Today’s Korea Shipbuilding Industry is making an effort to secure competitiveness between rising China and low Japan’s Yen. To this day, our Shipyards have maintained competitiveness through the flexibility about changing owner’s requirements. However, in case of new type’s production, man hour has been wasted with a significant difference between production plan and actual production. This study converts existing plan and product’s information into insert-data for simulation and performs simulation for verification of shipyard’s production plan. Through this, it is expected that productivity advance highly and simulation’s reusablilty increase by lowering dependence on simulation’s model and managing shipyard’s data synthetically.
태국인 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국어 조사 “-에”와 “?에서”의 교육 방안

SOV 유형의 언어로서 한국어가 다른 언어와 구분되는 중요한 특징중에 하나는 문법적 관계가 체언이나 용언 뒤에 나타나는 후치적 언어(Postpositional Language)라는 점이다. 특히 한국어에는 SOV 유형의 태국어에 없는 격조사라는 것이 존재한다. 이것 때문에 한국어를 배우는 태국인 학습자들이 다양한 의미기능을 가지고 있는 조사의 기능과 의미를 습득하는데 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구의 목적은 외국어로서 한국어를 배우는 태국인 학습자들의 한국어능력 향상을 위해 부사격 조사 ``에``,``에서``를 연구대상으로 한정하여 두 조사의 의미기능을 검토하고 그들의 태국어 대응 표현과 대응규칙을 찾아내어 분석하여 태국인 학습자가 ``에``와 ``에서``의 다양한 의미를 명확하게 파악하고 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 데 있다. 한국어의 부사격 조사 ‘에’와 ‘에서’는 장소, 시간, 원인 및 이유, 단위, 판단 기준, 행위자 및 도구, 수혜 및 부가, 자격 및 신분, 환경 및 범위, 대상, 열거, 관용 표현 등 여러 가지 의미로 사용되고 있다. 이 글에서는 이 중에서 태국인 학습자에게서 많은 오류가 나타나는 ‘장소’와 ‘이동’의 의미로 사용되는 경우에 대해서만 살펴보았다.
간세포암종 환자에서 경동맥화학색전술 후 발생한 뇌 혈관 색전증

Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is the mainstay of treatment for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Although various complications of TACE have been reported, cerebral lipiodol embolism after TACE is rare. We report a 67-year-old man, who had patent foramen ovale and developed cerebral lipiodol embolism after TACE via the inferior phrenic artery. At 20 months after third TACE of 3 cm sized HCC in the left hepatic lobe, computed tomography (CT) revealed about 1.6 cm newly developed HCC in the anterior superior segment of right hepatic lobe. The angiogram revealed the HCC was supplied from the right inferior phrenic artery. Toward the end of TACE, there were accumulations of the iodized oil in the pulmonary vasculature. Immediately after TACE, he complained of weakness in right upper and lower limbs and sensory decrease in right limbs and right hemitrunk. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a cerebral lipiodol embolism. Transesophageal echocardiography revealed no visible thrombi but contrast-echocardiography using hand agitated saline revealed an intracardiac right to left shunt consistent with patent foramen ovale. Motor weakness and sensory decrease were gradually improved, and all neurological symptoms disappeared over 4 weeks. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2009;54:130-134)

Arterio-enteric fistula is a very rare cause of massive lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage. We report here on a case of massive hematochezia caused by iliac arterio-colic fistula in a 60-year-old woman who had a recent history of spinal surgery for herniated nucleus pulposus. Abdomen computed tomography showed the extravasation of radiocontrast media from right iliac artery encased by an intraabdominal abscess into the adjacent dilatated colon. Also, diagnostic angiography revealed the active extravasation of radiocontrast media via a fistula between right iliac artery and colon. Although successful endovascular exclusion of the fistula with stent graft and coils was performed, disseminated intravascular coagulation and multi-organ failure were developed. 직렬 배치된 두 부유체에 작용하는 조류력 및 풍력 특성에 관한 수치해석 연구

In this study, the characteristics of the current and wind forces acting on two floating bodies were numerically investigated using a commercial CFD software, STAR-CCM+. In the numerical analyses, LNGC was located right behind FSRU under uniform current or wind conditions. Steady calculations were carried out using a Reynolds averaged Navier?Stokes (RANS) solver and the realized k-epsilon model. First, the current coefficients of FSRU based only the CFD were compared with the model test data. Through this comparison, the present numerical models and mesh systems were indirectly verified. Next, computations for FSRU and LNGC in a uniform current were performed using different relative positions. It was found that the current coefficients were great affected by the longitudinal positions. Finally, the wind forces acting on FSRU and LNGC in tandem configurations were studied. The focus was on the shielding effects due to the aerodynamic interactions between FSRU and LNGC.
