The paper gives an overview of the concepts, basic requirements, and trends regarding packaging technologies of power modules in hybrid (HEV) and electric vehicles (EV). Power electronics is gaining more and more importance in the automotive sector due to the slow but steady progress of introducing partially or even fully electric powered vehicles. The demands for power electronic devices and systems are manifold, and concerns besides aspects such as energy efficiency, cooling and costs especially robustness and lifetime issues. Higher operation temperatures and the current density increase of new IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) generations make it more and more complicated to meet the quality requirements for power electronic modules. Especially the increasing heat dissipation inside the silicon (Si) leads to maximum operation temperatures of nearly $200^{\circ}C$. As a result new packaging technologies are needed to face the demands of power modules in the future. Wide-band gap (WBG) semiconductors such as silicon carbide (SiC) or gallium nitride (GaN) have the potential to considerably enhance the energy efficiency and to reduce the weight of power electronic systems in EVs due to their improved electrical and thermal properties in comparison to Si based solutions. In this paper, we will introduce various package materials, advanced packaging technologies, heat dissipation and thermal management of advanced power modules with extended reliability for EV applications. In addition, SiC and GaN based WBG power modules will be introduced.
BALB/c 마우스에서 동종 지방유래 기질세포가 창상치유에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Adipose-derived stromal cells (ADSCs) are multipotent cells that have been found to promote wound healing through the process of angiogenesis and reepithelialization. Generally, it is well known that the antigenicity of ADSCs doesn't affect stem cell therapy. In this study, we investigated the effect of allogeneic ADSCs in the wound healing process by applying allogeneic ADSCs on the wound healing splint model of mice. Methods: Adipose tissue was harvested from the epididymal fat pads of BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice. Twenty four mice BALB/c were divided into three groups; control, isogeneic, and allogeneic groups. Two full thickness defects with 6 mm diameters were created on the back of BALB/c mice. $1{\times}10^6$ ADSCs from BALB/c mice were applied on the isogeneic group. In the allogeneic group, ADSCs from the C57BL/6 mice were applied. No cells were applied to the control group. The sizes of the wounds were evaluated in 3, 5, 7, 10, and 14 days after the wounds were applied, and tissues were harvested in 7 and 14 days for histological analysis. Results: Wound healing rates had showed significant increase in 10, and 14 days when the isogeneic group was compared to the control group, but the allogeneic group showed significantly decrease compared to the isogeneic group (p<0.05). Histological scores in the isogeneic group were significantly high, but significantly lower in the allogeneic group when compared to the isogeneic group in 2 weeks (p<0.05). In the isogeneic group, thick inflammatory cell infiltration with abundant capillaries were observed in 1 week, and thick epithelium with many large capillaries were observed in 2 weeks. Conclusion: When isogeneic ADSCs were applied to wounds, they presented a faster wound healing rate compared to controls and the allogeneic group. Unlike general stem cell therapy, these findings suggest that cell therapy targeted at enhancing wound healing may benefit from the use of ADSCs with identical antigenicity, as opposed to allogeneic or xenogenic ADSCs.
B16/F10 흑색종양세포에서 삼내자 메탄올 추출물의 멜라닌 생성에 미치는 억제효과

Objective: Recently the demands for the effective and safe depigmentative and anti-aging agents of the skin have increased due to the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic reasons. The purpose of this study is to investigate the MKG(Methanol Extract of Kaempferia galanga) and their dermal bioactivity properties related to cosmeceuticals such as depigmentation. Methods: We assessed inhibitory effects of MKG on melanin production in B16/F10 melanoma cells, on mushroom tyrosinase activity, effects of MKG on the expression tyrosinase, TRP-1, TRP-2, GSK-$3{\beta}$, CREB, MITF in B16/F10 melanoma cells without cytotoxicity range. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and tyrosinase activity was assessed using by DOPA staining, western-blot analysis. We measured inhibition of melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity by down-regulation of melanogenic enzyme expressions in ${\alpha}$-MSH induced melanogenesis B16/F10 melanoma cells. Results: MKG inhibited tyrosinase-activity, total melanin contents and dendrite out-growth. MKG inhibited melanogenesis by down-regulation of tyorsinase, TRP-1, TRP-2, CREB, and MITF in B16/F10 cells. The treatment with MKG at the 12.5, $25{\mu}g/ml$ level significantly inhibited the melanin synthesis induced ${\alpha}$-MSH in B16/F10 melanoma cells compared with untreated control. Conclusion: These results suggest that MKG inhibit melanin biosynthesis which is involved in hyper-pigmentation. So MKG is considered to be used as a whitening components reducing cytotoxicity.

모바일 미디어는 시공간성에 큰 변화를 불러오고 있다. 예를 들어, 스마트폰의 LBS, GPS 는 물리적으로 길을 찾는 과정없이도 공간을 경험하게 했으며, 하이퍼미디어를 통한 이동 또한 우리의 공간 인식을 변화시켰다. 그렇다면, 모바일이 우리의 시간성에는 어떠한 변화를 가져왔을까? 모바일 미디어에서는 ‘과거’로의 접근과 현재성(Now-ness)을 강화시키는 타임라인 양식이 지배적인 인터페이스 형식으로 자리잡았지만, 예측불가능한 미래를 표현하는 인터페이스는 통용되는 양식이 없어, 모바일 캘린더는 전통적인 양식을 그대로 사용하고 있다. 한편, 모바일은 개인의 시간 주도권을 회복시켰고, 개인화된 시간을 만든다. 그러나 이는 협업시, 개인화된 시간을 사회적 시간과 동기화하거나 일정을 맞추는 것을 더욱 어렵게 만들었다. 그러므로, 개인이 주도권을 갖는 시간에서 사회적 시간성을 증가시킬 수 있는 대안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 모바일에서 ‘미래’를 나타낼 수 있는 양식과 일정의 사회성을 관리하는 방안을 모색하고자, 모바일 캘린더의 사용 행태를 알아볼 것이다. 이를 위해, 사용하는 캘린더를 수집하여, 사람들의 일정 관리 및 사회성 관리 전략을 도출하고자 한다. Mobile media brings about a great change to spatio-temporal. In the situation that LBS and GPS in Smartphone caused the change about our ‘spatial perception’, how did Smartphone cause ‘temporal perception’? In mobile media, the timeline style that strengthens the approach to the past and ‘now-ness’ settled as a dominant interface type. However, since the interface that represents the unpredictable future does not have current form in mobile calendar, it could not help using traditional form until now. In the case of Smartphone, while it recovered the initiative for individual time management, it made people harder about synchronizing personalized and socializing time. So, mobile calendar needs an alternative that can increase socializing time. Thus, in this study, we will collect various occupied mobile calendars and derive the scheduling strategy, in order to seek the style that represents the future and how to manage the sociality of schedule.
『조선어문장론』의 문장 유형 분류 연구 - 『표준국어문법론』과의 비교를 중심으로 -

본고는 북한의 문법서인 『조선어문장론』에 나타난 문장 유형의 종류와 그 구조에 관한 논의를 『표준국어문법론』에 나타난 남한의 문장 유형 분류 체계와 대비하여 살핌으로써, 『조선어문장론』의 문장 유형 분류 체계를 검토하고 그것으로 인하여 나타난 문법 기술상의 특징을 논의하였다. 논의의 결과, 『조선어문장론』과 『표준국어문법론』은 유사한문법 항목을 다루고 있으나 『조선어문장론』은 『표준국어문법론』에 비하여 기능 중심적인 시각에서 문장의 유형을 분류하고 그 각각의 구조를 분석하고 있음이 확인되었다. 『조선어문장론』은 구조 외에도 기능 또한 기준으로 삼아 문장 유형을 분류하고 있는 반면 『표준국어문법론』은 구조적인 측면에서만 문장의 유형을 분류하고 있는 점, 『조선어문장론』이 문장 구성 단위 `부` 및 `구`를 설정하는 기준으로 기능을 제시하는 데 반해 『표준국어문법론』에서 문장 구성 단위 `구`를 설정하는 근거는 기능이 아니라는 점 등에서 『조선어문장론』의 문법 기술은 『표준국어문법론』보다 상대적으로 기능 중심적인 성격을 보인다. This study aims to investigate the feature of sentence classification of the Syntax of Korean, compared with that of the Standard Korean Grammar. Chapter 1 suggests the necessity of discuss and reviews the previous studies. Chapter 2 discusses the table of contents on the Syntax of Korean and the Standard Korean Grammar. As a result, there is the system based on sentences in the Syntax of Korean. Chapter 3 discusses classification for sentences in the Syntax of Korean, dividing two sides, function and structure. And it discusses the speech sentence as an extra type. The functional sentence type classification implements by criteria of speaker`s intention, negation, voice. The structural sentence type classification implements by whether it has the core constituents or not, and whether it has the combination of the core constituents and the higher constituents. So sentences classified to non-subject sentence, incomplete sentence, independent constituent sentence, simple sentence, developing sentence, implication sentence, complex sentence. For speech sentence, it is uncertain that it is included to syntax in a categorical point of view. Chapter 4 summarizes arguments in this study and make clear the difference between the Syntax of Korean and the Standard Korean Grammar. Chapter 5 explains directions of follow-up research.
