인터넷 기반 멀티미디어 응용을 위한 UQoS 관리 미들웨어 프레임워크

본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 멀티미디어 응용 서비스가 요구하는 상호운용성과 사용자에게 높은 품질의 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 UQoS 관리 (UQoSM : User Quality of Service Management) 미들웨어 프레임워크를 제안한다. UQoS 관리 미들웨어 시스템은 멀티미디어 응용 시스템들의 사용자 요구사항들을 지원하기 위해 기존의 이벤트 서비스 모델에 리플렉션(reflection) 기법을 적용하여 이벤트 모니터, 리플렉티브 이벤트 필터링, 실시간 관리 등의 컴포넌트를 포함하는 구조를 가진다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 멀티미디어 응용 서비스 사용자의 다양한 요구 사항을 지원할 수 있는 리플렉티브 이벤트 필터링을 제공하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 이로써 사용자는 보다 높은 서비스를 제공받게 되고 이 과정을 통해 전체적인 네트워크 트래픽이 감소되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. This paper proposes a UQoSM (User Qualify of Service Middleware) framework for multimedia application systems. UQoSM system is extended the existing event service model added to the event monitoring, reflective event filtering and event dispatcher for supporting multimedia application systems. Especially, this paper is concentrated on providing suitable reflective event filtering function for multimedia application service system in order to meet various user requirements under inter-based environment. It means this system provides high QoS to users. In addition, it results in decreasing network traffic as unnecessary event information is filtered from network.

Primary Cultures of Drosophila melanogaster Gut Cells for Studies of Intestinal Stem Cell Regulation

초파리는 발생과 질병연구를 위한 모델 곤충으로 널리 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서도 초파리를 모델곤충으로 한 장질환 연구의 일환으로 다양한 병원균 감염 및 장질환 유발시 어떻게 장줄기세포가 작용하는지를 이해하기 위해 초파리 장세포의 일차배양 방법을 확립하였다. 초파리 성충으로부터 장을 해부하고 다양한 효소를 처리하여 장세포를 분리한 후 배양하였다. 배양세포의 생존여부는 현미경 검경 및 MTS assay에 의해 확인한 결과 배양 후 9일째 최대 증식되었고 14일까지 생존함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 장줄기세포 및 장내분비세포의 존재도 immunostaining에 의해 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 구축된 초파리 일차배양 장세포는 다양한 유전자에 의한 장줄기 세포 조절연구뿐만 아니라 장에서 발생하는 다양한 질병을 연구하는 도구로 매우 유용할 것으로 추측된다. Drosophila melanogaster has been used as a useful model to study development and disease. In this study, we established the primary culture method of Drosophila in the intestine to understand how intestinal stem cells (ISCs) mediate tissue repair during infection and disease. To obtain intestinal cells, we separated intestines from adult flies and isolated single cells by enzymatic treatment. The survival of cultured cells was measured using MTS-analysis. The maximum growth rate of the cells was observed on the 9th day after seeding. In addition, the presence of ISCs and enteroendocrine cells was confirmed by delta and prospero staining. Accordingly, we supposed that Drosophila melanogaster gut cells established in this study are probably useful in studies about intestinal stem cell regulation and various diseases occurring in the intestine.

춘앵전 무동 복식에 관한 연구

The Chunaengjeon was performed in 28th year of Sunjo"s reign in Joseon Dynasty, which is a major performance that presently appear in reappearance performance regularly. Chunaengjeon remains in existence due to constant efforts of dance academy for restoration, which is a flower of Jeongjae that is well preserved with its original form the best until now. This study examines the transformations of the Chunaengjeon Mudong costumes from its beginning until now. It envisions to help restore and better represent the costumes for Mudong(boys who danced for the royal court) in Chunaengjeon by suggesting new costume items which haven"t been restored for the current representation performances. This study identified and analyzed the types, shapes, and colors of the Chunaengjeon Mudong costumes through the Annals of Joseon Dynasty, Akhakgwebeom, as well as other old documents, previous studies, and books with a focus on Ceremony Manuals. The results allude that Noksagweja, Honghansam, Osadae, and Hohwa are not represented accurately in the current representation performances. The new findings are as follows: First, it seems more convincing that Noksagweja had Jigbaerae(rather narrow sleeves with a distinct design) and that its back was open. Second, Honghansam weren’t worn on wrists, but were attached to the Sugu. Third, Osadae should be black, and Hohwa should be black as well with a stand up collar. As such, it is critical to review the restoration of the current Chunaengjeon Mudong costumes, followed by efforts to restore the costumes, in addition to Jeongjae.

This paper proposes a RTWM (Real-Time Web Middleware) framework for real-time EC (Electronic Commerce) systems. RTWM system is extended the existing COS (CORBA Object Service) model added to the event monitoring, real-time scheduler, real-time event filtering for supporting real-time concept of EC systems. Especially, this paper is concentrated on providing suitable event filtering function for EC system in order to meet various user time requirements under distributed system environment. It stores time constraint requirements and interesting event information input from users into QoS repository, then processes the data through appropriate RTFA (Real-Time Filtering Agent) module when real-time events occur. From this method, users can get the filtered event result reflected their requirements about real-time filtering. It means this system provides high QoS to users. In addition, it results in decreasing network traffic as unnecessary event information is filtered from network.

학교 봉사활동의 교육적 가치 탐색 : 학생들의 경험을 중심으로

본 연구는 학생들의 경험을 중심으로 학교 봉사활동의 교육적 가치를 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 교육적 관점에서 봉사활동에 접근하는 ‘봉사학습’을 이론적 기반으로, 세 곳의 중 · 고등학교로부터 수집된 참여관찰과 심층 면담 자료를 활용하고 있다. 연구결과, 봉사활동에 대한 담당교사의 관점, 학교의 상황과 지리적 위치, 구성원들의 특징 등에 따라 학교 봉사활동의 실행 양상이 다양하게 나타난다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 정도는 다르지만, 봉사활동에 참여함으로써 학생들은 자존감 향상, 사회적 인식의 확대, 진로의식의 구체화 등을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 학교 봉사활동의 교육적 가치를 강화하기 위한 방안으로 학교 봉사활동에 대한 개념적 확대, 학교급별 특성을 고려한 차별화된 접근, 학생 주도의 봉사활동 확대 등을 제시하고 있다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the educational value of school-based community services in Korean secondary schools. To achieve this goal, using service-learning as major theoretical framework, this study examines qualitative data collected from a middle school and two high schools located in different regions. Major findings supports that, according to a school’s condition, local context and students’ characteristics, each school has a unique approach to implementing community services as part of school curriculum. This study also reveals that, despite of some variance, participating in community services helps students enhance self-efficacy, extend social awareness and develop career plans. Based on these findings, this study proposes that schools take differentiated approaches to implementing community services according to school level. It also suggests that schools allow students to play a more active role in planning and practicing community services, while extending the notion of ‘services’ to provide more diverse types of community services.

한국(韓國)의 문화(文化) : 춘앵전 여령 복식에 관한 연구 -화관(花冠)과 홍금수구(紅錦繡구)의 복원 양상을 중심으로-

본 연구는 춘앵전 여령 복식 중 화관과 홍금수구를 중심으로 문헌 기록을 통해 특징을 고찰하고, 현행 재현 공연을 통해 복원 양상을 살펴보았다. 연구방법은 궁중정재와 관련하여 사료적 가치가 높은 의궤와 도병, 악학궤범(樂學軌範)을 중심으로 한 문헌고찰과 현행 춘앵전 재현 공연을관람하고 여령 복식을 분석하는 현장조사로 이루어졌다.궁중정재와 관련한 문헌기록에 나타난 춘앵전 여령의 화관은 의례용이 아닌 무기용이었으며, 일반 여령의 무기용과도 형태적·장식적 차이가 있었다. 그리고 홍금수구는 춘앵전 여령이 착용한 황초삼의 넓은소매를 정리하고 장식적인 목적으로 양쪽 손목에 둘러매는 형태였다. 그러나 현행 춘앵전 재현 공연을 통해 춘앵전 여령의 화관과 홍금수구의 복원 양상을 살펴보니 화관은 춘앵전 여령만의 무기용이 아닌 의례용과 일반 여령의 무기용이 착용되고 있었고, 홍금수구의 형태는 손목에 둘러매는 방식이 아닌 황초삼에 부착된 형태로 나타났다. 따라서 춘앵전 여령 복식의 온전한 복원을 위한 재검토가 필요하다고 사료된다. This study mainly considers Hwagwan (woman``s coronet) and Honggeumsugu in Yeoryeong(woman court dancer) with a great deal of literature and explores aspects of the restoration of Hwagwan (woman``s coronet) and Honggeumsugu with field survey of Chunaengjeon reappearance performance. For the research method, Literature review is considered based on Ceremony Manuals and Dobyeong which are valuable historical materials and we watched a reappearance performance of Chunaengjeon held by National Gugak Center and Court Dance Chunaengjeon Preservation Society. And the field survey research was conducted in order to analyse Yeoryeong Custume.It was shown that Chunaengjeon Yeoryeong’s Hwagwan was different from general Yeoryeong’s Hwagwan in terms of form and decoration. Honggeumsugu was the special item for only Yeoryeong that``s in act in Chunaengjeon. But Chunaengjeon Yeoryeong’s Hwagwan and Honggeumsugu in National Gugak Center was different from the literature. As result of examining the aspect of restoration through the present reappearance performance, Hwagwan and Honggeumsugu in National Gugak Center need a reappraisal.

학교 봉사활동의 교육적 가능성 재고: 다양성에 대한 학생들의 지평 확장을 중심으로

본 연구는 학교 봉사활동을 통해 인종적ㆍ문화적 다양성에 대한 고등학생들의 인식과 경험의 지평이 확대되는 과정을 질적 사례연구를 통해 드러내고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 경기 남부에 소재한 화동고등학교로부터 일 년여에 거쳐 수집된 참여관찰과 심층면담 자료를 활용하고 있다. 연구결과, 학교 차원의 관심과 노력, 학부모와 외부 단체의 지원, 학생들의 적극적인 참여가 뒷받침되면서 화동고등학교의 봉사활동이 교과 교육과는 또 다른 학습 기회로 활용되고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 특히 화동고등학교는 봉사활동을 통해 국내외적 다양성에 대한 학생들의 지평 확대를 추구한다는 점에서 학교 봉사활동 뿐만 아니라, 다문화·세계시민교육에도 유용한 시사점을 제공하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 학교 봉사활동이 유의미한 성장의 기회로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다. This research investigates how and when school-based community services enhance the cognitive and experiential horizon of students’ racial and cultural diversity. The study uses qualitative data collected from Hwadong High School, located in the southern Kyonggi Province in Korea. It directs particular attention to extracurricular activities, especially community services, as a potential venue to engage students with people of different races and cultures. Major findings illustrate that, in Hwadong High School, the school-wide interest in global and multicultural education, along with the students’ active involvement, contributes to broadening the students’perspective on domestic and global diversity. The Hwadong case provides useful implications for implementing school-based community services as well as connecting global and multicultural education with the school curriculum.

춘앵전 정재 여령 복식에 관한 연구

This study investigated followings: First, the study investigated Hwangchosam of Chunaengjeon Jeongjae women court costume based on uigwe records from point of view of costume science. Second, the study investigated Hwangchosam in the time of Iwangjikaakbusi after uigwe records to examine Hwangchosam by investigation into Chunaengjeon Jeongjae costume. Third, the study investigated Hwangchosam in modern days. The study verified Chunaengjeon Yeonhaeng related records as well as Hwangchosam related records by using Joseon Dynasty Silrok, Akhakgwebeom, ancient literature and precedent studies and book. The study investigated Chunaengjeon Yeonhaeng women court costume at performance of not only National Gukak Center but also Traditional Culture Recurrence from January 2013 to December 2014 to examine photograph materials at traditional culture research meeting and conservation meeting and homepage and cafe. The findings were First, Hwangchosam that made appearance in modern days was called either Aengsam or Mongduri. Aengsam that was Chunaengjeon Jeongjae women court costume terminology was used at many papers. Aengsam that was used at dance science for the first time had different shape from that of the costume science. ‘Aeng’ of Chunaengjeon symbolized yellow colored nightingale to call Aengsam considering yellow colored costume. Second, both shoulders of Hwangchosam had square-shaped cloth. Honggeumsugu that wound wrist in the beginning made change to be square shaped cloth on both shoulders in the time of Iwangjikaakbusi.
