        건축설계단계 지식기반 마감자재 선정 프로토타입 개발

        The selection of finishing materials in the design stage is an important management factor in terms of use safety and satisfaction, and construction cost and process. However, selection of materials in the design stage is usually conducted without related guidelines or a set process, but depends on the experience of the architect or advice of materials company employees. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop a finishing materials selection process that can be used by a architect. Materials selection related rules collected through interview with experts and five office building cases were used as knowledge. In addition, another aim of the study was to propose a prototype system interface for use in the field. The results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the process and the system, through case study and interviews with experts, generated a positive rating that implied a improvement in the materials selection process.

        공동주택 마감공사의 TACT 프로세스 적용방안

        The process control among various elements of construction management, in the construction business, is acting as an important factor deciding success or failure of the business. As the recent research, in case of finishing work that was done simultaneously by more than two kinds than frame work, TACT process control method is rising because of lots of occurring condition delayed or extension of construction period by interference and friction in the operation. However, it only has applied to some buildings such as complex buildings or high-rise office building. This research suggested finish work of the existing apartment floor unit TACT process as complicated process divided into 19 TACT unit works and made a detailed work flowchart and an activity summary sheet of 19 TACT unit works. Furthermore, the TACT application's possibility and efficiency were verified by applying the TACT process based on a floor unit of finish work of apartment houses to the actual field. It is judged that the TACT process of finish construction of apartment houses suggested through this research unlike existing old process control method will achieve reduction of construction period and saving of construction expenses of finish work, and enables to achieve quality improvement.

        설계변경분석 기반 소규모 공공공사 설계협업 프로세스 개선모델

        Since building design outcomes become bigger and more complex and are based on inter-dependence of numerous specialized participants, design cooperation has been considered more important in the design process. In small-scale public building projects, there is no established procedures and guidelines for building design cooperation in contrast to large public building projects. For this reason, communication and cooperation between participants for the design are difficult, furthermore the quality of the final design results is deteriorated. In this study, the 231 cases of design changes for 8 small-scale projects have been analyzed in terms of design phases and participants, and the critical management items of the design cooperation have been induced. A design cooperation process model is presented for small-scale public building projects, which includes a decision-making step in the design development phase. From the interviews of 14 design practitioners, we conclude that the model can contribute to the reduction of design changes and the improvement of design quality.
