도시재생 뉴딜활성화 계획의 개선방향 연구

Since 2017, the urban regeneration project has changed into a new one. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look at the impact of the urban renewal New Deal policy on residential regeneration and to suggest improvements. In particular, among the three types directly related to residential regeneration, the improvement direction is proposed by looking at the status and limitations of general nearsightedness cases. To this end, the first is to elicit the need for this research by conducting prior research on existing urban regeneration projects, policies and systems. Second, by cleaning up the paradigm shift in Korean housing development, we are going to look at the reasons why general residential housing has been derived. Third, the status of the general approximation activation plan was analyzed based on the support subjects, the operating entities, and the direction of physical and economic regeneration by case. Fourth, specific target locations were selected based on previous research results and future planning and policy proposals were made based on expert advice.

해외 컨테이너 하우징의 계획 특성 연구

In Korea, one person households are increasing but in short supply of small-scaled housing for them. The merits of containers such as short construction duration, simple construction, economical efficiency and easy recycling can satisfy the needs of affordable households. The purpose of this study is to propose the planning of “the small-scaled Container Housing” through the analysis by case studies. Other countries around the world already have a variety of container housing types. France made a tangible accomplishment which is a Student Housing called "Cite A Docks", which was made out of old shipping containers. It is composed of modular housing units satisfying the every needs of housing. However, container architecture in Korea is only used as temporary architecture or makeshift structures such as a warehouse, temporary residence and construction office until now. And there is lack of the research on container housings. Therefore in this study we will analyze abroad cases based on consideration on plans of Container Housing such as common space, the number of households, height, area and flexible space. As a result, this study will suggest the module system and various methods of units-combining. The result of this study will be valuable to those who are interested in commercialization of container housing. Furthermore, it will be the foundation of developing the planning of small-scaled Container Housing.

저층주거지 필로티 하부공간 활용을 위한 모듈계획

This study is suggestion of the improvement direction of piloti space for the deteriorated low-rise residential block. Finally, this study suggests that the new community space in low-rise hosing block. The conclusions is as follows, first, previous case study and regulation related to the programs of piloti space were reviewed. Second, improvement points were obtained through the interview with residents. Third, module types of piloti space were classified. Lastly, think about various materials and test-bed.

디지털 미디어를 통한‘가변형 치유 공간’연구

본 연구는 “치유 공간” 계획을 통해 사회적 영향을 가장 많이 받고 있으나, 심리 또는 자살 치료를 쉽게 접하지 못하는 사회취업준비생들이 공간을 통한 직·간접적인 치유를 받을 수 있게 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 치유에 대한 사전연구와 전문가 자문, 가변형 공간에 대한 다양한 실험을 통하여 가변형의 1인용 치유공간을 1:1스케일로 제작하였다. 실험자의 특성을 고려한 영상작업을 위한 시나리오 구성과 제작을 통해, 2주 동안 취업준비중인 대학생 50명의 실험을 통해 실효성을 검증하였다. 향후 기초연구를 통해 다양한 대상과 목적에 맞게 변경, 활용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

저층주거지 근린재생을 위한 필로티 공간 활용 계획

The purpose of this study was to suggest the new space for residents in the low-rise housing blocks. For this reason, regulations are researched and analyzed for piloti’s design. And the 20 residents in the Hangchon Districts were chosen to be interviewed. Finally, this study suggests that the new community space in low-rise hosing block of inner city rehabilitation or redevelopment. The conclusions is as follows. First, low-rise housing newly built hereafter should plan community space for neighborhood regeneration. Second, the piloti plans should be done by the analysis of residents’ needs. Third, modification of existing facilities should be adapted to mixed uses. Fourth, renovation of the adjacent rented building should consider the applicability of the various laws, the measure for emergency situation, and the approach.

호주의 노인복지시설의 계획 특성연구

In recent years, interest in welfare facilities for the elderly has increased, and it is necessary to understand the types of welfare facilities for the elderly in various aspects and to establish the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to examine the policies and cases of the elderly welfare facilities in Australia, which are becoming aging due to immigrants, and to examine the application directions to the welfare facilities for the elderly in the future. First, the policy and status of the welfare facilities for the elderly are examined. Second, the changes and current status of the elderly welfare facilities policy in Australia are examined. Third, the characteristics were understood through representative cases. Finally, we proposed the direction and possibility of domestic application

위법 건축물 양성화에 따른 한계 및 정책개선 방향

The purpose of this study is to propose what needs to be politically reflected when any policy is practiced for stabilization of Ordinary housing, by taking an actual district and analyzing proble ms and limitations shown on process of legalizing illegal buildings in the last 3 months. For the purpose, establishment process and changes in policies related to "Special Act dealing with the Specific Illegal Buildings", and some of recent cases of legalizing were examined. After examining cases that were brought in to Architectural Review, 72 types were shaped and characteristics of each were deduced. With the results, types were classified into those that need legalization, and those need enforced sanctions once legalization is allowed, and sections to be politically improved were analyzed as well. Through this study, 1) needs for well-defined standards for selecting illegal buildings for legalization, 2) needs for safety reviews such as fire prevention or disaster prevention in process of legalization as well as 3) needs for detailed process and establishment of an organization in charge were drawn as political directions suggested for improvement.

일본 모듈러하우징의 계획 특성연구

In recent years, interest in Modular Prefabricated Housing for the residential regeneration has increased and it is necessary to understand the types of modular housing system in various aspects and to establish the direction of development. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and cases of the modular housings in Japan, which are made by Daiwa, and to examine the application directions to the modular housing for the for the Deteriorated Residential Area. First, the policy and status of the modular housing in Japan and the characteristics were understood through representative cases. Finally, we proposed the direction and possibility of domestic application.
