면세점의 VMD(Visual Merchandising)구성요인이 쾌락적 가치, 실용적 가치 및 쇼핑 만족도에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 시내 면세점을 방문한 해외여행 예정 내국인을 대상으로 시내 면세점에 대한 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 구체적으로, 해외여행 예정자가 인지하는 면세점 비주얼머천 다이징(visual merchandising: VMD) 구성요인의 어떠한 속성이 쾌락적 가치 및 실용적 가치에 영향을 미치는지 고찰하고, 쾌락적 가치 및 실용적 가치요인이 쇼핑 만족도를 유발시키는 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 연구 모델은 이전의 연구를 기반으로 설계되었다. 설문 조사는 무작위로 부산 시내 면세점을 방문한 개인에게 분배하였고, 329개 고객의 데이터는 구조방정식 모델링 분석을 사용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과 면세점 비주얼머천다이징 구성요인 즉, 윈도우/상품진열, 레이아웃/동선구조, 크리에이티브/최신 트랜드 코디네이션, 가격과 프로모션 간판은 쾌락적 가치에 긍정적인 영향관계가 있었고, 크리에이티브/최신 트랜드 코디네이션, 가격과 프로모션 간판은 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 영향관계가 있었다. 그리고 쾌락적가치 및 실용적 가치요인과 쇼핑 만족도사이의 영향관계를 확인 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시내면세점을 방문하는 잠재방문객 비율을 높이기 위해 VMD 구성요인에 대한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine recognition on duty-free shops with future overseas travelers who have visited duty-free shops in the city. Specifically, authors investigated which factors of duty-free shops’ VMD influence hedonic value and utilitarian value and also analyzed whether hedonic value and utilitarian value induce shopping satisfaction or not. The model designed in this study is based on previous research. Questionnaires were distributed to individuals that had visited duty-free shops in Busan randomly, and 329 customer data were used for structural equation modeling analysis. According to the study results, duty-free shops’ VMD factors, window/merchandise display, layout/organization, creative/inspirational coordination, and price and promotion signage, have positive correlation with hedonic value, and creative/inspirational coordination and price and promotion signage have positive correlation with utilitarian value. Also, both hedonic value and utilitarian value have significant impact on shopping satisfaction. Based upon the empirical results, the present study offers useful implications for the VMD components from a practical perspective.

컨벤션센터에 대한 지역주민의 심리적 브랜드 커뮤니티가 컨벤션 도 시 차별성 지각, WOM 및 피드백 제공에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지역주민을 대상으로, 컨벤션센터에 대해 형성된 심리적 브랜드 커뮤니티 네가지 하위요인(브랜드 관계, 상품관계, 서비스 종사자 관계 및 타 고객관계) 중 해당 지역의 컨벤션 도시로서 차별성을 함양시키는 주요 요인을 확인하고, 컨벤션 도시 차별성은 지역주민의 긍정적 worth-of-mouth(WOM)와 적극적인 피드백 제공 행동을 수행하는지 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적을 수행하기 위하여, 선행연구를 바탕으로 모형을 제안하였고, 실증적 조사를 통하여 모형을 검증하였다. 조사대상은 부산지역의 대표 컨벤션센터인 BEXCO 행사 방문 경험이 있는 지역주민을 대상으로 하였으며, 385부의 수집된 데이터를 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 컨벤션센터에 대한 심리적 브랜드 커뮤니티 요인 중 브랜드와의 관계, 상품과의 관계 및 서비스 종사자와의 관계를 통해 컨벤션 도시 차별성이 함양되었으며, 컨벤션 도시로서의 차별성지각은 타인에게 구전을 하거나 피드백을 제공하는 행동을 촉진시켰다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 토대로, 실무적 시사점과 학문적 시사점이 제공되었다. This study examined which factors of phychological brand community on convention center improve resident`s perception of convention city distinctiveness. Also, it verified whether the resident`s perception of convention city distinctiveness has the impact on the WOM and providing feedback. In order to test the model designed in this study empirically, questionnaires were distributed to residents who had experienced event hosted in the representative convention center of the city. Data were collected from residents visited BEXCO in Busan, South Korea, usable 385 data were analyzed using structural equation modelding(SEM). The findings revealed that brand relationship, product relationship and serivce provider relationship influenced residents` perception of convention city distinctiveness, but other customer relationship did not. Also, the residents` perception of convention city distinctiveness led to both WOM and providing feedback. According to the results of this study, practical implications and academic implications were provided.
