외재적 루틴이 보치아 선수들의 초구던지기 수행능력 향상에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 외재적 루틴이 보치아 선수들의 초구 던지기 수행능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 보치아 초구던지기 수행루틴 훈련의 효과를 알아보기 위한 실험 연구의 대상은 특수학교 보치아 선수로서 보치아 선수 경력 3년 이상인 학생들로 선정하였고, 총 16주 동안 주 1회 측정을 진행하였다. 외재적 루틴이 보치아 선수들의 초구 던지기 수행능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 보치아 선수의 초구던지기 시 표적구와 표적지 중심 간에 거리와 표적구와 초구볼 간의 거리, 초구볼의 표적지에서의 방향, 루틴의 정반응과 오반응을 관찰, 기록 하였으며 기초선, 중재, 일반화, 유지별로 결과를 표와 그래프로 제시하였다. 첫째, 보치아 선수들은 자신만의 경험에 따라 인지적, 시각적, 신체적 단서를 이용해 초구던지기를 사용하고 있었다. 그리고 사전에 녹화영상을 관찰해 본 결과 모든 선수들은 의도하지는 않았지만 자신만의 고유한 루틴을 사용하고 있었다. 둘째, 보치아 선수들의 초구던지기 정확도 측정에서 기초선 측정 결과에서는 정확도 부분에서 많이 떨어지는 것을 알 수 있었고, 초반 수행루틴 적용 후에도 정확도에서 조금은 불안한 모습을 보였으나, 프로그램 차시가 진행할수록 점점 안정적인 던지기를 실시하였고, 루틴의 정반응도 증가하였다. 일반화와 유지기간에서도 마찬가지로 정반응의 개수가 높아질수록 초구의 정확도와 표적구의 정확도가 좋아진다는 것을 알수 있었다. 연구의 결과와 논의를 바탕으로 외재적 루틴이 보치아 선수들의 초구던지기 수행능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 후속 연구과제로는 루틴을 초구던지기 이외의 다른 기술에도 사용한다면 선수들의 심리훈련 및 운동기술 발달에 매우 효과적일 것이다. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of external routine on the first pitching performance in Boccia players. The experiment has been done once a week for sixteen weeks in order to determine the effect of routine on the first pitching performance improvement with participants who on average had played more than three years as a Boccia player in a special school. First, the boccia players performed first pitch by using cognitive, optical, and physical condition depending on their own experiences. The data were collected via observing the pre-recorded video related to participants` performance. Results revealed that every player used their distinct routine without intention. Second, when it comes to the accuracy measurement on the first pitching of boccia players, the result was much less accurate in the baseline measurement, and it still showed apprehensive accuracy after applying early-stage performance routine, but the more program session proceed, the more stable pitching they performed gradually, and the correct information of the routine was increased. Also during the generalization and maintain period, the results revealed that the more number of the correct information, as well as the more accuracy of first pitching and object ball. Based on the conclusion and discussion of this study, the external routine has a positive effect on the first pitching performance in boccia players. Recommendations for future research are as follow. First, the routine may very effective for psychological training and sports technique development of players if it used for other techniques. Second, it was very difficult to find precedent studies for disabled people, even though the precedent studies which combined the routine for general public were performed actively. Third, since the boccia players, as subjects, have disabilities, there was less communication between the researcher and the subjects linguistically and psychologically, so that if the researcher tried to take an active part in communication, the study would be much more effective.

This study arims at proposing the basic architectural data of the medical recording department for the general hospital planning and design. This research investigated the size of working space and the chart custody space through actual survey and the present conditions of space were analyzed. In result, this study proposes the formula for the calulation of the chart custody space according to computerization level and the chart custody planning year.

The paper chart of medical record had been used as an important medium of the medical information In the medical recording department. This chart has not dealt with the development of information industry and the change of use of medical record in several decades. This study is to show the data which is helpful for the current spacial situation of medical recording in Korea and understand problems to reconsider the medical recording department of hospital architectural plan. In addition, this study is to look for the spacial changes by computerizing of medical recording and its special confrontation and the prospect for the future medical recording department which is going to work as a medical information center.
