습관을 형성할 수 있고 놀이와 접목하여 저학년 때부터 자연스럽게 움직임을 표현할 수 있으며 쉽고 즐겁게 활동할 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 국어, 사회, 음악, 미술 등 타 교과와 연계한 통합예술교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비한 대면, 비대면 상황 모두 신체활동이 가능한 다양한 표현활동 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to identify what research is being conducted on elementary school dance education by exploring the direction of research in elementary school dance education. To achieve the purpose of this study, academic journals, papers, etc. were collected and compared and analyzed. This study was published in the Korean Academy of Arts and Sports in 2020 in the Korean Academy of Dance, the Korean Academy of Dance History, the Korean Academy of Dance and Arts, the Korean Academy of Dance and Arts, and the Korean Academy of Dance and Science Technology for a total of 10 years from 2011 to 2020. As a result of this study, the direction of future research is as follows. First, research on school dance education, which corresponds to the area of expression within the physical education curriculum, is needed, away from culture and arts education that consists of support projects for art instructors. It is necessary to develop and research programs that can form students right lifestyle and can naturally express movement and enjoy activities from lower grades by combining them with play. Second, it is necessary to develop integrated arts education programs that are linked to other subjects such as Korean language, society, music and art. Third, research is needed on a variety of expressive activity programs that allow physical activities in both face-to-face and non-face situations in preparation for the post-corona era.

        무용전공생의 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 진로장벽과 진로포부에 대한 연구

        Purpose of this study was to identify influence of barrier to course of life and ambition on decision level of life course and to provide the result to dance major students to help analysing mental, sociological and environmental problems which could be faced with course of life. By using Straified cluster random sampling, 300 university students who major the dance were sampled as subjects through Choonnam, Daejeon and Gangwon area. Questionnaire data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method, and 291(90.18%) out of 300 cases were used as valid samples. Results of the analysis could be summarized as the following. First, How did barrier to course of life influence to decision level of life course? Influence of skeptical level presented difference that no plan barrier was 0.1%, economic barrier was 1%, circumstance barrier was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no plan barrier and sexual discrimination were 0.1%, negative barrier of workplace was 1%, circumstance barrier were 5%. In the case of helping need level, difference presented that economic barrier was 5% and only factor. Influence to decided level presented difference only in no plan barrier at 5% level. Secondly, How did ambition influence to decision level of life course? Influence of skeptical level presented that no effort ambition was 0.1% and lead ambition was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no effort ambition was only and 0.1%. In the case of helping need level and decided level presented no difference. Third, What are difference of ambition of life course between the major and grade of the sample? Social dance major compared to Korea dance presented high scale in non-endeavor ambition. In the case of Endeavor, Korea dance major presented high scale compare to social dance. Difference of ambition of life course presented higher on 3rd grade than 1,4 grade students. Based on the result, Major influences to barrier to course of life and ambition and grade only influences toambition.

      • 준비 움직임으로 사용할 수 있는 바테니프의 6 가지 기본 움직임 연구

        The purpose of This research is to introduce the six basic exercises by Irmgard Bartenieff which can be used for warm-up: thigh lift, pelvic forward shift, pelvic lateral shift, body half, knee drop and arm circles. The exercises are useful for both dancers and non-dancers, helping them to understand and move their bodies freely and naturally. Before any physical activity, this researrher recommends these exercises as warm-up. The method of research was interviews of people who practised the six basic exercises of Bartenieff for the spring semester in 1999. They were 45 students of K University and 75 students of S Women`s College majoring in dance, and 10 Elementary School teachers of J Cultural Center. The effects differed from person to person, but general results were almost equal: to feel the movements of isolated body parts alone and the body parts as they relate to each other and the body as a whole unit. The importance of avoiding all unnecessary body tension was emphasized throughout the research. Bartenieff developed her six basic exercises based on Laban`s notation system for body movement. Laban was born in Austria and in his lifetime, was an artist, a scientist, an architect, a choreographer, a philosopher, and a movement educator. He traveled widely and participated in the major European artistic activities of his time, especially in the development of modern dance. Bartenieff was born in Berlin, Germany and first encountered Laban in 1925. Laban`s work was a logical development from Bartenieff`s background of swings between biology, art, and dance. She studied with Laban and his colleagues and taught dance and Labanotation. In 1936, she fled from Germany to America where she became a physical therapist and gradually rebuilt connections to dance and art. In 1943, she was invited to become a member of the Dance Notation Bureau in New York, and in 1978, she founded the Laban Institute of Movement Studies in New York. Her philosophy is to use the live body totally--body-mind-feeling--as a key to coping with the environment. The six basic exercises always stress the diagonal connections between lower and upper units and the changing shapes of the whole spine from base of skull to coccyx. The important point is to reawaken awareness of muscles and joints that are not used, used inadequately or misused so that is possible to extend movements in both energy and expressiveness. The purposes of these exercises are: to become aware of pure joint and segmental movement. to mobilize the weight by means of pelvic shift and use of the pelvic floor. to shift the weight laterally without any twist; to become aware of the vertical mid-line of the body which separates right and left sides; to establish a clear twist of the lower unit against `the upper unit and heel to coccyx connection and to establish a clear diagonal connection between the right upper and left lower or between left upper and right lower parts of the body. Chapter I contains the introduction of this research, Chapter II contains the influence of Laban, the study of Bartenieff, the research methodology, and the six basic exercises and effects. Chapter III contains a conclusion and recommendation by the researcher.
