Performance of a small-capacity solar absorption cooling system was investigated experimentally. Ten sets of evacuative-tube solar-heat collectors and a 5 kW single-stage absorption cooler were combined to produce a hybrid cooling system. The performance of the cooling system was measured using a tim-coil unit installed in a small plastic storage. It was found from the test on a sunny day of May that when the temperature of the hot water supplied from the solar collectors to the generator of the absorption cooler reached $60^{\circ}C$, the absorption cooler started cooling and the cold water temperature measured from the fan-coil unit reached $18^{\circ}C$. The COP, which is defined as the ratio of the cooling power to the total electrical power input was higher than 1.0.

The hypertensive encephalopathy is one of sudden convulsive cause in patients with acute post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis, but commonly, after the episode we can observe only mild to moderately hypertension in APSGN at ER. So these remains some question of what causes the convulsion in patients with APSGN. In this article, we report 3 cases of convulsion in APSGN with only moderate hypertension, the etiology of which proved to be due to hypertensive encephalopathy by the brain MRI. We believe that the brain MRI is a very useful test to diagnose the etiology of convulsion in APSGN and if brain edema in occipital lobe is detected by brain MRI, the convulsion would be due to hypertensive encephalopathy and the prognosis will be very good.

In the recent years, thin film solar cells (TFSCs) have emerged as a viable replacement for crystalline silicon solar cells and offer a variety of choices, particularly in terms of synthesis processes and substrates (rigid or flexible, metal or insulator). Among the thin-film absorber materials, SnS has great potential for the manufacturing of low-cost TFSCs due to its suitable optical and electrical properties, non-toxic nature, and earth abundancy. However, the efficiency of SnS-based solar cells is found to be in the range of 1 ~ 4 % and remains far below those of CdTe-, CIGS-, and CZTSSe-based TFSCs. Aside from the improvement in the physical properties of absorber layer, enormous efforts have been focused on the development of suitable buffer layer for SnS-based solar cells. Herein, we investigate the device performance of SnS-based TFSCs by introducing double buffer layers, in which CdS is applied as first buffer layer and ZnMgO films is employed as second buffer layer. The effect of the composition ratio (Mg/(Mg+Zn)) of RF sputtered ZnMgO films on the device performance is studied. The structural and optical properties of ZnMgO films with various Mg/(Mg+Zn) ratios are also analyzed systemically. The fabricated SnS-based TFSCs with device structure of SLG/Mo/SnS/CdS/ZnMgO/AZO/Al exhibit a highest cell efficiency of 1.84 % along with open-circuit voltage of 0.302 V, short-circuit current density of 13.55 mA cm<sup>-2</sup>, and fill factor of 0.45 with an optimum Mg/(Mg + Zn) ratio of 0.02.
급성 호산구성 폐렴(Acute Eosinophilic Pneumonia) 1 예

Acute eosinophilic pneumonia is reported as a specific disease entity. But, it is different from chronic eosinophilic pneumonia in its onset, clinical course and recurrence. Badesh et al reported the following diagnostic criteria os acute eosinophilic pneumonia a less than one-month history of symptoms prior to diagnosis, no evidence of asthma, the absence of other organic disease, no obvious etiology and an evidence of recurrent disease. We experienced a case of acute eosinophilic pneumonia in 37 old male. Pathologically eosinophilic pneumonia is confirmed and other features meet Badesh`s criteria.
