        여성관리자의 다중역할 몰입과 효과성에 관한 연구

        지금까지 여성의 다중역할 연구가 주로 갈등적 관점에서 부정적 영향을 다룬 것에 반해 본 연구는 다중역할 수행에서 얻는 정신적 건강과 학습 기회 제공 및 자원 증대 둥의 긍정적 효과성에 초점을 맞추었다. 구체적으로 경력개발의 일정 단계에 오른 여성관리자들을 대상으로 이들의 다중역할 몰입이 개인의 심리적 안녕과 조직에서의 관리능력 개발에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선 여성관리자들을 대상으로 한 심층면접을 통해 우리나라 여성의 다중역할이 직장역할, 가정역할, 친구역할 및 공동체 역할로 구성되었고, 아울러 이러한 역할 수행을 통해 직장생활에 도움이 되는 다양한 개인적 자원의 증대를 확인하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 143명의 여성 관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 여성 관리자의 다중역할 몰입이 심리적 안녕감에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 그러나 관리능력에 대한 자기평가와 상사, 부하 및 동료에 의한 다면평가 자료를 분석한 결과, 여성관리자의 다중역할 몰입 정도가 높을수록 관리능력이 증대되는 것으로 나타났다. 더욱이 직장 역할을 통제한 후에도 직장외 영역에서의 다중역할 몰입이 관리능력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 논의하였으며 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of multiple role commitment for managerial women in terms of psychological well-being and managerial competence. To begin with, in-depth interviews for managerial women were conducted to obtain the types of multiple roles and its benefits for career women in Korea. The result showed that women managers had non-work roles, such as family roles (e.g. parent, spouse, daughter, etc.), friend roles, and community member roles as well as occupational roles. These roles were expected to provide them with psychological benefits, communication skills, social support from networking, and leadership skills that enhance effectiveness in the management role. The results of empirical data indicated that multiple role commitment was not positively related to self esteem for managerial women while non-work multiple role commitment was somewhat related to life satisfaction. However, commitment to multiple roles was a significant predictor of managerial competence for career women. The higher the level of commitment for both work and now-work roles, the higher the managerial skill ratings both by self and others(peer, subordinate, and superior), Furthermore, the positive effect of the commitment of non-work roles for managerial competence was significant even after controlling for the Based on these findings, implications and future directions for studying the issue of multiple role commitment were discussed.

        청주지역의 출장요리 서비스에 대한 이용실태 및 고객만족도

        In order to obtain baseline data for quality improvement of the catering services, a survey was carried out to investigate the consumer use and satisfaction with catering services. Subjects were 171 women who had used catering services within a year previously, and were replied to a questionnaire. The results were as follows: With respect to the use of the catering service, most reasons for using the catering service were no time and no cooking skills, and most events using catering services were the first birthday party and 100th day party for baby. The preferred meal cost was 8,000∼10,000 won per person. With respect to customer satisfaction, over 60% of the people were satisfied with catering service which they had used : they were satisfied with service quality and quantity of the dished provided whereas they showed a little bit dissatisfaction in desserts and seasonal foods. It is recommended that supplying of sufficient desserts, and development of new and various menus according to seasons should be required to improve the consumer satisfaction with catering services.

        척추마취시 발생하는 환지감각에 대한 고찰

        Background : Phantom limb sensation is an unusual position sense of the extremity during nerve block that the position of extremity is misinterpreted as being flexed, or elevated, when actually they are in neutral position. Whether it is from the fixation of proprioceptive input at the time of motor blockade or from unmasking of the pattern which has been already present in the CNS is still controversial. We perfomed this study under the assumption that phantom limb sensation can still be reproduced without the influence of position at the time of nerve blockade. Methods : Thirty-six patients scheduled for elective orthopedic surgery were randomly assigned. For 26 patients, spinal anesthesia was performed with hyperbaric 0.5% tetracaine or bupivacaine at lateral decubitus position and the position was changed to supine immediately. Existence of phantom limb sensation and the level of anesthesia was recorded at 10 and 20 minutes after injection of local anesthetics. For 10 patients, same local anesthetics were injected after patient's legs were straightened in lateral decubitus position. Results : Forteen out of 26 patients whose position were changed to supine immediately after the injection of local anesthetics experienced phantom limb sensations. Five out of 10 patients whose legs were kept straight before the injection of local anesthetics experienced phantom limb sensations. Previous history of trauma was positively related to the expression of phantom limb sensation. Conclusion : Our data showed that the expression of phantom limb sensation is reproducible. And this was not related to the position at the time of spinal anesthesia. Trauma seems to be an important factor related to the expression of phantom limb sensation.
