        접착제 접합된 자연섬유강화 복합재료의 파괴강도 특성에 미치는 접착제 필릿의 영향

        This paper is concerned with a study on fracture strength of composites in an adhesive single lap joint. The tests were carried out on joint specimens made with hybrid stacked composites consisting of the polyester and bamboo natural fiber layer. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the fracture properties adjacent to adhesive bonded joint of natural fiber reinforced composite specimens. From the results, natural fiber reinforced composites have lower tensile strength than the original polyester. But tensile-shear strength of natural fiber reinforced composites with bamboo layer far from adhesive bond is as high as that of the original polyester adhesive bonded joints. Spew filet at the end of the overlap reduced the stress concentration at the bonded area. Spew fillet and position of bamboo natural fiber layer have a peat effect on the tensile-shear strength of natural fiber reinforced composites including adhesive bonded joints.

        접착제 접합된 자연섬유강화 복합재료의 파괴강도 특성에 미치는 섬유 방향의 영향

        This paper is concerned with a fracture strength study of composite adhesive lap joints. The tests were carried out on specimen joints manufactured hybrid stacked composites such as the polyester and bamboo natural fiber layer. The main objective of the work was to test the fracture strength using hybrid stacked composites with a polyester and bamboo natural fiber layer. Tensile and peel strength of hybrid stacked composites are tested before appling adhesive bonding. From results, Natural fiber reinforced composites have lower tensile strength than the original polyester. and The load directional orientation and small amount and low thickness of bamboo natural fiber layer have a good effect on the tensile and peel strength of natural fiber reinforced composites. The failure strength of these materials applied adhesive bonding is also affected by fiber orientation and thickness of bamboo natural fiber layer. There for, Fiber orientation of bamboo natural fiber layer have a great effect on the tensile-shear strength of natural fiber reinforced composites including adhesive bonded joints.

        접착제 접합과 점용접된 버스 폴딩도어 필러의 굽힘피로강도 평가에 관한 연구

        This paper is concerned with a study on cyclic bending load of bus folding door pillar including adhesive bonding and spot welding. Three specimen types were used such as spot welding, I-type adhesive bonding and M-type adhesive bonding in this study. The tensile-shear tests were carried out to evaluate the tensile-shear strength of these three specimen types. Also four-point bending tests were carried out to evaluate the static and dynamic bending load. From the results, using adhesive bonding has a better effect on the static and dynamic bending load than using spot welding. Therefore, manufacturing better structural products can be expected by applying hybrid welding using adhesive and spot welding to those.

      • 점용접 아연도금판의 강도특성에 대한 온도 및 침수의 영향

        Spot welded structure is operated in diverse climatic situation because of temperature, humidity and precipitation. In addition factors of environmental pollution such as acid rain, that courses corrosion, have the tendency to increase. But spot welded structure strength is affected by dampness and environment temperature. Therefore, it is important to evaluate effect of temperature of spot welded part. In this study, the strength distribution of spot welded plates is evaluated about the environmental temperature of zinc coated steel plates and test is conducted with welded part immersed in distilled and synthetic sea water. Specimens are immersed into water for 10, 100, 500 and 1000hours to evaluate the effects of water immersion time on tensile-shear strength under the conditions of -40, 0, 20 and 50℃. Strength is evaluated by tensile-shear test. The conditions of spot welding are 240kgf delctrode force, 10kA welding current with 0 and 5mm clearance. From this study, spot welded specimens with clearance have lower tensile-shear strength in the distilled water or synthetic sea water comparing with spot welded specimens without clearance. And they have lower tensile-shear strength under -40℃ and over 50℃.
