        녹색관광마을의 이미지 차별화를 위한 CI통합계획

        Integrated CI (country identity, community identity) planning is necessary for establishing identity and a distinct image as well as for managing green tourism villages. In addition, CI planning will be helpful for improving and advertising a village's image, capitalizing on its specialties and attracting many visitors to the village. Therefore, this study mainly intended to plan and design integrated CI for a green tourism village. For this purpose, this study selected Hari village in Hongsung-Kun, Chungnam province, which the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry designated as a green tourism village in 2003. Twenty CI alternatives were developed, and a vote was conducted with 143 visitors and rural residents attending a village festival in 2004. This study resulted in a new brand-name, 'Hanuri,' and developed symbols, logotypes, distinctive colors, signature system as a basic system and name cards, packaging materials, and signs for use. Above all, this study led the residents to pursue a village identity, village image and community spirit, which can be an effective management strategy to create a distinct image in a green tourism village.

        2014년 경기지역에서 발생한 해외유입 홍역 바이러스의 분자역학적 특성 분석

        Measles virus is a highly contagious, exanthematic virus, preventable by the use of an effective live-attenuated vaccine. However, measles virus remains endemic in many area of the world causing nearly 200,000 deaths per year and still a major cause of child mortality, mostly in developing countries. In March 2014, Republic of Korea was certified as a 'national measles elimination' by the WHO as a result of a high-quality case-based surveillance system and population immunity, which was achieved by a high vaccination rate (>95.0% since 1996). But, since the beginning of 2014, the Gyeonggi province has experienced a resurgence of measles cases. In this study, we investigated the characteristics of measles viruses isolated from confirmed measles in Gyeonggi province during January 1, 2014 ~ July 31, 2014, 60 isolates were obtained from 72 confirmed measles specimens. Genotypic distributions and genetic diversities of isolated measles virus were analyzed by sequencing of nucleoprotein (N) gene. 58 (96.7%) imported cases were identified. The predominant genotype was B3, which reflects the circulating measles virus in adjacent countries. The sequences of nucleoprotein (N) gene of isolated MeV were showed that the strains characterized showed the highest degree of identity (99%) with the Philippine related strains in 2013-2014. Therefore, infected traveler returning from the Philippines transmitted secondary infection in Korea. 홍역바이러스(Measles virus)는 전염성이 매우 높은 발진성 열병을 일으키는 바이러스이며, 약독화된 생백신 접종으로 충분히 예방할 수 있다. 그러나 대부분의 개발도상국에서 어린아이들의 주요 사망원인이며 해마다 20만명이 사망하는 풍토병이다. 우리나라는 1996년 이후부터 국가적으로 시행된 정기예방접종으로 인한 높은 백신 접종률(>95.0%)로 획득된 집단면역과 고도의 기술적 감시체계의 결과로 홍역이 퇴치되었으며, 2014년 3월 WHO로부터 '홍역퇴치국가'로 인증 받았다. 그러나 2014년 초부터 경기도에서 홍역환자가 다시 발생하였다. 본 연구에서는 2014년 1월부터 2014년 7월까지 경기도에서 발생한 홍역 확진 환자를 대상으로 홍역바이러스의 유행양상 및 유전형 분포양상을 분석하였다. 72건의 홍역바이러스 양성검체에서 60주의 홍역바이러스를 분리하였고, nucleoprotein(N) 유전자의 염기서열 분석을 통하여 유전형의 확인 및 유전자변이를 분석하였다. 총 60건의 홍역 확진검체를 분석한 결과 58건(96.7%)에서 B3 genotype을 확인하였다. 또한 nucleoprotein(N) 유전자 부위의 유전자 변이 분석결과, 경기도내 분리주들이 2013년에서 2014년 필리핀에서 유행한 홍역 분리주들과 99% 일치하였다. 따라서 필리핀 등에서 감염된 후 국내에 유입되어 2차 감염이 된 것으로 사료된다.

        도시공원 벤치 이용자들의 이용행태 및 개인적 거리 - 여의도 공원을 대상으로 -

        개인적 거리는 동시대 도시민들의 개인적 공간과 영역성, 사회심리적 수용력에 영향을 미치는 환경심리학의 기초개념 중 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구는 대표 조경공간 중 하나인 도시공원을 대상으로, 국내 최초로 벤치이용자들의 이용행태 및 개인적 거리를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 여의도 공원의 벤치 이용자들을 대상으로 Blind observation과 Pictorial analysis를 도입하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과, 남성과 여성그룹의 경우 평균 개인적 거리가 47.5cm로 가장 짧았고, 여성 집단의 경우 53.2cm, 남성집단의 경우 70.3cm로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 이전 서양인들을 대상으로 한 개인적 거리 연구들을 대부분 지지하지만, 일부의 경우 한국인이 개인적 공간과 영역성이 더 좁을 수 있음을 시사한다. Personal distance is one of the basic and important concepts in the field of Environmental Psychology in influencing personal space, visible or invisible territoriality and psychological carrying capacity of contemporary urban dwellers. This study aims to analyze the bench users' behaviour and personal distances in urban parks for the first time in Korea, one of the representative landscape spaces in urban areas. For these purposes, this study has adopted a blind observation and pictorial analysis for bench users in Yeouido Park in Seoul. The main results of this study show that the average interpersonal distance between female and male(intimate relationship) is 47.5cm, the distance between female and female is 53.2cm, and the distance between male and male is 70.3cm. These results mostly support the previous western study results, but the interpersonal space and territoriality of Koreans in urban parks may be smaller than that for western societies.

        학교숲 속성별 가치평가 연구

        본 연구는 도시숲의 하나인 학교숲의 가치를 평가하는 것을 주요한 연구목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 진술된 선호모형인 컨조인트 모형을 활용하여 학교숲의 환경생태적, 교육적, 사회문화적, 경제적 속성을 연구하였다. 문헌연구 결과, 학교숲의 4개 속성(가치)별 수준이 선정되었고, 학교숲 관계자와 비관계자로 구분하여 279명 을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 4개 속성 중 가장 중요한 학교숲의 속성은 경제적 속성으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 환경생태적, 사회문화적, 교육적 가치 순으로 나타났다. 모형의 적합도는 0.900 이상으로 매우 유의하게 나타났다. 경제적 가치 증에서는 0원, 1,000원 의 효용값이 다른 두 수준보다 높게 선호되었고, 환경생태적 가치 중에서는 도시공기정화 가능의 값이 가장 높고, 다음으로 학교경관 조성, 동물 서식 공간 제공, 미기후조절 순으로 나타났다. 또한 지역주민의 여가활동과 관련된 사회문화적 가치 중에서는 자연관찰이 산책 및 휴식, 운동보다 효용이 더 높게 나타났으며, 교육적 가치 중에서는 환경의 중요성 인식이 가장 높았고, 정서함양, 지식습득 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 효용값을 기초로 가구당 WIP를 추정해본 결과, 전체 응답자의 경우는 3,580원, 학교숲 관계자는 3,650원, 비관계자는 3,540원으로 나타났다. 이를 근거로 연간 전체 가구의 순수 경제적 가치를 추정해보면 약 6,820 억 원이며, 학교숲 관계자의 경우 6,970억원, 비 관계자의 경우 6,750원으로 나타났다. This study intends to analyze the value of school forests, one type of urban forest. For this purpose, four attributes of school forests were investigated, considering ecological, educational, social and economic values using a conjoint model as the stated preference. Based on literature reviews, the levels of the four attributes were selected, and a questionnaire survey was given to 279 urban residents divided into 2 groups: those impacted by school forests and those not. The study results suggest that the most important attribute of school forests is economic value, and next is ecological, social and educational value according to the part-worth model. The fitness level of the model is 0.900(total group) which is very significant. As for the economic value, free and 1,000 won are more critical factors than the other 2 levels, 5,000 won and 10,000 won and air pollution purification and making the school landscape are more critical factors than small habitats and microclimate factors. In addition, regarding the social value related to residents' leisure activities,the utility of nature observation is higher than walking and exercising. Finally, for educational value, understanding nature's importance is more critical than the emotions and learning of students. The estimated WTP per household/month is 3,580 won, the group related to school forestsis 3,650 won and the non-related group is 3,540 won. Based on these results, the estimated total economic value of all households per year is 6,820 hundred million won. The group related to school forests is 6,970 hundred million won and the non-related group is 6,750 hundred million won.

        녹색관광 자원유형분석 및 국내 적용가능성 연구

        This study is aimed to define and classify GREEN TOURISM (GT) resources as the basis for rural sustainable development, and to analyze the current conditions of GT and applicable resources in Korea. For these purposes, a field survey about 24 rural villages in Japan and Korea is applied, accompanied by a questionnaire survey of 30 specialists, as well as a literature review. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The concept of GT has 3 important points: interchange between rural and urban residents, staying in villages, and residents' participation. GT resource are divided into 4 types: Agricultural, Ecological, Historical and Living resources in a space and activity program. In addition, the GT resources in Japan are more quantitatively abundant than in Korea, but Korean agricultural and ecological resources were more abundant relatively. According to the several methods above, 18 space and 14 activity programs were classified. Lastly, this study analyzed the applicable 32 Korean resources using the specialists' questionnaire survey. Among the space resources, ecological landscape, farm produce, farm-land, water, and historical landscape have higher applicability, but the applicability of sports, event, commemoration, and divine space are lower. Among the activity programs, farm produce, animal, plant, food&beverage, and living appliance have higher applicability.

        CRM을 이용한 친환경농업의 경관가치 평가

        Environment-friendly agriculture has not only the simple purpose producing foods but also the key roles of conserving rural environments, landscapes and sustainable land uses. In addition, environment-friendly agricultural areas and their landscapes are important factors representing uniqueness of rural areas. For these reasons, this study investigates the landscapes formed through environment-friendly agriculture and evaluates the economic values of the landscapes using CRM(contingent ranking method) which has been known as one of the practical methods in the field of environmental economics. Based upon a scenario that government introduces the ratio of environment-friendly agriculture to evaluate economic values, a survey was performed with 1,088 of rural residents throughout the country. The results of this study indicate that the economic value for conservation and maintenance of environment-friendly agriculture landscapes is 480 won per household/month/1% environment-friendly agriculture, and this can be converted into 829 hundred million won per 1% environment-friendly agriculture nationally.

        옥외여가공간의 다중감각 선호 및 이미지 영향력 연구

        Multi-sensory design results from sensory design paradigm and image centricism, which stimulates 5 sensation; visual, auditory, haptic, smell and taste sensation when we experience environment. This is helpful for designing outdoor space considering integrated sensation not only visual and auditory sensation as well as for improving visitor's satisfaction. Therefore, this study mainly intended to analyse the multi-sensory preference and the image influence of outdoor leisure space. For these purpose, this study selected 3 leisure spaces around Seoul city; Gwan-ak mountain(the type oriented natural resource), Insa-dong(the type oriented cultural resource) and Seoul land as theme park(the type oriented facility) and a survey was performed with a total of 204 visitors at the above spaces in winter and summer. The results of this study indicate that visual sensation was evaluated most high at 3 outdoor leisure spaces in both winter and summer. Visitors at Gwan-ak mountain and Seoul land prefer visual and haptic sensation, but visitors at Insa-dong prefer visual and haptic sensation in summer, visual and taste sensation in winter. Above all, this study led the designer to consider diverse sensation to access leisure space, especially haptic sense, which can be an effective design strategy to satisfy visitors.

        수목원·식물원의 이미지가 수용력 정책 지지도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수목원·식물원의 이미지가 수용력 관련 정책 지지도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 전국단위의 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 723부의 유효한 표본을 확보하였다. 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형을 이용한 분석결과, 수목원·식물원의 이미지는 정서적 요인, 인지적 요인, 형태적 요인으로 도출되었으며, 이 중 인지적 요인이 수용력 관련 정책 지지도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 수목원·식물원의 정책입안자들은 지속가능한 이용을 위해 꼭 필요한 수용력 조절정책을 도입하는 데 있어 방문객들의 지지를 이끌어내기 위해 인지적 이미지 요인을 계획 및 관리요인으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study intends to analyze the relationships between images of arboreta or botanical gardens and the policy supports related to carrying capacity. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was distributed to 723 public sites nationwide. The results consisting of an exploratory factor analysis, a confirmatory factor analysis, a correlation analysis, and a structural equation method showed that the images of the arboretum or botanical gardens contained 3 factors: cognitive, affective and shape factors. The cognitive factors greatly affected the policy support related to carrying capacity. The policymakers of the arboretum or botanical gardens can consider cognitive elements of images as important aspects in the planning and management factors to improve the support of visitors related to the policies of carrying capacity for sustainable use.

        도시민의 농촌지역 여가선택속성 분석

        This study intends to analyze urban peoples' leisure choice attributes of rural areas from a rural demand perspective. For this purpose, this study investigates regional attributes considered in decision making processes for rural tourism destinations of urban residents using a conjoint model as a stated preference model. Based on literature reviews, two questionnaire surveys were conducted. The first questionnaire survey was performed in 4 cities including Seoul, Daejeon, Suwon and Chuncheon with 408 urban residents. The Second questionnaire survey was performed in 5 cities including Seoul, Chuncheon, Daejeon, Jeonju and Busan with about 1,060 urban residents. The study results suggest that the most important attribute in selecting rural ares for tourism are activity programs and convenience of facility, according to part-worth and vector model. The fitness level of model is 0.986, which is very significant. Among the 5 attribute's levels, the rural residents' kindness, the traditional and the ecological programs and the facilities about sign and lodging are more critical factors than other levels. Utilities of each levels decreases as cost and arrival time increases. Regarding the result of market segmentations, respondents having intention to visit can be divided into 4 group; (1) facility or program oriented type, (2) resident's kindness oriented type, (3) arrival time oriented type, and (4) negatively participant type. The results of leisure choice attributes can provide insightful information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of the type of market segments and the key factor of facility and space planning.

        도시민의 농촌어메니티자원 체험욕구 분석

        This study intends analyzes the experience urbanites need regarding rural amenities when visiting rural areas for leisure. For this purpose, 18 rural amenities that can be experienced at 65 traditional rural villages and are designated by the rural development administration(RDA) were selected. Based on rural amenity selection, a questionnaire survey was conducted in 10 cities with 1,052 urban residents. The cities were divided into 5 metropolitan cities(Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Kwangju and Daejeon) and 5 small cities in each province(Chuncheon, Suwon, Jeonju, Chungju and Pohang). The study results suggest that of the 18 rural amenities, urbanites want greater experience with landscape resources near water and forests, health resources related to food and traditional resources such as traditional architecture and culture. Those amenities not chosen were animals, famous people and agricultural landscapes. In addition, women indicated more experience needs than men. Specifically, women want to experience the rural amenities dealing with tradition and health. In addition, people under 40 want to experience active program related festivals(events) and arts and crafts, whereas the group over 40 prefers a non-active program, such as observing the rural landscape and planting. College graduates want to experience the landscape while college students prefer arts and crafts and festivals(events). Those with below average salaries want to experience the most rural amenities. There were no differences in experience needs between those surveyed in metropolitan cities and those in small cities. Finally, the people who visited rural areas within the last year want to experience water, plants, agricultural landscape, health and rural life resources more than other groups, and there is correlation between plans to visit rural villages and experience needs. The results of this study provide insightful information for rural planning strategies such as selection of the type of marketing segments.
