Parylene polymer thin film shows excellent homogeneous coverage chracteristics when it was deposited onto very complex three dimensional solid matters, such as deep hole and micro crack. The parylene deposition process can be conducted at room temperature although most of chemical vapor deposition processes request relatively high processing temperature. Therefore, the parylene coating process does not induce any thermal problems. Parylene thin film is transparent and has extremly high chemical stability. For example, it shows high chemical stability with high reactive chemical solutions such as strong acid, strong alkali and acetone. The bio-stability of this material gives good chances to use for a packaging of biomedical devices and electronic devices such as display. In this review article, principle of deposition process, properties and application fields of parylene polymer thin film are introduced.

The Serial Securities and the Social Welfare, as the national policy aimed at securing generals' lives, are the policies or systems for the stabilization in lift; especially of law-incomers and workers, for which the povernment has to establish the Social Security System. No wonder the Social Insurance System is a part of the Social Security System and the most important. The Social Insurance System, along with Public Assistance, is underlying the Social Security System. Social Security System includes medical insurance, industrial accident Compensation insurance, national pention insurance and employment insurance. The study is on 'The Oriental Medical Insurance and the Industrial Accident Compensation in the Social Security System' . The rate of industrial accident in Korea marks the highest rank in the world. for laborer, industrial accident do not merely mean the loss of health but the question of the right to live in terms of their loss of opportunity of life. The industrial accident compensation system should be established as the es post facto remedy system to guarantee the injured worker and his/her family's life. The oriental medical insurance system which began to operate in 1987 in Korea is based on unionism and divided into 3 parts; one part for the worker, a second part for the community inhabitants, and a third part for the public service personnel and private school personnel. Today the medical problem must be the most important social assignment to be considered. The medical system of contemporary industrial society has began greatly stood out in relief as a part of social welfare not emphasized on gainings of physicians. Accordingly systematization of the oriental medical insurance was strongly Pursued and it was developed to to the extent of entire nation insurance. Though the history of it is very short, most of the people are getting benefit from the insurance system by the social security system method. This study develops the Oriental Medical Insurance, the Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance, the Pension System in relation to the industrial accident compensation of Employees, along with the ideas and principles of social insurance.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common skin cancer. Ultraviolet radiation exposure and genetic predisposition are known to be the most important etiological factors. Multiple BCC is often associated with genetic familial conditions such as BCC syndrome, basal cell nevus syndrome. We present a case of 54-year-old female who had multiple BCC that had reoccurred. She was completely cured after receiving radio-chemotherapy for leukemia 16 years ago. She had multiple lesions (scalp, left thigh, right popliteal fossa, and right buttock), and had underwent wide excisions of all lesions. All biopsies revealed BCC. Six years later, she had also multiple lesions; left forehead, frontal vertex scalp, parietal vertex scalp, right occipital scalp, and lower abdomen. We performed wide excision. Histopathological examination revealed BCC. She had no signs of any BCC associated syndrome. We report a rare case of nonsyndromic multiple BCC that reoccurred at the new site.

近江朝 以前의 文學과 政治

近江朝(A.D. 667~972년) 以前의 문학과 정치가 어떠한 양상을 띠고 전개해 왔는가 하는 문제를 문학을 중심으로 한국인 연구자의 관점에서 살펴보았다. 즉, 일본문학의 黎明期라 볼 수 있는 仁德朝의 문학과 역사에 대한 고찰을 비롯하여 和歌기원의 문제, 記紀歌謠와 萬葉歌와의 관련성, 그리고 初期萬葉歌의 세계에 나타난 정치적 상황을 고찰해 본 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 近江朝 이전의 문학과 정치를 역사사회학적인 관점에서 살펴보았을 때, 고대한국에서 일본열도로 진출한 渡倭人들의 역할에는 지대한 면이 있었다. 즉, 일본고대문학이나 萬葉歌(和歌)의 탄생에 있어서 일본에 한자를 전해주고, 漢學에 뛰어나며, 고대일본에 있어서 문필과 기록을 주로 담당했던 한국에서 건너간 도왜인들의 역할은 참으로 컸던 것이다. 그들은 대륙과의 오랜 접촉과 창조적인 역사 속에서 형성된 선진의 문학관과 높은 정치적인 교양을 지니고, 서정시로서의 和歌의 발달을 촉진시켜 왔을 뿐만 아니라, 萬葉歌의 탄생과 발전에도 중심적인 역할을 담당해 왔고, 정치적인면에 있어서도 두드러진 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 구승적·서사적·집단적인 성격의 고대가요(記紀가요)가 기록적·서정적·개인적인 성격의 和歌로 발전해 가는 初期萬葉시대에 있어서 천황 주위에서 궁정과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 궁정을 대표하여 노래를 지어 바치기도 하고, 때로는 타인을 위해 代作도 하면서 和歌의 筆錄이나 傳承의 역할까지 담당한 사람들이 전통적으로 한문학과 문필에 뛰어난 도왜인이었다는 사실도 확인하였다. 이상과 같이, 일본문학의 형성초기부터 萬葉歌를 비롯한 和歌가 한문학과 문필에 뛰어난 고대한국으로부터의 도왜인들의 주도적인 역할에 의해 탄생·발전·제작·代作·필록·전승·편찬이 거의 이루어졌다는 사실과, 정치적인 면에 있어서도 천황이나 궁정 주변에 머물러 있으면서 지배계층과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다고 볼 때, 近江朝 이전의 문학과 정치에 있어서 도왜인들의 역할이 얼마나 컸던가를 단적으로 나타내줄 뿐만 아니라, 도왜인들을 제외하고는 일본문학의 역사나 고대정치를 논할 수 없음을 말해 주는 것이라고도 볼 수 있는 것이다. The Writer has pursued this study on aspects of literature and politics before the omi Dynasty (A.D. 667~672)through the sociological viewpoint. The research findings have derived the following conclusions after examining literature and history of Nintoku Dynasty regarded as the dawning of the Japanese literature, relation between Kikipoems and Manyoshu"s poems, and historical circumstances revealed in earlier Manyoshu"s poems. Korean people moved to Japan in Ancient Korea played an important role from historical sociologic point a view on literature and politics before the Omi Dynasty. The emigrants form ancient Korea were experts in Chinese literature and they transferred Chinese characters to Japan. The emigrants especially played an active part in scholarship and literature in ancient Japan. The emigrants had sophisticated viewpoint on literature which is obtained from the continuous contact with a continent. They contributed to creation and development of Manyoshu"s poems, expedited the progress of Waka regarded as a lyric poem, and performed a primary role in politics. In addition, the study shows that it was these emigrants who had talent in Chinese literature and writing that recorded Waka and transmitted it to descendants during the earlier Manyoshu"s poems when oral, descriptive, and common poems were developed into documentary, lyric, and personal poems. Moreover, the emigrants had close relevance to the court, wrote poems on behalf of the court, and sometimes wrote poems for other people. As a result, from the fact that creation, development, and transmission of poems including the Manyoshu"s poems were almost accomplished by the emigrants from Ancient Korea who were excellent in Chinese literature and writing, as well as the fact that the emigrants closely related to the court, the study clearly shows that the emigrants had great influence on literature and politics before the Omni Dynasty and examining Japan literature and politics without the emigrants" contributions isn"t reasonable.

주택임대차보호법에 의한 임차권등기명령의 실무상 문제점에 관한 연구 - 임대인이 부동산소유자가 아닌 경우를 중심으로 -

주택임대차보호법에서는 임차인의 대항력 및 우선변제권 취득 및 유지를 돕기 위하여 임차권등기명령 제도를 두고 있다. 한편, 현행 민법 하에서는 임차주택 소유자가 아닌 사람도 임대인이 될 수 있고, 대법원 판례에 의하면 이 경우에도 임대인에게 ‘적법한 임대권한’이 인정된다면 그로부터의 주택 임차인에게 주택임대차보호보법상 대항력 및 우선변제권도 인정될 수 있다. 그런데 현행 주택임대차보호법 체계 하에서는 적법한 임대권한을 가진 임차주택 소유자 아닌 임대인으로부터의 주택 임차인이 주택임대차보호법에 의하여 임차권등기명령을 받거나 그에 따른 임차권등기를 하는 데에 실무상 문제가 있다. 구체적으로는 피신청인을 임대인으로 기재하여 임차권등기명령신청을 하는 경우 임차권등기가 마쳐질 수 없는 등의 문제가, 피신청인을 임차주택 소유자로 기재하여 임차권등기 명령신청을 하는 경우 적법하게 임차권등기명령이 발령될 수 없는 등의 문제가 있다. 이와 같은 실무상 문제가 발생하는 원인은 주택임대차보호법상 임차권등기명령의 재판, 집행에 관한 주택임대차보호법 등 관련규정이 임차주택 소유자가 임대인과 동일인일 것임을 전제로 정해진 데에 있으므로, 그와 같은 관련규정은 정비하는 방법으로 실무상 문제를 해결하여야 한다. 다만, 주택임대차보호법에 의한 임차권등기명령의 재판, 집행에 관하여 가압류절차를 준용하도록 하는 주택임대차보호법 제3조의3 제3항보다는 임차권등기명령 절차에 관한 규칙 등 하위규범을 개정하는 방법이 바람직하다. Korean Housing Lease Protection Act regulates leasehold registration orders in order to legally aid the lessee to acquire or maintain opposing power and preferential repayment right. Meanwhile, a person can be a lessor of a certain house even he is not the owner of such under Korean Civil Act, and Korean Supreme Court rules that if the lessor was granted ‘legitimate leasing right’ in such cases, the lessee can acquire opposing power and preferential repayment right of Korean House Lease Protection Act. But there are some practical problems when a lessee leased a house from a lessor who is not the owner but granted the legitimate leasing right, then tries to obtain a leasehold registration order or complete a registration of leasehold following such order under Korean House Lease Protection Act. To be more specific, when a leasehold registration order is applied against the lessor, there are problems such as the registration of leasehold not being completed by the execution of the leasehold registration order etc., and when a leasehold registration order is applied against the house owner, there are problems such as leasehold registration order not being able to be legitimately approved etc. The reason for such practical problems lies in the structure of Korean Housing Lease Protection Act and other relevant regulations concerning judgement and execution of leasehold registration orders, which were codified under premise that a lessor is always the house owner, thus such relevant regulations should be revised to resolve such problems. And it would be better to revise sub-regulations such as Regulation on Procedure of Leasehold Registration Orders rather than to revise Korean Housing Lease Protection Act Article 3-3(3) which regulates that Articles of Korean Civil Execution Act concerning provisional seizure procedure apply mutatis mutandis to judgement and execution of leasehold registration orders.
