In this study, a position control algorithm being applied to a pneumatic artificial muscle driving apparatus is proposed. The position control algorithm is composed of a feedback controller and a feedforward controller. The feedback controller which feeds back position, velocity and acceleration is derived from the linear model of pneumatic artificial muscle driving apparatus. The feedforward controller is designed to improve position trajectory tracking performance. The effectiveness of the designed controller is proved by experimental results.
시장 환경이 인터넷 경로를 포함한 다중 경로 관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

지난 십년동안 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래는 빠른 속도로 성장해 왔다. 이러한 인터넷의 발달은 기업들의 사업방식에 많은 변화를 유도했으며, 그 중에서도 마케팅경로의 구조와 경로 구성원들 사이의 관계에 중요한 변화를 초래하고 있다. 각 기업이 처한 시장환경은 다양하며 이 다양한 시장 환경은 인터넷 경로가 각 시장에 미치는 효과를 조절하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 시장의 다양성에도 불구하고 지금까지의 선행연구들은 각기 특정한 하나의 시장상황(unique setting)을 상정하여 인터넷경로 도입이 그 시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그쳐왔다. 이러한 기존 연구의 공백을 채우기 위해 본 연구는 시장의 다양성을 소비자의 지리적 분포, 시장의 인터넷 수용도의 측면에서 살펴보고 이러한 시장 환경이 인터넷 경로 도입 효과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다양한 소비자들의 지리적 분포, 경쟁강도, 소비자의 인터넷 상거래에 대한 수용도 등을 포함한 다양한 시장 환경을 수요모형에 반영시켜 그 영향력 분석을 가능하도록 하였다. 그러나, 다양한 시장 요소를 모형에 반영하는 과정에서 수요모형이 복잡한 구조를 가지게 되었다. 이 문제를 극복하고 게임이론의 균형해를 도출하기 위해 Newton-Raphson algorithm을 사용한 numerical search 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과 두 종류의 경로에 대한 소비자선호의 분포에 따라 생산자의 가격차별정도, 생산자와 독립소매상 간의 경로이윤 배분율, 그리고 인터넷경로 도입이 각 경로주체의 이윤향상에 도움이 되는지의 여부, 소비자잉여 등이 달라질 수 있음을 발견하였다. 끝으로 연구의 학술적, 실무적 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향도 논의되었다.

N/A Thirty four patients with essential hypertension, who could successfully discontinued antihypertensive drug treatment, were analyzed to find out the clinical indices which can be used for the prediction of success and duration of the drug withdrawal. The resnets were as follows: 1) The shorter the time for the normalization of blood pressure after drug administration, the longer the duration of drug withdrawal and the lower the rate of remedication. 2) The duration of withdrawal was inversely proportional to the level of pretreatment mean arterial pressure, the duration from the beginning of drug administration to the withdrawal, and the duration from the time when the blood pressure was normalized to the time when the antihypertensive medicines were withdrawn. 3) There was no correlation between the existence of cardiac complications of hypertension and the duration of successful withdrawal. 4) The rate of remedication of antihypertensive medicines among the patients who had stopped taking the medicines was 53%. In conclusion, among the hypertensive patients, if a persons blood pressure could be normalized within 3 months after the beginning of medication, he would be a good candidate for drug withdrawal. In other cases, if the dosages of antihypertensive medicines could be tapered off at the sixth month and taking the medicines could be stopped at the 12-18th month, the duration of drug withdrawal could be 9-18 months.

Spontaneous intrahepatic bleeding is a rare condition. In the absence of trauma, intrahepatic hematoma may be due to underlying liver disease. We report a case of hepatocellular carcinoma in the patient who had huge intrahepatic hematoma without definite intrahepatic tumor at the time of initial presentation. A 54-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a sudden onset of upper abdominal pain. Initial abdominal CT scan showed huge hematoma measuring more than 13 cm in diameter in the right lobe of the liver. However, there was no enhancing lesion in the liver. Laboratory data showed high alanine aminotransferase, alpha-fetoprotein and positive HBsAg. The MRI and angiography could not also depict any mass in the liver. The patient was treated with percutaneous drainage on the intrahepatic hematoma. The cytology from drainaged blood revealed no malignant cell. After hematoma decreased, follow-up CT scan depicted an enhancing tumor in the liver. He underwent right hepatic lobectomy and histopathological examination showed hepatocellular carcinoma. ISM 차별화를 위한 고객 구매 프로세스 기반 관리 요소 분석

본 연구에서는 치열한 경쟁에 처해있는 인터넷 쇼핑몰(Internet Shopping Mall:ISM) 산업에서 생존을 위하여 필수적인 차별화 구현을 통한 수익성 향상 방안을 탐색한다. ISM 관리의 실질적 차별화를 가능하게 하는 실행 수준에서의 관리 요소를 분석하는 본 연구는 이제까지 주로 개념적이고 기업 수준에서 수행된 B2C 차별화 전략 연구와 ISM 고객만족에 영향을 주는 선행요건을 파악하는 실증적 연구를 효과적으로 결합하여 다음과 같이 진행 되었다. 첫째, 고객의 구매 의사결정 프로세스의 각 단계 별 거래비용 이론 관점에서 고객가치를 정의하였다. 둘째, 포괄적 문헌연구를 통하여 ISM 고객만족에 영향을 주는 요소들을 파악하고 이들 중 관리요소의 차별화가 가능하며 차별화를 통하여 고객 가치에 영향을 줄 수 있는 15개의 관리요소를 도출하고 연구모델과 가설을 수립하였다. 마지막으로 실증분석을 통하여 구조적 모델을 검증하고 차별화에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ISM 차별화에 대한 실증적 연구로는 초기 단계에 속하는 연구로 본 연구의 결과는 ISM 차별화를 위한 향후 연구와 실무적 응용에 유용한 시사점을 제시한다. In this study, we investigated how to achieve differentiation for the ISM (Internet Shopping Mall) to improve profitability, which is required for survival in the fiercely competitive ISM industry. We analyzed implementation level key managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM. The research model is constructed through integration of two distinctive research streams of e-commerce. The one is B2C differentiation strategy research, most of which are conceptual and conducted at a strategy level, and the other is empirical research analyzing the antecedents of customer satisfaction at the ISM. This study is organized as follows. First, we draw upon transaction cost theory to organize constructs representing customer value associated with the customer buying decision process. Next, after reviewing comprehensive managerial factors that could impact on customer value, we selected 15 managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM to deliver value to customers. Finally, the resulting structural model is validated through empirical analyses. The results provide insights for future studies on ISM differentiation.
생산자의 직접경로인 전자상거래 도입이 전통적 독립중간상과 시장에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the Internet channel introduction on the channel composed of a monopoly manufacturer and an independent physical retailer. This study also examines what would be the best strategy for the independent physical retailer to respond to the new Internet channel entry. The game theoretic model consists of a monopolist manufacturer selling its product through a channel system including one independent physical store before the entry of an Internet store. The addition of the Internet store to this channel system results in a mixed channel comprised of two different types of channels. The new Internet store is launched by the manufacturer. The results show that an Internet channel entry has the following impacts on the existing channel members. First, the manufacturer’s Internet channel introduction mitigates the double marginalization problem of the traditional channel. Second, the manufacturer could enhance its channel power by introducing its own Internet channel while it diminishes that of the incumbent independent physical retailer. Third, manufacturer’s adding a new Internet store leads to a higher demand. Finally, with its own Internet direct channel, the manufacturer has an opportunity to practice price discrimination. The manufacture leaves only those with a strong preference for the physical store to be served by the independent physical store. The results suggest that the independent physical store’s best strategy to the entry of the manufacturer’s Internet channel is to focus on the consumers who are highly loyal to the physical store while maintaining a high retail price.

N/A Compliances of one hundred patients with essential hypertension treated with usual care were compared with those of another one hundred hypertensives with intervention care simply provided by the physician in charge. The results were as follows: 1) The cumulative dropout rate in the usual care group decreased by 9%, 15% and 13% in 6, 9 and 12 months respectively. 2) The intervention care involved a shorter waiting time, longer consultation time, supportive care with sympathy, educational booklets and positive follow-up by telephone and mails. 3) In the intervention care group 56% of the dropouts were because of the provider, 27% were due to the patient and 17% were because of socioeconomic ceasons. In conclusion, patient compliance will certainly be improved by positive intervention by the physician in charge, escalation of medical insurance and the personal efforts of the patient.
