      • 뇌졸중 환자 보호자의 우울증과 삶의 질의 상관관계

        연구목적: 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 돌보는 보호자들의 우울증의 정도와 삶의 질을 알아보고 우울증과 삶의 질과의 상관관계와 일반적 특성과 우울증과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법: 현재 부산 소재의 7개의 병원으로 2011년 8월 8일부터 9월 9일까지 우편을 통해 설문지를 수집하여 101부를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 구뇌졸중 환자 보호자들의 우울증 점수 범위는 우울하지 않은 상태가 49명(48.5%)으로 가장 많았고 심한 우울 상태는 15명(14.9%)으로 가장 낮았다. 우울증과 삶의 질의 상관관계 분석 결과 유의미한 관계가 있었다. 즉 우울증 점수가 낮을수록 삶의 질은 높았으며 우울증의 점수가 높을수록 삶의 질은 낮았다.일반적 특성과 우울증과의 상관관계 분석 결과 보호자의 성별,연령, 환자 발병기간, 보호자의 건강 상태,질병 여부에 따라 우울증과 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론: 일반적 특성과 우울증과의 관계에서 성별이 여자일 경우와 연령이 높고, 환자의 발병 기간이 길수록 우울증을 더 많이 느꼈고 보호자들의 건강 상태가 좋지 않을 때와 질병이 있는 경우 우울증을 많이 느꼈다. 본 연구를 기초로 하여 뇌졸중 환자 보호자들의 우울증 해소와 삶의 질 향상에 관한 여러 요인들의 체계적인 연구와 다양한 프로그램 계획과 방법에 대한 개발의 연구가 앞으로 필요할 것이다. Purpose : This study puts the purpose in examining the correlation between the depression of stroke caregivers and their life quality by exploring general characteristics of them and depression. Methods : Questionnaire surveys were conducted on 7 hospitals, located in Busan from August 8, 2011 to September 9, 2011, and 101 copies of questionnaire papers were collected via mail and analyzed. Results : In terms of score ranges of caregivers` depression, a state of non-depression was the majority with a total of 48.5%(N=49), and a state of severe depression was the lowest with 14.9%(N=15). This demonstrated that there would be a significant correlation between depression of stroke caregivers and the quality of their life. In other words, lower scores for depression were associated with higher scores for quality of life while higher depression scores were related with the lower quality of life. As a result of correlation analysis between general characteristics of stroke caregivers and depression, significant differences were found according to genders, ages, the onset duration of patients, health status and diseases of caregivers. Conclusion : In terms of relationship between general characteristics of caregivers and their depression, the higher the age of female caregiver is, the longer the duration of stroke onset is. In this case, caregivers were more depressed than other cases. In addition, as the health status of caregivers was not good and they had disease, they felt more depressed than other times. This study indicates that systematic studies, plans, and development of various programs are required for relieving the depression of stroke patients` caregivers and improving the quality of their life based on this study.

        플립러닝을 활용한 국어교육 교수학습 제안

        개별적으로 발달한 각종 기술들의 융합이 이루어지면서 제4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래하였다. 급변하는 사회적 변화는 교육의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 제4차 산업혁명 시대에는 지식에 대한 단순 이해나 지식 적용 차원을 뛰어넘어서 창의 융합적으로 응용할 수 있는 사고가 필요하다. 이에 국어교육에서의 플립러닝을 활용한 교수학습방법을 제안하고자 한다. 플립러닝은 전통적인 수업 방식을 거꾸로 뒤집는다(flip)는 의미로 학습자들이 동영상이나 인터넷 등 강의실 밖에서 수업 전에 예습하고 강의실 안에서는 학습자나 교수자와의 상호작용을 통한 학습활동을 하는 것이며, 과학기술을 접목한 교수학습방법이다. 국어교육에서 사용할 수 있는 플립러닝을 활용한 교수학습 방법으로 짝토론 학습법과 소집단 반대신문토론 학습법을 제안하였다. 짝토론 학습법이란 학습자들이 특정한 주제나 현상에 대해 짝을 지어 질문하고 대화하고 토론하게 하는 학습법이며, 소집단 반대신문토론 학습법이란 학습자들이 특정한 주제나 현상에 대해 4~6명의 학생들이 입론과 반박을 하여 간략 토론을 하는 교수·학습 방법이다. 반대신문토론을 진행하는 데는 시간이 많이 소요되며 발언 순서가 복잡하여 학습자가 이를 숙지하고 토론을 진행하는 데 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 시간도 줄이고, 절차도 간략화한 소집단 반대신문토론 학습법을 제안한다. In recent years, we have witnessed the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, marked by the convergence of various technologies, which have been developed individually. The rapid societal change requires changes in education. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the type of thinking, which goes beyond simple understanding and application of knowledge and which enables creative convergent applications is necessary. Thus, this study proposes a flipped learning model for Korean language education. `Flipped learning` refers to a learning model that reverses or “flips” the traditional classroom approach and is a technology integrated teaching/learning method in which learners preview their lessons using videos, the internet, etc. outside the classroom before they engage in actual learning activities through interaction with other learners or educators inside the classroom. This study proposes a `paired debate learning method` and `small group cross examination debate learning method` as a viable flipped learning model for Korean language education. The `paired debate learning method` refers to a learning method where learners are paired to ask questions, converse, and engage in a debate on a particular topic or phenomenon, whereas the `small group cross-examination debate learning method` refers to a teaching/learning method where 4 to 6 students briefly discuss a particular topic or phenomenon by making or refuting arguments. Since the cross examination debate is time consuming and the speech orders are complicated, learners may experience difficulties following their instructions and participating in the debate. Hence, this study suggests using a curtailed version of the `small group cross examination debate learning method`, which reduces the time required and simplifies the procedure.

        멀티미디어 환경의 구성과 교육에의 활용에 관한 연구

        In this information-oriented society, the ability to manage and process the rapidly increasing amount of information has become an absolute requirement. Students of today must prepare for the challenges of the upcoming 21st century through developing skills in computers and by nurturing a creative mind and the aptitude to resolve problems. In terms of its pedagogical function and range and applicability, multimedia will surpass all other tools of education, owing to its flexibility and openness. This study provides actual case examples of the construction and utilization of the multimedia environment and proposes factors that must be considered in the construction of the multimedia environment.

        학습환경으로서 미래교육시설구성에 대한 교사 인식 연구

        The purpose of this study is to gauge the level of awareness of elementary, middle school, and highschool teachers regarding teaching-learning activities, learning space, and support for technology-based instruction in current and future school education, thereby providing essential data for seeking future improvements in the learning environment. Towards this end, a survey questionnaire (sectionalized into teaching-learning activities, learning space, and support for technology-based instruction) was developed. Subsequently the survey was administered to a random sampling of elementary, middle school, and highschool teachers in the Kyonggi, Kangwon, and Chonra Provinces. An in-depth analysis was conducted on the 797 questionnaire responses thus attained, focusing on the teachers' level of awareness regarding teaching-learning activities, learning space, and support for technology-based instruction, the correlation of the findings of the three areas in question, and the differences of the findings according to the circumstances of those surveyed. Based on the results, the authors of this study propose the following: First, that school administrators take into account the level of awareness of frontline teachers regarding teaching-learning activities, learning space, support for technology-based instruction. Second, efforts should be made to establish a safe and secure learning environment conducive to the synergic interplay of the three areas in question, by realizing true ICT in the classroom. Third, teachers in the classroom must endeavor to achieve a meaningful synthesis between educational programs and teaching-learning activities, as well as to serve as harbingers of improvements in the way we conduct the business of education.

        플립러닝을 적용한 교직과목에서 교수설계 질, 지식공유태도, 지식공유행동 및 만족도 간의 관계 규명

        본 연구는 플립러닝 환경에서 학습자 지식공유행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 플립러닝 교수설계 질, 지식공유태도를 설정하고 지식공유행동 결과 변인으로 만족도를 선정한 후 이들 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 플립러닝의 만족도를 높여줄 수 있는 교수설계적 시사점을 도출하고 학습자들이 능동적으로 지식공유행동에 참여할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 A대학의 교육학개론 수강생 134명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 플립러닝 교수설계 질은 지식공유태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 플립러닝 교수설계 질과 지식공유태도는 지식공유행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 플립러닝 교수설계 질과 지식공유행동은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 지식공유태도는 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않으며 지식공유행동을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학습자의 지식공유행동을 높이기 위해 학습자 중심 교수전략과 같은 환경적 요인과 지식공유태도와 같은 개인적 요인을 함께 고려해야 함을 의미한다. 또한 이러한 과정들을 통해 플립러닝에 대한 만족도가 높아질 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the instructional design implications that can enhance the satisfaction of the flipped learning and to find ways for learners to actively participate in knowledge sharing activities. As an outcome variable, learner satisfaction, which is a positive evaluation of learning experiences, is included in the research model. In addition, the predictors of knowledge sharing behaviors included the flipped learning quality rooted on the four indicators of F-L-I-P<sup>TM</sup> as an environmental factor, and knowledge sharing attitude as a personal factor. Eventually, the research aims to provide practical implications for both practitioners and researchers in terms of instructional design strategies for successful flipped learning. The research participants were 134 students who enrolled in an ‘Introduction to pedagogy’ course in a university located in South Korea. Structural equation modeling was employed to validate the proposed model. First, flipped learning quality recognized by learners has a significant effect on knowledge sharing attitude. Second, flipped learning quality and knowledge sharing attitude have a significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior. Lastly, flipped learning quality and knowledge sharing behaviors had a significant effect on satisfaction, whereas knowledge sharing attitude did not significantly affect satisfaction. This means that not only the environmental aspects of instructional design and operation but also the positive perception of learners about knowledge sharing were important for increasing knowledge sharing behavior. Also, the more the learner-centered teaching and learning strategies are fully implemented, the higher the positive perception of the learner's knowledge sharing.

        이러닝에서 학습자의 기술준비도, 지각된 유용성, 용이성, 유희성 및 사용의도 간의 구조적 관계규명

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the structural relationships among university students’ technology readiness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness and intention to use e-Learning based on the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model. The study administrated an online survey and collected data from 319 university students who were enrolled in cyber courses at C university in Korea. To determine factors influencing intention to use e-Learning, structural equation modeling analysis was conducted. The results indicated that first, the motivators of technology readiness had significant effects on perceived usefulness and playfulness, and perceived ease of use. However, results showed that the inhibitors of technology readiness had a significant effect only on perceived ease of use. Second, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and playfulness had significant effects on intention to use e-Learning. Based on the results, the study proposes strategies and methods to increase intention to use for learners.
