이 연구는 가상공간과 수업실습의 특성을 반영하여 가상공간을 활용한 예비교사 수업실습 프로그램을 개발 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 예비연구를 통해 가상공간에서의 수업실습 프로그램 개발 목표, 수업실습 팀 편 성, 수업실습 조건이 분석되었다. 이러한 예비 연구를 기반으로 최종 개발된 실습 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 99 명의 예비교사에게 이 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 이 중 46명의 예비교사가 평가에 참여하였다. 평가 결과 이 프로그 램은 예비교사들의 교수효능감에 긍정적 변화를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 이 프로그램이 교사양성과정에서 효과적으 로 사용되고, 학교현장에서의 실제적 수업실습에 연계되어 활용되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this research was to develop a teaching practice program using a virtual space for pre-service teachers reflecting the characteristics of both a virtual space and teaching practice. To develop the program, objectives of the developing, methods of a team grouping, conditions for effective practice were analyzed from literature review and preliminary research. In order to evaluate the effects of the constructed program, the program was applied to 99 pre-service teachers of a university in Korea, and the 46 pre-service teachers participated in the evaluating. The results obtained from the evaluation were that the program brought about the positive change of pre-service teachers’ cognition on their teaching efficacy. This program is expected to be effectively used in pre-service teacher education program and connected to the field-based teaching practicum.

본 연구는 여중생들에게 봉사체험활동의 일환으로 정기적으로 실시한 노인봉사활동이 그들의 진로발달에 어 떠한 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 Y여자중학교에서 인근 노인복지시설에 정기 적으로 봉사활동을 실시한 2학년생 30명이다. 연구도구 및 내용은 진로태도성숙도검사지(CAMI)와 진로결정검사지 (CDS)를 사용하여, 구체적으로 진로태도성숙도의 5가지의 하위요인(결정성, 준비성, 독립성, 목적성, 확신성)과 진로결 정 수준의 변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 첫째, 노인봉사활동이 여중생의 진로태도성숙도의 향상에 부분적인 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인봉사활동이 여중생의 진로결정수준을 향상시키는데 도움을 주는 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 가족단위로 함께 참여했을 경우가 진로태도성숙도와 진로결정수준을 높이는데 보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과로 볼 때, 노인봉사활동을 가족단위로 참여하는 것은 여중생의 진로발달에 도움을 주므로 진로 교육 프로그램을 계획할 때, 관련내용을 포함시키는 것이 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to analyze the influences of older volunteer activity. In detail, Administered on girl's maddle school students with the program’s purpose on encouragement of positive career development. The study sample was taken from 30 students attending Y girl's middle school in Gyeonggi province, all of whom were regular volunteers at a near by rest home. The contents of the study and apparatus alike incorporated the use of a CAMI and CDS employed as a means of observing the changes before and after older volunteer activity experience in relation to five sub factors and career decision level. The data were analyzed by t-test using the SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, it appears that older volunteer activity, in general, partial effect of improving a girl's middle school students’ career attitude maturity. Second, it appears that older volunteer activity, improving effect a girl's middle school students’ career decision level. Third, a girl's middle school students’ career attitude maturity and career decision level had positive to advance more in particular in cases where the students’ family also participated in older volunteer activity. As observed by the above results, a older volunteer activity experience should be an integral to a girl's middle school students’ career education program plan as an effective means of enhancing their career attitude maturity and career decision level.

실험적으로 일이킨 백서에서의 바이러스성 심근염에 대한 연구

N/A Background: The authors injected EMC virus (Encephalomyocarditis virus) to induce viral myocarditis in ICR mice in order to study the survival rate and serial histopathologic change of viral myocarditis according to duration. Methods: Seventy adult male ICR mice of 8 to 10 weeks were used for experiment. Among 70 mice, 40 mice (Group I) were used to observe survival and 30 mice (Group II) were used to see serial histopathologic change (Each 5 mice were killed before and 5, 10, 20 days after virus injection). The hearts of animals were fixed in 10% buffered formalin and routinely processed. Hematoxylin & Eosin stain and Masson trichrome stain were done to observe inflammation and fibrosis. Results: 1) In Group I, 1 mouse died at each 2, 4, 5, 6 day after virus injection, and 4 mice died at 7 day and 2 mice died at 10 and 11 day. Total 10 animals among 40 died (mortality: 25%), and showed peak death period at 4-7 days, 2) In Group II, at 5th, 10th, 20th day after virus injection, average inflammatory grade in the myocardium were 1.8, 3.4, 2.0, respectively. 3) Histologic findings revealed monouclear cells infiltration, myofiber necrosis & degeneration. These changes occur multifocally rather than diffusely. Inflammation was most severe at 10 days. 4) Fibrosis was increased at 20 days after virus injection compared to early phase of myocarditis. Distribution of fibrosis is relatively parallel with the area of inflammation, but not with the degree of inflammation. 5) In some cases, dilation of both atriums and ventricles and thrombosis accompaning severe pulmonary congestion and edema were observed, indicating possible transition to dilated cardiomyopathy. Conclusions: It is considered that this experimental animal model may be useful not only to study the pathogenetic mechanisms of viral myocarditis but also to observe clinical course and evaluate the effect of possible drugs to treat myocarditis.

Graves' disease was associated with a variety of muscle abnormalities, from myalgia to severe myasthenia gravis. There were several report of myopathy associated with autoimmune thyroiditis or Graves' disease. Polymyositis, however, has been reported in very few cases, especially only one case was reported in Korea. Now, we present a case of myopathy associated with Graves' diseas. 53-year-old man developed idiopathic polymyositis during treatment of Grave's disease with propylthiouracil. He developed proximal muscle weakness during treatment of Graves' disease. His serum creatine phosphokinase level and other muscle enzyme level were within nomal limit. But muscle biopsy and the clinical course of illness were consistent with idiopathic polymyositis. His symptoms were much improved during the treatment with idiopathic polymyositis. His symptoms were much improved druing the treatment with prophylthiouracil and corticosteroids. Muscular weakness is common accompaniment of hyperthyroidism or thyrotoxicosis. The exact relation between the hyperthyroidism and polymyositis is still unknown.(J Kor Soc Endocrinol 8:221-224, 1993)
