온경탕(溫經湯)에 관(關)한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

Through the study of successive literatures from the Han-dynasty(漢代) when ${\\ll}$Keumkweyeuliak(金궤要略)${\gg}$ was written to modern age, we inspected many types of Onkyuatgtang(溫經湯) and prescriptions including the term of 'Okywg(溫湯)' or 'Chokyung(調經), and look into their composition and symptoms respond to administration of this medicine, The results of this study were as follows; 1. The medicine which makes up Onkyuatgtang was 38kinds from the Han-dynasty to the Ching-dynasty(淸代), and up to the present it summed into 43kinds. 2. Onkywgtang which was composed of different kinds of medicine was 10types from the Hun-dynasty to the Chung-dynasty and added 11types in modern days. Therefore it sumed up into 21types. 3. No Onkyuatgtang is seen more common than that of the same composition as in ${\\ll}$Keumkweyeuliak${\gg}$ in successive literature. The next is the same constituents as in ${\\ll}$Buinyangbangdaejeun(婦人良方大全)${\gg}$ Others were rare. 4. Onkywgtang in ${\\ll}$Keumkweyeuliak${\gg}$ was used to treat cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessles or uterus of deficiency type(衛任 胞宮의 虛寒) and that in Buinyangbangdaejeun was for cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessels or uterus of excess type(衛任 胞宮의 虛寒). 5. Other names of Ohylmgtang in ${\\ll}$Keumkweyeuliak${\gg}$ were Daeonrkyungtang(大溫經湯), Chokyungsan(調經散), Chokyungtang(調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungtang(千金調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungsan(千金調經散) and Soonkyungtang(小溫經湯), And the prescription in the same constitution was also called Chokyungonkyungtang(仲景溫經湯), Keumkweonkyungtang(千궤溫經湯) and Sibbionkyunghwan(十二溫經丸). 6. Onkywgtang in ${\\ll}$Buinyangbongdaejeun${\gg}$ of Yangbangonkyungtang(良方溫經湯), Jimionkyungtang(指迷溫經湯), Kyunkwionkyungtang(穹歸溫經湯) and Jinssionkyungtang(陣氏溫經湯).

Gamiguibitang(GMGBT) is used in amenorrhea and female infertility caused by ovulation disorder. An attempt was made to evaluate the influences of GMGBT on the serum concentrations of FSH, LH, estradiol(E2) and progesterone, the histological and optical changes of ovary of rats. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Blood FSH level significantly increased in experimental group controlled by four times quantity as compared with control group. 2. Blood LH level increased in experimental group controlled by four times quantity as compared with control group, which showed no efficacy. 3. Blood E2 level increased in experimental group controlled by four times quantity as compared with control group, which showed no efficacy. 4. Blood progesterone level significantly decreased in experimental group controlled by double quantity as compared with control group. 5. In optically observations of ovary, weight of ovary significantly increased in experimental group controlled by double quantity as compared with control group 6. In histological observations of ovary, ovulation significantly increased in experimental group controlled by both double and four times quantity as compared with control group. According to these results, it can be concluded that GMGBT influences the pituitary gland and ovary to increase the ovulation of rats.
궁경1호전(宮頸1號煎)이 자궁경부암세포(子宮頸部癌細胞)(HeLa Cell)에 미치는 영향(影響)

To address the ability of Kung-Kyung-Ilho-Jeon(KK) to induce cell death, we investigated the effect of KK on cell viability. Forty-eight hours later, loss of viability occurred following KK exposure in a dose-dependent manner. The treatment of KK, a commonly used herb formulation in Korea and China, caused a decrease in cell viability. KK also resulted in apoptotic morphology a brightly blue-fluorescent condensed nuclei by Hoechst 33258-staining, and reduction of cell volume. Our results show that KK induces caspase-3 and -9 activation in a time-dependent manner. In addtion, the translocation of cytochrome c release into cytoplasm has been observed under the presence of $5mg/m{\ell}$ KK. The subsequent loss of mitochondria membrane potential is collapsed by the addition of KK. Our immunoblotting data show that PARP, a well known caspase-3 and -6 substrate, is cleaved by KK. We show that a pro-apoptotic protein, Bax is increased in the presence of KK but that the amount of Bcl-2 is not changed. We suggest that Bax, a critical protein which can regulate channel of mitochondria to release cytochrome c, is a key protein in KK-induced apoptosis of Hela human cervical carcinoma cells
